We were gifted a night here for our 25 th anniversary. The room was clean and spacious. We used the pool and sauna which we enjoyed and had lovely service from Ryan and Wennie. Both dinner and breakfast were tasty. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly from reception, bar, dinning and poolside and I would certainly give the staff at the Hyatt 5star. Thank you for a fantastic stay
We stayed in a Regency King Club room. The room was impeccably presented and well furnished.
The staff from concierge, reception through to the wait staff were fantastic, very friendly and nothing was too difficult for them and they were very obliging.

I attended the IPAA awards at the Hyatt Regency Grand Ballroom. I know that it can be difficult to cater satisfactorily for hundreds of diners at an event like this, but everything was organised very well and the food was delivered to the table hot and well presented. I didn’t sample the bread basket, but my colleagues enjoyed their rolls and butter. The starter was chicken breast with quinoa, celery, peas, tabbouleh and local feta salad. This was a delight with a generous portion of succulent chicken and tasty accompaniments with real depth to the flavours.
Been here for dinner from groupon, the selection of seafood can be bigger, delicious deserts though. Would reccomend

Friendly and warm service and immense options available for everyone. Egg station, fresh fruits, pastries, coffee, juice, healthy and presented lovely.
We were a bit apprehensive at first given some of the reviews posted but our advice - grab a deal and book yourself in. The cafe is back at its best. Beautiful food, seafood fresh, attentive but unobtrusive service and even the complimentary bottle of wine was very good (a Frankland River Shiraz).

We came here on Christmas Day for breakfast, so we are unsure if this is the normal buffet here, but it truly did go above and beyond our expectations.
FOOD
Biggest range of breakfast foods you can imagine. Everything from pancakes and waffles, to fresh fruit, to pastries, to freshly cooked omelettes to your liking. All of the food was fresh and delicious.
VIBE
They had decorated the restaurant to be Christmas-y, but regardless the space is lovely and clean, doesn’t look run down or old like most hotel buffets do. Nice vibe.
SERVICE
Super friendly, staff seemed all happy to be there even on Christmas Day. The chefs were lovely and happy to make whatever was requested.

OVERALL
One of our favourite breakfast buffets we have been to. The food was all so fresh and delicious and so so so much to choose from.
I came here with family for Friday buffet lunch (12-2pm). We had a special - buy one get one free - which worked out to be $30 each for lunch. Service was friendly and prompt (constantly refilling our drinks, taking our dirty plates away etc). There was a variety of foods, which included seafood (oysters, scallops, crab, octopus etc), hot meats (roast pork, steak, lamb, fish etc) and hot vegetables dishes, cheeses and breads, salads and deserts. The food was fresh and tasty. Couldn’t complain.
My wife and I had breakfast here after staying overnight at the hotel. The quality of the food was excellent and the service was very friendly. We both had an enjoyable experience.

Tasty and fresh food. Buffet range not as extensive as Burswood but was adequate. Staff were very polite and helpful. Would gladly visit again.
By now, you'll must have figured out that I love Hyatt. Hahahah. Well it's stone throw distance from my home so it's more than convenient for me to land there 🙈
Dinner for two with their house Sauvignon Blanc costed us around $130 or so. Overall a nice spread. Value for 💰! But less options in hot food. :/

I had a high tea session at The Cafe for 52 bucks in my last visit to Perth. OK overall.
The savoury options were few, six, and most of them unremarkable. A bit of junk food, and nothing that makes any favour to the Hyatt. The dumpling was definitely the best thing there, the rest totally average and forgettable.
The sweet section was way more interesting, varied and I regretted not limiting myself to the sweets. I loved the mini-dessert glasses, and I tried them all! Overall quite nice, but the ones that really stood up for me were the tiramusu, the mango and lychee, and the black forest. Among the others, the strawberry lamington was lovely as well. There were many different sort of mini-slices or big slices from a big cake and also waffles and fresh fruit and much more. If you have a sweet tooth and a big stomach, you will really enjoy it. I loved the fact that their sweets aren't overly sweet and I would have had liked having a bigger stomach to try then all.
The food on the three-tier tray was mediocre, and the sandwiches were dry and tasteless. The wrap rolls were very nice, though.
Flowing champagne, coffee/and tea before 5pm and they are generous!
There was a table with the 3-tier tray with the food on an empty table. Nobody came, the food stood there for two hours... that is unacceptable.
The staff were here really welcoming, very attentive and friendly, and they make the half extra star I am adding, because the food was a 3-star food.
This is good value for money, but quantity is mostly what you get. I you want a classy first class high tea go to Rochelle Adonis.
