Review Ramen Lab - Perth

Adrian M
A very popular and busy pasta place that goes on the cool concept of pasta by the metre. The standard serve is three metres and you can pay for extra metres. You choose your pasta type which includes regular, tomato or spinach infused pasta options, and there's even a lower carb option of zucchini pasta. Next there's plenty of options of sauces and toppings catering to your desires of vegetarian, different types of meat and seafood, and olive oil, tomato and creamy sauces. Complementing the pasta, there's also some choices of appetisers and salads. The venue is lively and good for a reasonably quick feed of decent pasta. Given how busy they get during peak times, you should book ahead if you want to make sure you get a spot.

Had a very enjoyable meal, the place was busy but the food came quickly and I have nothing but good things to say about the crumbed chicken with pasta and tomato base. Would highly recommend if you enjoy pasta or italian food!

Had dinner with a group of 10 friends on a Thursday night and the restaurant was half full so getting a seat was quite easy. Had the basil pesto pasta with classic noodles, which I liked but couldn't finish. The standard size of the pasta noodles is 3m, I probably only ate 1m at most. I was able to take it away for lunch the next day! 🤗 Food came out promptly and service was good. The pasta is ok depending on which dish and noodle you get. Good for group gatherings.

I always have a great experience here. Solo Pasta is a very fun place to bring a group of friends and family. The staff are really friendly, and their pasta is delicious. I love the concept of pasta by the metre. Choose your pasta, sauce, and then eat all of it ❤️☺️ Solo also does delicious cocktails. My fave is their pavlova 😱

Love this little gem. Cocktails wow! Pasta is by the metre. Love the fresh made on premises pasta. Three flavours of pasta to choose from then select a sauce from the list. Took me a while to choose. Bring your appetite so you can enjoy dessert. Service easy and welcoming. Want to revisit next time I am in WA!

This has to be one of the best restaurants in Perth. Their unique way of combining Pasta into mouth watering recipes that will tease your palate, is amazing.Update Had their Angus beef Creamy pasta Dish. It was absolutely outstanding. I have always avoided ordering Pasta in restaurants. But this dish was delicious

Very friendly staff and awesome food.

it was incredible. service was amazing and the food is to die for. kinda pricey but you get your money's worth! 100% recommend!

We ordered via Ubereats. Gyoza were lovely. Rain was terrible. We had the Hakata and the Old School. The Hakata only came with half a boiled egg instead of a full one which was implied in the description, the bamboo shoots tasted terrible, the pork was more fat than pork and the noodles stayed as a solid lump at the bottom of the bowl even after adding the broth. The Old School did not smell or taste appealing at all, again the noodles were a solid lump, although they broke up a little when thoroughly mixed. Will not be ordering, visiting or recommending to anyone.

Amazing ramen, can't recommend it enough. Have eaten a lot of ramen in the city and can easily say this is my second favourite, ramen lovers already know the first has no competition.

I was a bit reluctant to go try this ramen out because I've seen such a bad rating. However, I thought it was delicious. I ordered the ultra-men with a few changes and added chilli to it, adding the chilli to it made it so yummy. I really enjoyed the noodles, it was thin and fresh, and the servings sizes are massive. I do have to say that the menu was a bit different than other ramen places.

Went to dinner here and the food was average. I've walked pass Ramen Lab a few times when I was in mount Lawley and have been dying to try it out! My partner and I love a good ramen and had high expectations for this place. But failed to reach our standards as the broth was kinda bland there was no real flavour in it, none of the flavours stood out to me, it was nothing exceptional ! I must admit the presentation of the ramen was good flavour wise...not the best. We also had the octopus balls (not sure the exact name of it) it was delicious! I loved it, think it started my love for octopus balls. ☺️ <br/><br/>Overall, I would choose my Asian 3min ramen over this.

