Went for a late lunch at the Garage and it was probably one of the most incredible last minute foodie decision ever. The slow cooker coffee crusted beef brisket was packed with flavour and melt in the mouth - unreal. The chicken krapow was incredible, massive bold Thai flavours that ignited the taste buds. Do yourself a favour and order these 2 amazing dishes!

We paid Gordon Street Garage a revisit and were blown away by the quality of the food that we received. The coffees were great from Mano a Mano coffee roasters – a lovely Brazilian blend. For our brunch we chose a blue swimmer crab omelette which was delicious and packed with crab meat filling from end to end. The salad accompaniment was also lovely – a great minty chilli leafy heap and the sriracha sauce was a winning touch. If nothing else, come here for the crab omelette.

Love the food & atmosphere here. Came for weekend brunch and ordered the corn fritters (delicious, highly recommend), a mozzarella/tomato croissant (very fresh) & a cinnamon roll (love!). Coffee is good and the service is professional and friendly. Very spacious funky interior, great place to come with friends.
We love the ambiance of this place, it's beautifully designed. Came here for coffee and breakfast which were awesome! We ordered Crab Omelette, Steak, and Fruit Bowl - all were excellent! Highly recommended!
Great ambience and a perfect place for breakfast, the crab omelette was good, kids enjoy the big fried up and Mrs corn fritters definitely the winner. Recommended!
A semi-hidden gem. It's such a big place but the staff are so attentive and I've never had to wait long for a meal or coffee! Definitely know what they're doing, and they do it well.
Great open industrial-chic space. We had brekkie. I had the crab omelette which was very tasty and sized for beauty and taste not for someone who only wants one meal in a day. My fellow diners had pancakes which were also well portioned and tasty. Sometimes restaurants overdo the size of breakfast and one cannot eat it all. Good coffee too!
Gem of a discovery! Great staff and yummy food- what more can I ask for during my quick trip to Perth! Must try people! I'll definitely come back here again the next time I'm in Perth!
This is my next-door coffee shop so I have frequently bought my coffee's from here over the past 2 years and on occasion, food. TLDR; 5/5 coffee.
The first 6 months I came here for my morning fix I was ecstatic on the quality of the coffee but unimpressed by how my coffee was less than luke warm when dining in (every.damned.time. + I’m not a ‘extra hot’ person just a ‘I want to enjoy my coffee’ person) so, I made sure I made it known constructively because you can't fix it if you let it be. I started buying take-away coffee's only in the meantime and now the coffee is perfect in smoothness, taste and heat. It's been 1.5yrs now and I have not been let down any.time on any day. So, 5 stars for the coffee. Can't review the food right now as I haven't dined in for a year now based on my past experiences here but the place itself has such a good atmosphere, the decor and art is urban and the staff are awesome.
We have had breakfast and dinner there. The staff were brilliant and the food is outstanding. We will definitely go back when we visit Perth again.
Beautiful place, gorgeous to look at with great food, coffee and wine!! Seemingly understaffed both times I've been, but I wasn't in a rush so it wasn't really a problem (other than desperation for my coffee fix).
A nice place for breakfast or lunch - that’s brunch right? It can be busy on a weekend which gives it an electric buzz vibe. We’ve been several times and every foodie experience has been great.
Nice set up. Very spacious. The coffee is really nice. Not too acidic.
