Review V Burger Bar - Perth

Great burgers and good service. Even though there was a very, very long line and they ran out of some ingredients, we got what we wanted minus some ingredients but it tasted delicious. The guy who came out to inform us of their situation did a great job and was friendly. Lovely job!!

Love the burger, love the view! Probably the best sweet potatoes there is, crispy not soggy like other burger place

First few visits: Can't beat V Burger's chips. Shame that coffee quality is quite inconsistent. Third visit: Awesome double chicken avo burger with bacon. Still can't beat their chips Fourth visit: Really good haloumi bites. Chips still incredible N+1 visit: the pumpkenstein burger (2017 heloween special is amazing)

Highly recommended! The owner herself took the order and recommend 3 most favorite menus: Howlin Bird, Oozy Mushy and Chicken Kamikaze. They’re all very tasty. I also ordered mango smoothies and sweet potato cross fries. My personal favorite is Chicken Kamikaze and their sweet potato fries (but too bad they don’t have it anymore, only cross fries now).

We stopped for a iced coffee, burger and chips to share. Omg it was the nicest burger I’ve had in a long time! The chips were crispy and hot and fresh. The lady who served us was friendly. The food was prepared quickly so wait time was minimal. Will definitely return for a bite to eat!

When most of the places are closed they are open and the sitting is shaded! Food is delicious and the staff is very friendly!

Best burger restaurant we found on our 3week trip up the West Coast. Highly recommend the milkshakes, halloumi fries and howling bird.

Today we swung by V Burger at Elizabeth Quay during the Wa Strong man comp. It was so busy, especially when it started raining and everyone came to shelter under their small outdoor area. After 10 mins of waiting in line, we order two burgers, two cokes and a small chips. After about 20 mins of waiting, our beeper went off and we went to get our order. They had forgotten our chips but they did show my husband the receipt to show that we hadn’t paid for it and we said don’t worry about it cause we didn’t want to wait any longer. I was a little annoyed but once opening my burger box and seeing how amazing the burger looked, I completely forgot about the chips! The burger was so yum, I was ready to go back and order another one. My husband said his was good too. I went back for a napkin and said to one of the staff members, those burgers were bloody awesome! I’ve had a burger here before and that was awesome too. Burgers are my thing and V Burger’s knows how to make them. 10 out of 10 for taste. My only thing would be more seating, especially when weather isn’t great!

I was a little shocked at the average price for a burger with no sides, though the quality was exceptional. I had the 'howlin' chicken burger which would have to be the best chicken burger I've ever had. Fresh bun and fillings, perfectly cooked chicken with a great crunchy batter, and a good amount of sauce. Also had a side of fries that were cooked to perfection and well seasoned. Very pleased with the quality, though the price is a little above what you'd expect to pay for a burger

My favorite burger place in town! Not once have I ever dissapointed after visiting this trendy burger joint! My favorite would be the pulled pork belly burger (or the Halloween when I feel like dieting or no meat day). The bun was so soft and the meat was soft and juicy! A perfect burget for any time of the day!

The wait was a bit long but we were pre-warned and it was to be expected on a Saturday night (with multiple fringe events happening nearby too). I ordered the Guacaloumi burger and it was one of the best burgers I've had in my life. The bread was fresh, good quality, and perfectly toasted. All the individual ingredients were specially flavoured (mushrooms marinated and cooked, haloumi seasoned etc), and combined together beautifully. The chips were a bit on the colder side by the time they were served to us but were also full of flavour and seasoned well (didn't need to add salt or vinegar). 100% recommend.

The vegetarian crumbed pumpkin burger is delicious! It's nice to grab a quick takeaway bite to eat and chill out somewhere down around Elizabeth quay and people watch if it's a nice day.

Had the blue mushy burger. Flavourless. Not enough relish or sauce and couldn't really taste the blue cheese. The chips were great on the other hand, fresh and crispy! The chilli mayo is great for anyone that loves a chilli kick with their fries.

Tried the pork rib burger, hollumi wedges and loaded fries. All round it was good value for money, with portion sizes matched well with the price. The ingredients were fresh, i just wish that they used a different type of bun for their burger. Mine got a little soggy towards the end. Flavour wise, there wasn't any particular flavour that stood out, i was expecting a nice American bbq pork flavour, with a creamy slaw. Add a bit more sauce to the burger and mayo to the coleslaw and i think it would be a great burger. Same applies with the loaded fries...found it overly salty...if they added more sauce it would have been a lot more appetizing. Kudos for the discount to Defence on Anzac day...really appreciate it.

Putting another shop a docket to use (half price burger), this time at the Elizabeth quay branch. Here I tried the American burger with added maple bacon ($14.50+$1.50 before discount) and a side of regular fries ($4.50). The burger was a better experience than the piggy back I had ordered at Vic park, this fresh beef burger looking a good height and very attractive with flavour to match; the pickles give it a nice edge. Again though, the bun was slightly on the dry side- I think I'm just fussy, I prefer a softer and squishier bun, think varsity and short order. Beer battered chips were fresh and tasty, as expected.

Love love love! Burgers have always been juicy and delicious for me! We got the double decker, the Aussie burger and the curly loaded fries. All were great.

Just had burgers here for lunch with two friends. We all agreed the best thing we've eaten all week! Kills grilld. No idea why it's rated 3 stars. everything was amazing, so tasty! Go the guacaloumi burger if your vego 👌🙌

I really REALLY like V Burger Bar in Vic Park but this franchise just isn't as good. I got the Americana but my burger was pretty dry. It also needs the addition of tomato sauce. The beer battered chips and onion rings were excellent though. The batter on the onion rings was so thin and the aioli is nice.