I've been warned by a number of people about this place but Yenyen.foodielife, A. and I decided to bite the bullet and tested it out ourselves with open minds. When our ramen bowls arrived there was an overwhelmingly strong bamboo shoots scent. The noodles used were so thin, almost rice-vermicelli-like, which wasn't the best choice because the soup didn't get to coat the noodles the same way had they been thicker. My tonkotsu broth was watery and Yenny's miso had a strange fishy taste. The highlight of our dinner was being seated right where the toilet was, despite having requested a table near the window (furthest away from the toilet). The smell of cleaning products was so strong that we had to move to another table and when we did it, the waitress made the biggest fuss because "other tables were reserved". Well maybe don't have tables so close to the toilet and actually have "reserved" signs on other tables then. We left the place soon after with the most unpleasant taste in our mouths and it definitely wasn't just from the ramen. Care factor & customer service: 0. We should have known when we only ordered 2 things and the waitress didn't care to remember who ordered what. Maybe they're called Ramen Lab for a reason, still experimenting with their food & service I see ❌❌❌

We came here on a Monday night as my hubby was craving Ramen and I'd read a good review from Broadfield and it didn't disappoint. My 12 year old step daughter who was going to experience her first ramen was dubious when it was put in front of her but she really enjoyed it. The ramen bowls are a generous size, and yes at the pricier end for ramen but I am aware they make their own noodles and they were certainly tasty. We couldn't resist some of the entrée items so sampled the taco, chicken wings, truffle edamanes and the gyozas. All of them were great but I particularly enjoyed the chicken taco and spicy wings. I was surprised the taco was cold but the flavours were worth it. It reminded me of a Nobu taco but twice the size. We came early and left early but the place was nearly full when we left. It's BYO, the staff were lovely and the food was great. Yes I think it's pricey for a noodle café at $105 for 3 people but realistically we could have just eaten a ramen bowl each and been satisfied but being our first visit we couldn't resist ordering some small items too.

I've got to say it was rather disappointing. <br/><br/>Positive: Friendly staff. Nice egg. Chicken broth ramen seems to taste better (only had a taste) <br/><br/>Negative: Had the Hakata ramen. Broth was lacking depth and when it came out to us it was only lukewarm. The noodle was overcooked on mine and I found the flavour of lye water (kansiu) too strong for me. For $15.50, I'm expecting a bit more pork.

I think this Ramen Lab is the best Ramen shop in Perth,  I lived in Hakata and tasted a lot of Hakata traditional Ramen. Their broth is real one with no MSG I think, taste different every visit that means they make their own broth, honestly. <br/>On the other Ramen shops in Perth most of them they use imported made broth so taste same for me. Also the amount of noodle is perfect for me.
Hungry Hippo
Ramen was OK nothing spectacular. The broth was a bit salty and thick. It wasn't the usual miso based I'm used too. Serving was decent so that's a bonus. Food preparation was fast and venue was clean. Been there now but probably won't be back for ramen.
Erika Giorgio
Yummy warm broth noodle fresh tasting very accomodating for kids. Staff is lovely will be back for sure!! Best here for winter we love it as it's cosy
Jongdae Park
really authentic Japanese Ramen i have had recently- which called Umtra-men- it's quite heavy and flavourly which i had not easy to get the chance in Perth- nice and kind staff and trusty hygenic- i might come back here for having dinner with my friends soon
Roland Wingward
Nice atmosphere with cute music and friendly wait staff. Lots of social seating arrangements. Some of the dishes are quite traditional Japanese so the flavors could be more foreign to western diners. For example the Classic Hakata had quite a salty broth. The "Old School" with buck wheat noodles was a favorite. Tea is really nice, much potential to be had here in a great location on Beaufort Street.
Foodie
The store may be small, however, the staff is very friendly. I ordered the Chicken Ramen which was $15.50. The food arrived very quickly and was very delicious. The only con was probably the broth was on the salty side, other than that it was great!!
Vanessa Frost
Excellent, swift service and extremely tasty pork ramen. It was the second I had tasted and I was pleasantly surprised. My only suggestion is that I would have liked more pork.
Rachel Tay
This place was a big let down for me. Was very excited when it opened and couldn't wait to try it as the place looked really funky. Ordered the original ramen with a couple baos as entrees. The broth had no complexity to it, just tasted like salty water and the noodles didn't have a nice texture to it. The baos were also disappointing, they were cold and quite hard/stale but the filling tasted okay. I don't think I'll he returning here.
MinDynasty
We ordered Ttan Ttan and Mazemen old school. Very pricy for salty noodles (I don't think it could be called ramen). The broth in Ttan Ttan is think, my partner said it tastes like body odor. For Mazemen, we had to add lots of extra salt and chilli to make the flavor right. Would not recommend this place.
Aussiepoida
Certainly at the lower end of the Ramen scale. I was not at all impressed and it does not stack up well against some of the other great Ramen places that have popped up around Perth. The flavour was just not there.
Person Who Eats
Pretty good ramen spot! I'm pretty judgey when it comes to ramen – I've had some ichiban bowls in Japan – and Ramen Lab is not bad. I had the Char-ramender which was delicious. Broth was flavourful and spicy, and the addition of buttery corn kernels was yum. And the house-made noodles totally elevate the ramen. My partner had the Hakata-style which I tried – it was also delicious. The dishes could generally do with a bit more broth, but overall wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Ultra- Men pork broth $16.50 was very salty till you can't taste the broth. Portion a bit too small, not enough ingredients.<br/>Gyoza $9.00 was Amazing, crispy skin, juicy inside and have that much flavor. Highly recommended!<br/>KFC - Korean Fried Chicken $13.00 was good and tasty.<br/>Clean and fast service.
Luisa
We had the lunch special ( $12 for a small serve of ramen, green tea and a side dish ). Staff was friebdly. However, the broth for the Hakata style ramen was a bit bland, and the noodle was a bit soft. Overall the food was average.

