I ate here last night and it was so delicious. Earlier in the night, I was clumsy and accidentally tipped one of the karrage chicken off the rail and into my sleeve and the chef were so kind about it, he cleaned it up and then one of the staff provided me a wet paper towel to help me clean it up. Simply the best! The hotate (scallops) were so big and fresh. Uni (sea urchin) from Tasmania was on special and I swear it melted on my tongue. Every other dishes were very well delivered as well. They have the all you can eat night on every Saturday night. A must if you are a sushi lover. Same with all the sushi train, you can’t always guarantee how good it is for those on the belt. Great food! This sushi train is a great place in the Hay street mall to grab a quick meal. It has a good mix of traditional and modern plates. If you come at peak lunch times there can be a bit of a wait but it's worth the queue.
