Staff not helpful at all. Everything seemed too hard. And the sour Apple & Lemon slushie was not in the slightest sour but sickenly sweet. 3 sips and it went into the bin.

Beautiful location, Love Emily who works there. But disappointed in the icecreams. The banoffee was like eating a banana paddlepop, just plain banana flavour. The cookie dough was a weak chocolate ice-cream with cheap choc chips. Not a spec of dough to be seen. The licorice was tasteless.

To put it simply I'm obsessed. Wow Wow Wow and theres one main reason for that obsession. No not the delicious ice cream (Although that is a pretty big factor). The totally amazing service from a young girl called Emily. She went above and beyond for me and my child. The coffee, the ice cream, the service, the vibes all incredible. Should be proud to have an employee like Emily Bellisimo Gelato!

Always come here as they have quality products but the service is slipping , 5 staff stood there whilst we waited for them to continue conversation about parties and drinking , my partner then interrupted we got served in a rude manner ... at the end is that all I replied yes, girls said here pretty much threw cup walked off .. pretty poor customer service

When you ask for extra the customer service girls usually give very little.

More Than Nourishment
I have been coming here for years. It's always busy and you can see why. There is a wide selection of flavours, both traditional and non traditional. I love that they always mix up their non traditional flavours. Tried the pancake and maple syrup one which actually tasted like it! Love their pistachio, caramelised fig, tiramisu and coffee flavours. Will keep coming back for more!

Out of the three main players serving ice cream on the boardwalk this is my go-to place. I find 'Ben and Jerry's' and 'Cold Rock' a bit of a flavour failure at the harbour, with 'Bellisimo Gelato' offering some difference and variation in their flavours over time. (yes, I have visited the boardwalk for decades) Children may love the other vendors with their selections of added ingredients (at a cost to Parents) smashed into or drizzled over what they have ordered, but for me it's the taste of the original article that I appreciate. 'Bellisimo' offers flavours not available elsewhere, no need for anything to be added and at a reasonable cost for its position. You can ask for a test if you are unsure, but I have never been dissatisfied with any of their flavours. The berry sorbets are my favourite! Well done.

When Greed overtakes customer satisfaction!<br/><br/>The proprietors happy to charge $6.50 for a scoop of Gelato, this is not that problematic but since they accept 'CASH' only, they have installed a massive ATM machine which charges $2.50 per transaction instead of having a little EFTPOS or Credit card payment facility. <br/><br/>$9 for a scoop isn't a joke! Please avoid this cash scam!

Worst service from the young girl's that work here I've experienced. No smiles no hello no thanks they look miserable and look at you like your a inconvenience. No professionalism what so ever. <br/>As for the gelato it is ok not the best I've had but because of the service I will not return. Very disappointing.

Everytime we go to hillarys my partner and i with our son always go to the play zone connected to this place have a muck around then grab an ice cream.<br/>Tonight we did our usual played a few games gained 50 tickets went to counter..... waited... and waited.... and waited..... we were acknowledged but ignored a few times. So i walked around to the icecream part and got ignored twice. Finally a girl came back from her break and told me to go back into the play zone area. I told her i waited 10-15mins and got ignored several times. She told me i was not a priority and that the ice cream customers were..... i was gob smacked this girl told me who always goes there and spends around $15 on the games and a further $12 on icecream was not a "priority" i think anyone who puts money into a conpany is a priority, and what i think is definitely a priority is to educate your servers a thing or two in the hospitality industry.... never tell a customer they are not a priority. RUDE. Never ever going back.

The flavours make it difficult to choose, as they all look good. The ones I've tried taste nice, and quite creamy. The serving sizes are decent.

We visit the Bellisimo Gelato at Hillary's Harbour on a regular basis. Whats not good about ICE CREAM when you have two kids and a big kid in the family :-) Bellisimo is in a geat position on the boardwalk overlooking the harbour with plenty of shade and seating to enjoy whilst scoffing your ice creams. The variety of absolutely YUMMY looking flavours is too much for my kids,, they simply can't decide what to have. One scoop, two scoop, cone or cup? Sprinkles? Bubble Gum, Freckles & Speckles (which was JAMMED PACKED FULL) of smarties, honey comb and sorbets for a dairy free option. Oh and not forgetting all the different flavours of slushies/crushed ice options! Miss nearly 4 chose the Freckles & Speckles in a cup. It amazes me how they like to choose something different each time ;-) Find other family friendly places to eat in Perth