Ramen lab has very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff and service was excellent.<br/><br/>I loved my Hakata classic and found the pork broth really flavoursome without t bring too salty. The portion was really generous, the boiled egg, mushroom and bean shoots tasted great and although the pork looked quite fatty, it tasted great - better than it looked. I was really impressed. My partner had the same but was a little underwhelmed - different tastes. They also offer a free child's meal (half portion of chicken or pork broth with noodles) with any 2 ramen meals at lunchtime. The chicken broth was lovely, and came with poached chicken slices and was also a very generous portion. <br/><br/>We also had the gyoza dumplings - I loved the depth of flavour and delicious tangy dressing. Very tasty.<br/><br/>The waitress provided crayons to entertain our child when he got restless - we didn't have to ask. A nice touch. <br/><br/>I really enjoyed my meal and would definitely eat here again.

Having stood up for Ramen Lab before, we returned recently only to be disappointed, and slightly betrayed. We had the mazemen (Old School) and the Hakata Classic. Gone was the rich, porky, sweet flavour of the hakata. What was there was the undeniable flavour of burnt stock. I won't speculate as to what could have happened, but to burn the base of what makes your ramen stock and serve it is... criminal for a ramen joint.<br/><br/>The mince of the mazemen had too much gochujang, it was all you could taste. Unfortunately, mazemen meets bibimbap didn't work out too well here. <br/><br/>The staff are still super friendly, and helpful. Ramen lab seems to be doing a lot of other things at the moment, which shifts the focus away from the most important thing - ramen! If Ramen Lab doesn't get ramen right, then we might just have another Ramen Samurai here. Shame.
Yvonne Lee
Except the Chasu and egg, nothing is like a proper ramen. The broth is too thick and the beansprout just raw. It's just a no for me. Not recommended.
T-M@c
Highly disappointing, the broth is a little over salted and the atmosphere didn't exist. Doesn't help if they're storing their pantry items on shelves next to the toilet which opens out to people sitting at their tables eating their meals. Definitely not recommend.
MnT
i love ramen, but i cant say the same for the ramen served here. broth was tasteless and its pretty pricey for what they give you. <br/>hopefully it gets better.
Bexter
Came here on a Saturday night for dinner and had the Hakata Style ramen. Was pretty disappointed as the broth lacked flavour and the noodles were just too soft for my liking. Wouldn't recommend it as there are better ramen joints in Perth that are cheaper too.
Master Roshi
Itadakimasu!<br/><br/>The service here is great. Staff are welcoming, great with assisting in orders and polite. Doesn't impact much to some, but to me plays a big part if I was to come back again. To the food!<br/><br/>So I ordered a side of Takoyaki which was pleasant. It wasn't dry and was presented well. The taste of the batter was nice and was given a little bit more boost with the chili mayo. A 6/10 in my books.<br/><br/>For the noodles I had the Yuzu Shio which was exactly as described - Spicy and Tangy. The spiciness of the broth was nice, not flaming hot however the tangy lemon flavours were very overpowering - the pantry at the back had lemon juice which disappoints me if they are using that compared to fresh lemons/Yuzu juice (Japanese Lemons). Sometimes felt like it was a lemon broth compared to a chicken broth. The home made noodles was nice but note, you will need to eat quick if not the noodles will start absorbing the broth making it very thick and filling. The accompaniments with the dish made the presentation and taste well above average and therefore I'm giving it a 7/10<br/><br/>It's a definitely future recommendation for me. Might have to try a few more dishes and see if it brings the rating up, or down. But keep up he good work. Nice location with parking on the side.

