Always lovely to be here, welcoming staff and coffee is spot on as usual. They got variety of sandwiches, bagels and wraps to try.

Great little Cafe with great coffee and food. Can't believe how great the service was, very nice and friendly. I have a very specific coffee and the girls got it spot on which was nice and the food was excellent as well. Was a busy day and didn't have to wait long at all for my order. Would highly recommend this coffee shop if you are in the area and looking for a nice little spot for a bite and a coffee 😁🙂🤙🤙

A good star rating despite the below average attitude of the staff member who greeted me with “We didn’t have Salad today, so we had to make you one.” Judging by the look on her face, I immediately felt like an inconvenience to her day. I arrived at 12:15 and the cafe had cordoned off some areas and signs showed that they were hosting a function at 1pm [good for them!]. The staff member sweeping the floor near me while I was eating was clearly bugged that she’d have to come back and again I felt like an inconvenience. I made the choice to visit this cafe whilst the function members didn’t, to me that’s a big distinction. I left at 12:35 without the intention of returning or recommending this place to others. The salad was non-descript but fresh and tasty nonetheless and my Turmeric Latte was great.

Good coffee but always rushed through, even when quiet. There is a reluctance to use drink in cups here. Every time I request one I get a takeaway cup... not so environmentally friendly and the service is not always great. Get off ya high horses guys! Modern, large and airy. Good for business coffee but not cosy.

I ordered a flat white, and was served a chai latte. I brought it back and told them it was chai. So the barista opens the lid, looks at what’s inside and she said no this is coffee. She hadn’t even tried it!! It even smelled like nutmeg. She made me feel like a crazy person for a second and I don’t appreciate it. Will not be coming back. The redemption coffee was okay....

Best cafe in Perth CBD hands down! Coffee is to die for, food is always fresh and tasty and the staff always have smiles on their faces! Also if you download the Cupflick app you can preorder your coffee and toast and have it ready for you to collect on the way to work! Genius!

Great coffee sometimes a bit too busy but worth the wait. Awesome staff. Always friendly. Food is simple but tasty and serving size is decent.

My favourite coffee above over 20 cafes in the city. Louve coffee- strong, nice after taste and consistent every day. Order online to skip the line.

So...it's been a while.  <br/><br/>As far as anything in Perth is my local, LouVe is it. Have consumed more coffees here than I have the rest of the CBD put together!<br/><br/>And the most endearing quality of this place is that no matter how busy they get (and the words frantic, manic, chaotic, spring to mind) the brew they produce is always consistently good. <br/><br/>I must confess that it is not the absolute best coffee in Perth, but you always know what you are going to get, and it is always pretty good. On the basis of that alone they get a good score. <br/><br/>They also provide a wide range of other beverages including a fairly standard matcha latte (though two different powders seem to be used, one vastly better than the other), a decent red espresso and variety of others. <br/><br/>In all my time going there, I have never really eaten there, but they do have a reasonably well stocked selection and plenty of colleagues have their offerings as a core part of their morning routine. <br/><br/>Never wow'd...but never disappointed. Like the enduring and comfortable relationship it is, LouVe and I can look forward to celebrating many more anniversaries together.

My review is for the coffee only. I love the coffee here. I gave coffee here nearly every morning. I occasionally come here in the afternoon to play the flip the coin game just for the fun of it (I have terrible luck). The ladies are nice to me, the dude I don't get along with but I can live with that. The muffins are very dry. Burnt once and never tried it again. Bit of a pain coming here for coffee and trying to find a muffin somewhere else.

Good coffee, no great coffee!! They use their special blend Fiori beans. Service is nice, plenty of seating in the building lobby. Nice buzz to the place. Love the concept of "coin toss free coffee" between 2-3pm.

Sometimes you wish coffee bars had a line for people just wanting a coffee for themselves ! <br/>While the coffee is good I hate waiting 20mins while they pump out 8 orders of "1/4 this...." And "3/4 of that topped up" for one person to take back for their colleagues.

This is a great lunch venue for a simple bite and a good coffee. The food is fresh, tasty the staff really nice. The spacious seating is superb and comfortable. A well known spot for an informal meeting or a good chat with friends. Worth a try for sure if you are out that way.

