A hidden gem serving the best roast duck. It’s a must try and incredibly tender, crispy skin and flavourful meat. No need to go to Good Fortune, this is the real deal.
This is a small Chinese restaurant in the Wilson suburb. I had their takeaway for dinner. Flavour wise, some were delicious and some were just ok. Their fried salted duck egg eggplant was just so delicious. The second worth mentioning was their Mapo tofu. Service was friendly and quick.
Chef Jay was from Shanghai and chef Ray was from Hong Kong. Both of them have continued to maintain the food quality that the previous chief chef had provided. Kudo to both of them. And again we enjoyed the food here. We ordered eggplant with three shredded sauces, garlic Kai-Lan, and sizzling Japanese tofu. The food was flavourful and delicious. I will re-visit this restaurant.