Being an Asian, I am hard to please in terms of food :D<br/><br/>I was a bit sceptical to visit this ramen joint, especially after looking at how low their rating is in here. <br/><br/>However, I found the pork broth ramen to be quite nice in terms of flavour and texture. As an avid fan of Nao and Dosukoi, I think the flavour is at par with the more popular ramen joints. <br/><br/>Having said that, I agree that the price is very steep considering the small portion of noodles and porks I got. The problems are not in the quality of food but rather in pricing and portioning of food.

With a name like Ramen Lab, you would think the masters behind the bench got it all worked out. Boasting 8 ramen choices in total, the initial impression one adopts continues to prevail. Located on a corner block next to Presotea and opposite Meatballs, they've got a pretty prime location. We ordered a chicken broth and a pork broth. The sad thing was, when the food arrived, very little differentiated one from the other. <br/><br/>Service is polite, food came out swiftly, the contents within the bowl neither impressed or offended. The layout of the restaurant could be a lot better, it was quite the maze trying to loop around to where we were seated on the bench to the left of the restaurant along the wall. One glance at the shelf behind the counter when you pay, and you do pay at the time of ordering, gives you great insight on all the canned ingredients that they use. <br/><br/>Mount Lawley could do with a ramen place provided it's done properly, there's Hanami literally just up the road and YUZU Kaiten Sushi just across the road so Ramen Lab runs the risk of being inoffensively forgettable.

Don't be put off by the low ratings on Zomato, because Ramen lab is definitely worth trying. The ramen was fresh, delicious, had both classic and unique flavours, and was well-portioned. The servers were attentive and friendly. Loved the decor.

When something new opens in Perth, there is very little secret behind it in this small city.  When Ramen Lab opened its doors to the public a couple of weeks ago, I knew I had to get in.  After all, there is plenty of space for more ramen in Perth. Coming in hungry beyond words can describe, it was safe to say I ordered my heart out.  To start, a single serve of their Bao filled with cabbage slaw, and pork belly with a drizzle of spicy Aioli.
Asian's Taste
Came here for early dinner, friendly service.<br/>For the taste:<br/>If you big fan of thick broth you should give it a shoot. <br/>But for me is a bit too thick and porky.<br/>Overall, It is a good addition for our suburb. Something different.☺️<br/>
Bite Into It
Average Ramen. Its not the greatest i certainly have had better. Found the soup to be bland and the ramen was plain. There was nothing in it for something that costed $15 and above.
Daisy Chen
Sooo, I was hoping that the reviews weren't true and that this place was actually OK but, it wasn't. The noodles were tough, the broth bland (or powered by a chili oil) and I just didnt love having broccoli, cabbage and carrots making up the bulk of my bowl. I got Tann Tann? And my boyfriend the Char-ramander.
Becky Lavelle
Amazing noodles and staff👍🏼👍🏼<br/>Tried Ultra-Men, TTan-TTan so far.<br/>Very nice and tasty!<br/>TTan-TTan's got the strong flavour which is my favourite😍<br/>Would be nice to add pork chashu with it as it came with pork mince.<br/>Ultra Men catch me too!! Love the broth! Nice, thick and not make me thirsty.<br/>Definitely going back to try more different noodles!!
Granola
I really wanted to like this place, but although it was a decent experience I don't think I will be returning any time soon. The inside of the restaurant is a bit all over the place - fridges and containers of stock right beside dining tables and paying customers. I had the Chicken Paitan, which was alright, but for $15.50 I expected better. Noodles and broth were okay separately, but altogether it was just a bit bland and didn't live up to what I had expected.
