Just had breakfast here and it was amazing! So yummy and huge serves, my partner and I went halves in an eggs Benedict and we still couldn't finish it. Staff are so friendly, food was quick and the atmosphere is great, will definitely be back next time we're in Subi 💕

Found this place by chance. Love the decor, atmosphere and music. Front counter service was superb. Had the pulled pork toastie and ham cheese mango chutney baguette, very yummy. Would recommend this place.

All the staff have wonderful customer service skills, full of smiles and polite conversation. The coffee and food are fantastic - I suggest the potato cake benedict - and the fresh juices made on premises are a nice touch, the #3 orange, lemon, apple and carrot juice is my all time favourite. The ambience is very relaxed without skimping on the quality or beauty of the location and building.

This place is our new favourite in Subiaco on weekend mornings. Coffee is always good from friendly barista, smashed avocado breaky is legend. Cold water from water fountain inside another thing. Helpful and smiley staff keep clean tables and chairs.Thanks

A nice addition to the outer Subiaco area. Boucla can be hard pressed to find a seat and Melograno happily absorbs the overflow. Never had a bad coffee here (and I have had a lot), love the fresh cold water on tap. Not too wowed by the food but come for a visit if you want a decent coffee.

If you like a daily breakfast place were you are treated like a part of the furniture then this is place! Unpretentious food with great coffee<br/>I like to start with one of the fresh baked inhouse muffins, each day you can get a choice of a different sweet or savoury option. The orange and poppyseed is particularly glorious. Although the regular breakfast menu is great and I'm a massive fan of their spinach and feta scrambled eggs, the ever changing specials are always enticing<br/>One day the Sardines on toast special will become a regular menu item<br/>Great place fir a good honest breakfast

Fresh and tasty burger and the food came fast. Front counter service left a lot to be desired...the guy looked like he did not want to be there!! They also need to train their staff that you don't clear a plate until everyone has finished their meals...it makes the table feel like you want them gone!

I really like my new local. They make very good coffee and the food is excellent. Clean fresh food and the range is appealing. I can choose things which are smaller serves and healthy. <br/>The ambiance is fresh and the cafe is clean and the staff are quietly efficient and friendly. <br/>It really convenient for me that they open early at 6:30. I can rock up to the window, order my coffee and bolt. On weekends, we can relax and go inside or outside and read a magazine or paper while breakfasting. <br/>Thank you 🌺

Love this place and come here 2-3 times a week for coffee or lunch. Staff are super friendly, chef cooks everything fresh to order plus there is ready made muffins etc if you are in a hurry. Chorizo, egg and goats cheese breakfast special is to die for.

Old fella behind the counter had a bit of a grumpy manner and didn't ask if PayPass was okay. Food untied my laces and tugged at my gently at my socks, but that was it. Coffee was bang on though.

Quick stop for coffee. Odd kind of fitout, think it is meant to be Italian but came across as French. Fully prepared to hate coffee but... The coffee machine (lime green) has pride of place and I can see why. Very robust coffee made with precision and skill. Will be back.

The Eggs ! Whatever Way They Come, They Are Always Good. Perfectly Poached, Or Creamy Scrambled. Jeff,scrambled specials. Creamy scrambled eggs with diced bacon, onion and chilli, served with Jean Claudes fabulous sourdough toast. Yum.