Just a short stroll from the Elizabeth Quay railway station you will find this casual 'hole in the wall' style eatery. I visited mid winter, keen to see if it was as great as it's partner restaurant in Floreat. The park bench seating area was small yet comfortable, a shame cafe blinds weren't installed to shelter visitors from the stiff chilly breeze blowing through the harbour area. It was a short wait until my order arrived, a 'Full Blooded Aussie' burger ($16) with a side of fries. ($4.50) Both the burger and fries were very fresh and delicious, cooked and prepared perfectly. It's a shame there aren't more places to eat at the new Elizabeth Quay area to attract more customers. Would happily return, maybe in warmer months though. Well done.

I had dinner here one early afternoon. We ordered just before a peak period so our food came out fast. I had the pork rib burger, cannot remember the name, but it was delicious! Actual pork rib meat and not slow cooked pork. It was tasty! Chips were crisp and hot.

Went for a walk around looking for a morning snack and all I could find was Vburger, the quay is dead! $6.5 for a banana shake that tasted pretty good and well presented. $5 for a chocolate muffin they warmed up and topped off with a squiggle of chocolate on top, again good presentation. Great location. Will come back to test the burgers at some stage

They managed to mess up my order two times in a row - wasted 45 min of my lunch break.
Ordered no salad or sauce on my burger. Both times it came with salad and sauce even though it clearly said on the side of the box the burgers came in no salad / sauce each time.
They also managed to mess up the burger I order for my companion.
They ordered a Chicken and Avo burger but got a beef burger, They unlike me however, were too embarrassed to bring it back up and complain .
In the end, I got a refund and went to maccas where the got my order right first time !

Caught the ferry across to the city - because we are on holiday & we can 😄 and on the way back grabbed an ice-coffee ! Service is friendly, view is fabulous and we whiled away half an hour sitting and sipping .. Loved it !

Scrumptious Piggy Back burger with lots of yummy textures and juicy sweet generous pork. Peeped under the pretty charred bun and pleasantly found golden battered fried onion rings... I'm not very good at reading menus, just saw the PORK and that's when I knew that was the burger for me.

Will go again - I have my eye on the Gauc burger... mmm grilled halloumi and mushrooms.

Put to the test with a pair of tough critics today (aged 6 and 8).....

The plat de jour was the Mini V ($10.50) which dutifully came with a small serve of chips to keep the punters happy.

Dad got to sample a bit of everything, always essential and I am never going to go past a place which does beer battered chips. Which while thick cut were not as good as they looked......

The burgers satisfied the diners and had a solid assortment of spinach and tomato as well as a very flavorsome patty - so wins all round.

Good size for kids and within a very pleasant surround (helped that it was a nice day), but I distinctly felt that I was paying more for being in Elizabeth Quay than for the produce.

Would go if I was around with the tribe, wouldn't go out of my way.......

What a great place to indulge in a burger. And V Burger hits the spot! Fresh ingredients, friendly service - all in the surrounds of Lizzy Quays... on this occasion I opted for the Classic V, and wasn't disappointed.

I give 3.5 because I'm a huge fan of US-style broiled meat patties, plus milk or brioche buns. Furthermore, offering additional condiments would also enhance the experience. So, to real top the experience these options would certainly add a lot of value.

My partner and I went here for lunch today. the fish and chips where so over cooked and tasted awful. my partner ordered a burger. Ribs and burgers just up the road is better and better portion sizes. we wont be returning again. we highly disappointed. we normally pay $37 for a large bowl of ships, small onion rings, 1 burger, 1 wings serving and 2 drinks at another burger place. i would not recommend this place. they dont even offer a kids menu

I’m a big fan of V Burger – we often visit their Floreat outlet. When I heard they had opened up a kiosk at Elizabeth Quay, Little Chef and I dropped by for a bite to eat, after we’d seen the Scooby Doo Live show at PCEC. The kiosk is found at the city end of the quay, near to the water playground and ferry terminal. The seating is outside, with most tables undercover.

A far cry from the food and service experienced at the V Burger in Vic Park shortly after it opened. Ordered a gluten free Chicken Deluxe burger with small chips for lunch. Got back to my desk and discovered a burger that looked unappetising, but I was hungry. And chips that were beer battered. Why the F would I want battered chips if I'm gluten intolerant. Any way, the burger was dry, and virtually tasteless. And I'm told by my colleagues that the fries were nice. I won't be returning to V Burger at Elizabeth quay again in the future. Sorry for the lack of photos, but I truly was hungry!

Tried out one of their burgers yesterday at Elizabeth Quay. I had the Classic V burger. The burger was nice and the chips were good and crunchy. To be honest, it was a standard burger and I didn't find it to be anything special. I would love to try out their other burgers which sound very appetising.

Ate at this place yesterday at Elizabeth quay.. Delicious , fast service nice clean venue . We had the Eggy steaky burger $17 which was Devine , our side was halumi cheese bites $9 which were also amazing . The other burger was a Halloween burger with sweet potato fries and that too was lovely. Would def go back. . At first thought a bit pricey but it showed it in the dishes served . Very happy 😊👍🏻👍🏻

I decided to try Vburger for a business lunch the other day. I ordered the 'Classic V' which was the standard burger which is the pattie, tomato lettuce and onions . You order your choice and get a buzzer to let you know when your burger is ready. The burger was OK ....it wasnt fantastic. It was about the same size as a burger I get from 'Grilled', but strangely enough was not as filling.
I dont think it warrants me walking the extra distance to get a 'Vburger' over a 'Grilled' burger.....not yet anyway.