ドミニク コシク
only name is japanese and misleading. staff very friendly, food ok but all olace has nothing to do with japanese ramen shop. its like going to Yum Cha and once you get here you realize its all run by Indian people...
Lin
It's ok, average at best right now. <br/>Takoyaki is very nice! The bao on the other hand not my favourite. It tasted more like it was just a kraut bao. Hardly tasted the pork belly at all. <br/>The noodles and the egg were nice but the broth for both the Hakata and chicken paitan really needed seasoning (good thing there was some to choose from on the table). Some of the meat was warm and some was cold but not a big deal. <br/>I would come back if I was in the area but not in any rush.
Pris
2.8rating<br/><br/>$15-$17 for a bowl does not make it cheap. But I've come to a realisation that this is the price tag of food in Mount Lawley. I want to support the variety of cuisines in this area but if you're selling only Ramen, it needs to be really good. We liked the gooey egg and noodles were ok (nice, al dente) but the broth was ok. <br/><br/>We had the Hakata style and Ultra Men. <br/><br/>We are returning because we live nearby and we want to try the others like Yuzu broth and the spicy broth. Not rushing though. <br/><br/>High seating against the wall doesn't work- really close to the low seating tables. It's awkward and their butts are right at our table level. Disaster is only a fart away...
Kim
Ramen soup was tasty. Presentation of the dish was nice. Service was fast and polite. Portion size was small and felt it was a little bit expensive. Enjoyed my dinner overall and will return for some more ramen!
Jojostar
Very very friendly and accomodating staff. Food came out extremely fast as as well. We ordered chicken paitan, charmender and Mazmene. While my friend love their chicken paitan, I personally think that their broth could be better with more flavours. It's a little too bland for me.
Highuci Shota
Being a Japanese and a chef myself I was surprised to see how commited the chef is towards his creation. Considering 80% of Ramen shop in Japan and almost all in Perth uses concentrated soup base available from suppliers this shop is doing amazing job.  Sadly from the review many people clearly do not appreciate his hard work yet.  I gave 4points instead of 5 for 2 things,  the broth was not very hot,  and the price is on higher side.
Stefania Bertazzoni
OOOh we loved it!<br/>The place is little and cosy and pleasant, the fact that they make noodles fresh right there is absolutely amazing, thubs up for that! The idea to order at the counter is very good because I generally find waiters in perth a lot pushier than I would like, at Ramen Lab instead they are present if you need them but they don't rock up at the table every 2 mins.<br/>So we had the entrees first: octopus meatballs and the bao with pork. Both absolutely delicious and tasty. I had a preference for the octopus, my partner for the pork bao (in fact he actually bought a second one at the end of the dinner). entrees vote 5<br/>We both tried a chicken ramen afterwards, for me the chicken paitan and the char-ramender for my partner.<br/>The paitan was perfect flavour and perfect presentation, the size was good the noodles texture perfect. I tried a bit of the char-ramender too but since I don't enjoy spicy too much i rely on my partner's opinion in saying it was very good<br/><br/>Price reasonable for size and quality<br/><br/>Not giving a full 5 because the broth was a bit too salty for me. And I'm actually afraid this could be your comments fault guys! Since they are still adjusting in the soft-opening period I am confident they'll find the right balance

