Bari-uma - Perth - Photo album

Good, fast service. Ramen with thick broth and umami flavour. Fried chicken was crispy on the outside but juicy and tender on the inside. A quick and warning alternative to burgers and sandwiches when in Perth City. 1.5% surcharge for paying with credit card. Toilet was spacious and clean.
The soup in here is very thick, really thick. 2 people spend 52$, the restaurant is nice and clean. Decorations very special. Staff are friendly. Good location in cbd. Karaage chicken is tender and juicy.
I walked past many times and finally got to eat. I came over at 2 pm on a weekday. You have to wait in front of the restaurant for a staff member to come and see you. After the staff brings you to the table with the menu, you choose the food you want to eat and walk to the counter to order food and

I ordered the Kara Uma and it took no longer that 5 minuets to be served. It was freshly made and still warm. I lov
Been in Perth for the past few days and sick of eating burgers and sandwiches… Chance upon this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised that it’s so good and tasty. Ramen broth is thick and not too salty. Full of umami. Eel rice is definitely grilled to perfection. Free flow of ocha. Inexpensive p

The broth is thick and porky but not overpowering. The chashu is unfortunately a bit dry n tough. The diced chashu on the hand melts in your mouth and is very flavourful. The kaarage is the stand out light and crispy batter with a strong hint of ginger.
Back for dinner last evening with couple of friends and they loved the food and friendly service. I must say that its still the best ramen place in Perth! Must have the yummy Goyza and cripsy Karaage! Will be back again for more soon.
