I ordered through Ubereats, food came perfectly served and hot just as it would be in the restaurant. I had the Karaage Chicken Donburi, which was super tasty and filling. The Japanese chocolate cheesecake was really creamy, rich and delicious. Definitely will come back and order in person.
We had the number 1 roll. Yummy crunch. Also 'complete bento' completely filled the stomach. Unagi eel was smooth & lubricant with omega oils. We liked the food & the friendly service. The horse radish was screaming up the nasal orifices. Bellisimo.

We ordered the Teriyaki Salmon Bento, and sides of Giant Potato Fry, Croquettes and a healthy Tonic Miso soup. When our dish arrived, our expectations continued to be exceeded. Sweet Potato Chips so BIG! The sweet glaze was perfect combination. By the end of the meal we were planning our next visit.

their ramen is average but OMFG TRY THEIR CHICKEN KATSU highly recommend their donburi is really cheap too its only $12. Portion is kind of small though
Royal seal of approval. My current favourite Japanese food eatery in Perth. Always looks empty except for the endless stream of Uber Eats drivers. Everything on the menu is worth trying. Value for money.
Tonight we came in from fremantle for the 3rd time. We enjoy the clean tables. The sweet table service and yummy authentic Japanese cuisine. We will be back!!The first time we came here it was after the boxing day sales and not many shops are open we hesitated due to the fact there were only another type of people in there. Once inside we were greeted with friendly service delicious food and we have since been back twice. I would recommend that pork Katsu sauce it’s the house specialty and very yummy
I love the food here, and love that there are so many varied vego and vegan options! Another thing that makes this restaurant stand out for me is that the portions are nice and big for a very reasonable price - finally a restaurant that doesn't serve ridiculously expensive puny meals! The service is always lovely, warm and prompt. Just a few of many of my faves: the vego sushi roll (so large and delicious), the veg tempura, and the teriyaki tofu. I like that I still have so many other vegan options that I haven't tried at Shimizu (usually there's only one or two vegan options at other restaurants) and I can't wait!
I been here many times and really like everything on the menu. When the food was served they looked exactly as in the menu which was amazing. Recently, i have been doing takeaway for a Japanese friend who is not quite mobile and she love the food from this place.
The naruto ramen is amazing and a perfect size for a meal. The only issue is that the noodles are made with egg, so the "vegan option" isn't actually vegan. The adegashi tofu w/ veggies and rice is also wonderful, and the service is very friendly. Food doesn't take too long to come out, and the place has a nice feel to it. Very good/10
A rare opportunity to try Japanese Halal food. The staff confirmed with us the meat is from sources. The Teriyaki Chicken that came with the Rice box was amazing. The Ramen was served in big bowls. The Octopus balls we tried as a starter tasted great. Nicely made Japanese food.

After one trip months ago on a whim this place has fast become my partner and I's regular main spot for tasty, authentic Japanese meals.
Quite possibly one of the only places that delivers a delicious Teriyaki Unagi Donburi with all the texture and flavour you could want in a reasonable time.
No table service, but tables have QR codes for remote ordering or you can order at the register. Menu (mainly sushi) is subject to change in availability due to staffing but that cannot be helped.
If you live local, best bet's to order take-away using the same site. Get in early because online orders for this place almost never seem to stop.

Chanced by this place whilst craving Japanese food and expected it to be like the Shimizu at Watertown, which is good food. But we were blown away by how amazing the food was here. Service was slow but the lady kept us updated and it was worth the wait! We had the yakitori, donburi karaage chicken and beef teppan, all cooked to perfection.
