We ordered coffee it was only just warm, told it would be in a mug and came in a very small cups. We ordered our meals separately, not shared, a waitress bought over a meal ( lamb chops ) for my husband then took it away for someone else.
I received my meal 15 minutes later along with a desert, and while we were waiting we both decided to share it.
We asked how much longer the meal would be for my husband. We waited for over 3/4 hour, they had forgotten about my husband. Still waited then finally when it did arrive it was not cooked basically raw. Excuses were made when we went to pay and was only offered a 10% discount. After waiting all that time we should not have been charged for the lamb chops.
It was our first night out together in a long time to celebrate our anniversary plus, we have a special needs young man which we look after all the time and we don't get time out from very often, so our night was not memorable in the way it should have been..... overall extremely disappointed with the manager S Sandisons decision.

Great ambience and fantastic views of the newly built Elizabeth Quay. Prices are what you would expect of a waterfront property, and staff are a little standoffish, but the ambience pays off. I only expect this place to get more popular as more of the new Quay area is completed.