How is this place now my favourite cafe in the CBD?! What a turnaround! <br/>I finally decided to revisit the other day, which happened to coincide with not only their doing away with the annoying af minimum eftpos policy but the introduction of several new hot beverages including matcha, red espresso and turmeric latte, JOY! Dairy free will cost you $5.50 but between 2-3 pm you have the chance to toss a coin and get it for free. Super friendly staff working there at the moment, and the usual yummy food on display including daily changing muffins, banana etc bread, chia/granola pots, raw desserts, yogurt and fruit pots, etc etc. I have been returning at least once daily since and can't get enough. Go Louve! <br/><br/> Wow. What a cow on the front counter today. I hadn't been to this place for a while as they don't accept EFTPOS under $10 but I couldn't see a sign up today so thought they might have joined the 21st century and gotten rid of their archaic policy. So I ordered a chicken and avo toastie whereupon I was told I couldn't pay by card and asked if I wanted a water or a coffee to bring it over $10. I said no... She begrudgingly put it through. I wasn't given the option of paying a surcharge for the privilege. Much appreciated. However! When she called me to give me my order she LITERALLY through it across the counter and walked off! No thank you, no goodbye, no don't come back, nothing. What disgusting behaviour! I've never seen anything like it. Needless to say I will never return here.

Without fail one of the best places for coffee in Perth CBD, really enjoy the service too- it brightens my morning! I go quite frequently and the service and coffee is always consistent, smooth and delicious :)

Rudest backpacker staff ever. Waited to order while both of them had inane hipster style conversations with their mates. Thought this may have improved in the three months since I last visited, but sadly not.

Last night I was lucky enough to attend the unveiling of Oakover’s 2015 Whites, Rose and a couple of newly released reds from the cellar. I was a ‘good’ wine blogger on this particular night as I actually made sure I wrote a tasting note for each wine. Typically I get sidetrack by the wine, food and people – but last night I was down to business (maybe that was something to do with having to drive!).

I love LouVe so much! I work in the same building and I never want to leave. Breakfast so soo yummy and such a great price ($6.50 for delicious bacon and eggs -2 eggs!- on turkish bread with caramelised onions and sauce) coffee is consistently great. And the staff made the effort to learn my name and my order, they are the best so friendly.

Love this place! Great coffee, food and staff! We have had a few corporate events and the food has been amazing and the staff going over and beyond to ensure are needs were met. Not sure what the other review was on about, sure you were at louve? Did think so!

The best healthy and fresh CBD lunch around and it wont break the bank. Have been here 4 times for lunch now and I think it is the CBD's best kept secret. Amazing wholesome food, exceptional customer service and an ever changing variety to choose from. You could easily eat lunch here every day and have something different. The quality is consistently high and the formal seating area is just fab - spacious and quiet, a great way to chillax in the middle of the day. Oh and did I mention incredibly affordable?! Just $15 for a main, side salad and organic juice and so much more laid back/less congested than the near by food court. Love it!

Coffee is good but they don't use skinny milk for people who ask for it. They use full fat milk for all coffees.<br/><br/><br/>-----20 May, 2014-----<br/><br/>Another mediocre cafe serving average expensive coffee. Irrespective of what your order is, (skinny etc) they use full fat milk. Serving staff need to get over themselves.

Yum!. Just came in on my afternoon off because I fancied something a little more exotic than what your average perth cafe has to offer. I tried the big breakfast wrap.<br/>AMAZING flavors and very creatively done. <br/>The food NEVER disappoints here.

NOTHING TO LOUVE!. Had a client meeting and thought i'd give it a go for lunch afterwards. it was pretty average. whilst i wouldn't go so far as to say it was rubbish, there's nothing special or stand out about it. food was average, milk in my coffee tasted burned and there was a bit of a wait. the staff didn't seem overly bothered and there were spelling errors i noticed around the place. all up, i got the impression the whole outfit was a bit amateurish. given the terrific location, i expected more. i wouldn't bother again and would recommend others not to bother.

Perth's Hidden Secret. Went down for lunch with a few friends and was really impressed with everything!!! My wife has a few challenges with food like dairy/gluten/wheat and it was great your menu catered for the "healthier" crowd as well. <br/><br/>My friend commented on the service when served at our table and said he would definitely be coming back again. If anyone was interested, we had the chicken parmijana, vegie fritata, prawn and avocado salad, liver cleanse and energy boost fresh juices and everything is freshly made on the day, oh yeah the (gluten-free) desserts were to-die-for and the coffee was so good two people went for a second one.<br/><br/>Amazing all round, if you havent been yet i highly recommend it, 11/10.

