Had a very authentic and lovely experience. A small restaurant but delightfully intimate
Absolutely wonderful! It reminds me of the restaurants in cabramatta and canley vale in nsw. Definitely worth a second visit
Comfort foods. They have variety of noodle dishes and mostly are very good
I visited Tra Vinh the other evening, hadn't been there for years!! I ordered Pho with raw beef and beef balls. It was DELICIOUS!!! It had a deep rich aromatic broth, heaps of noodles and tender sliced of beef. The complimentary tea you get is also so tasty and very warming on a cold evening!
A Perth friend recommended the restaurant and as it turned out the restaurant was full at lunch time. Luckily we got seats. All the dishes we ordered were nice. And portion was really really big...
Tra Vinh is my favourite VietnAmese restaurant out of all of the stores here in WA. Their signature dish has to be the combination broken rice or Com Tam Dac Biet which comes with everything (meatloaf, grilled pork, shredded pork skin, fried sunny side egg, pickled vege, cucumber and soup). Not only is the dish really tasty, it is also very generous (especially if you order takeaway).
Had the pho for dinner! Got the vegetarian pho which i love more than beef pho!
Highly recommended if you like pho with the affordable price and fast service!
Ps: i forgot to take pict nowadays as I was too hungry lol
Bustling and recommended by my friend, Tra Vinh was the lunch option of choice. We both had the rice vermicelli with grilled pork and it was good but, I was surprised to find, lacking in flavour. I'm eager to try the Pho and other dishes though.
Come here all the time, because the food is extremely tasty.
We love the noodle dishes especially - pho dac biet; bun bo xao; the house special noodles... SO GOOD at a very fair price.
Never been disappointed. The fit-out is fairly basic but as Anthony Bourdain (RIP) says it would be wrong to enjoy it any other way.
The broken rice with pork chop was so delicious! One of the best broken rice I've ever had. Enjoyed all the components and it was really satisfying. However the pho (with raw beef and beef ball) was quite disappointing and average. Prices here are reasonable.
Been to this restaurant (the branch in William Street) for a few times and we just come back if we want to eat Viet food in this China town. The pork chop and the noodle soup are both always well cooked. The price is very reasonable too. They served free hot tea and we enjoy it very much too.
I think this is the best Vietnamese for broken rice. My boyfriend ordered crispy chicken with egg noodle. It was good, but I feel like I have had better in girrawheen. Next time I will order an extra pork chop because I wasn't full after.