Favourite coffee spot in Perth CBD. Thanks to eatdrinkperth vouchers, we stopped looking for different cafes daily to find the best coffee. No matter how many coffees they have to make, the consistency of the milk temperature and taste of the coffee never fails. Can't start working without coming here first! I recommend everyone to come here! Not many coffee lovers have heard about this place.

Daily craving. I was just sitting at my desk this morning and had my first sip of my Long Mac topped up from lovely Justin and Kirby and realised I was silly to have never rated Louve on here. Absolutely amazing coffee and made with love!! <br/>Reasonably priced and always has a buzzing atmosphere. I go every morning and advise everyone to be cautious because once you try one coffee, you will be in louve ;) <br/><br/>Thank you Christian for an amazing cafe!!

Seriously?. It has been a long time since I got a coffee with burnt milk (distinctly different to overexposed "burnt" coffee), but this place managed. Won't be back!

Love Love Love LouVe. I come to Louve every morning.... The coffee is amazing and as others have previously stated cheap for Perth, everyone is so friendly and it really does make you feel like a valued customer when they are already making your usual as they see you coming... the food is extrememly well priced and delicious! I grab my lunch from there most days not for the convenience of it being in my building but for the yummy things they always have, I have not had a bad coffee or lunch to date!<br/>Kepp up the good work guys!

Keep it up LouVe. I have been having my morning coffee fix at LouVe since it opened. Now there are 4 or 5 newer cafes nearby which might be tempting but comparing price, taste and friendly service, I will stick with them. Prices everywhere have started creeping towards the $5.00 mark, but you still get a good coffee here for $4.00. <br/>Thanks Christian and all your great staff.

Louve baristas know their coffee! I love their coffees so I'm there almost every day. Phone orders are taken. Ask about a discount for using your own take away cup.

Great people, great coffee. I love this place. I really love it. and i love the people that work there. The people are ALWAYS friendly (not to mention stylish and attractive too) and even if you don't go there regularly they still remember you and provide personal service. Although I can only vouch for the Mocha I usually buy, it is of great quality and reasonably priced. It is very refreshing to find a business that still understands what customer service is and I will continue to reward them for it by my busines and encourage everyone i know to go there too.

I have Been a regular here for a long time and used to love it, but lately I feel like my coffees are always burnt and the sugar is either missing, or not stirred. For $4 I expect it would be stirred. Lovely staff though, and I hear the food is good :)

Great coffee and super friendly staff. I work nearby and have tried most of the places nearby for coffee and this is by far the best. The lines can get a bit long but then again this is a great sign of how good things are. The staff are lovely and never seem to be frazzled. Well worth a try if you haven't already and well worth a wait in line.

Lovely place!!. The coffee at LouVe is delicious - I definitely reccommend you try their special LouVe Blend - since I tried it I have never gone back to my usual Long Mac. The owners are some of the nicest people around (a nice change from many of the other CBD coffee places....Velvet, Tiger Tiger ect...) Everyone working there is friendly , you can still get a coffee for $4 and the food is all delicious!!

Why can't they spell?. The coffee is good when you have in, but for some reason doesn't taste so good when you take away (something with the cups?). They are too slow and need to speed things up. The food looks good but I haven't eaten there. Finally, why can't they spell?

Perfect for early morning coffee addiction and business coffee meetings.. I discovered the LouVe when I was starting work at 7am. There are not that many good options for coffee at that time in the morning, so I was quite happy when I accidently came across the LouVe, conveniently located on my walk between the Busport and St Georges Tce. The LouVe guys use Fiori coffee beans and their coffee making skills do the beans proud. If you happen to time it just after the muffins come out of the oven in the morning you are in for a real treat. I regularly drop through for my morning addiction. The LouVe is also a great place for business coffee meetings. It is situated in the foyer of the Alluvion building and subsequently has an open plan spacious feel to it; professional and elegant rather than cramped and noisy. Good coffee, good food, good service and just the right atmosphere. Thanks guys.