On a chilly Friday evening, my partner and I were slightly hyped to find a ramen joint so close to where we residing near the Mounts of Lawley. After reading a mixture of positive and negative reviews. We order three ramen bowls. (I know...3 bowls between two...we are gluttons).<br/>Ordered the Ultra-men, Chicken Pai-tan, and the Midori with a side Chashu Pork.<br/>I personally found the Ultra-men had a tad too strong of a miso flavour which overwhelmed the Pork broth. Understanding a miso incorporated broth require constant stirring to keep the miso from sinking to the bottom of the bowl. Ramen noodles are well made.<br/>The Midori was ok, especially with the idea of cheese ramen happing with instant noodles atm. Felt the Pork broth was lacking some sort punch or an umami-ness to it. Was slightly bland to my taste palate.<br/>The Chicken Pai-tan, we were curious to find out their rendition of Chashu chicken (never thought about it). The broth was also lacking again, thought it needed a bit of salt to raise the bar. The chashu chicken had a good balance of flavour, however the texture we may need to get used to. <br/>Not sure if it was the day we went, but the Chashu pork was a bit more chewy rather than a foodie-gasm melt-in-your-mouth experience I've had from Nao and Freshmade in the City.<br/>Overall, the ambience and service was pretty good. Food = there is potential.
Mei Ch'ng
Came across their Instagram page and it got me really hyped up! Tags of "healthy ramen" and "no artificial flavouring" got my attention. What's even better is that it's walking distance from me!. Went on their second soft opening night and the place was packed! . Look at the massive stock pots!
Bart Mead
Full of flavour, great menu and very friendly service. The restaurant had only just opened when we visited and the set up was not quite completed but the food made up for it. The Tori Paitan was especially good
Claudia99
We were very excited about Ramen coming to Mt Lawley. We went during the soft opening - sadly, it was disappointing. It's not that it left a bad taste in our mouths, the broth left no taste in our mouths. But please don't feel despondent Ramen Lab, take on the criticism you have received in your first few weeks and work on making your broth the best in Perth! You have so much potential, especially as something Perth is desperate for and in a spot like Beaufort Street. We will give you time to overcome your teething issues and visit again in a few months.
Lyv To Eat
A new ramen restaurant has opened! Hurrah! I planted the seed in Mr. T's mind to go try this place, before I knew it, he was the one dragging me out the door to check this place out. Ultra-Men ($16.50). I chose the Ultra-Men because I can't pass up trying the pork broth and I want all the trimmings with it.  When the ramen arrived at our table, we were asked to mix through the whole bowl thoroughly as the flavours may have settled to the bottom, so we followed suit. To begin with I thought the broth was very subtle, unlike other ramens I've tried in Perth. But, the flavour did get more intense towards the bottom of the bowl and in the end I didn't leave a drop uneaten. The chashu slices were tender and flavoursome and the egg was perfectly soft boiled.
Hoang Bui
Good effort but needs to make their own noddles if they are to compete with Nao and Oceans. Especially having the most expensive ramen in Perth.
.ji.sama
really enjoyed my ramen, had the hakata classic with an extra side of chicken. thought the broth was good, could have been a tad hotter temp. wise, but other than that was a really good bowl of ramen. the pork and chicken chashu sides were smooth and delicious., noodles were also cooked very well. good service, will be back.<br/><br/>updated review:<br/>came back again and this time my bowl of ramen was terrible. broth tasted burnt throughout and just 'off' overall. disappointing really as ramen places are popping up all over perth and i initially really liked them. hope they pick up their game.
Roddy Cameron
Loved it.  will be coming back all the time.  the food was out of this world,  i never give 5 star ratings,  this place really did it for me
Fooodmachine
Dont waste your time queueing up for this place, there's better places in Perth for ramen. Menu was limited and not very traditional - which would have been okay if they pulled through but both dishes we tried were let-downs. Takoyaki balls were tasty and kind of chewy but flavoured well. I had the classic pork broth and my partner had the char-ramender with mild spice. Both broths lacked depth of flavour and were very oily, especially the chicken broth. I liked the eggs, they were cooked well and the meat were good thick slices. However there was a lacking of toppings (very little bean sprout and no wakame) and they chopped up the bamboo shoots so there was no change in texture from the noodles. Not only that, these are the most expensive bowls of ramen I have tried in Perth thus far. So disappointed, Oishii and Nao still reign supreme!
Fluffy
Ramen Lab, I really want to like you. <br/>Your shop looks pretty from the outside. On the inside, uh, you're all over the place - Shelves and fridges with stock adjacent to tables with paying customers. <br/>Your menu is simple, and so should be awesome. Love how you make your noodles on site. The pork broth that my husband and I had was tasteless. The pork slices and egg were cold. Neither of us finished or even made it through half of our bowls. <br/>We ended up going elsewhere for dinner. <br/>Ramen Lab, you can do better. <br/>
Billylamb
Had such high hopes for this place so was a bit disappointed. The most important part of ramen to me is the broth but it had a very mild taste, was struggling to find the flavour. The homemade noodles were thin and okay, the egg was cooked perfectly and well seasoned and the meat was really tender and tasty. The components were all there but the broth really let it down. Maybe it's some teething issues but I wouldn't be rushing back here. There's more tasty ramen in Perth.
Munchie Junkie
Not sure what happened here. Got there pretty late and it was busy but we got a seat. Ordered some takoyaki which was fresh but seemed to have too much dough but had decent flavour. <br/>Then the ramen. I love ramen, I really do so it doesn't take much for me to feel satisfied. When it came out, it looked awful. Some sort of greenish oil floating on top. But the broth, wow. It had no flavour at all and I had to add salt and pepper and chilli to bring it up to an edible level. <br/>The pork smelt a bit like closet mothballs and the noodles were average. <br/>I just hope I came on a bad night. My love of ramen means I'll probably come back when things are hopefully a bit more settled but first impressions are not great.
Ann
Tbh, average ramen compared to other ramen stores in Perth. Overall, nothing special but would recommend the takoyaki which had amazing seasoning and sauce.
CiderCraze
Love it! It does show that they know what they are doing and I am a bit fan now!<br/>Noodles are cooked to perfection and I really love the broth. The bamboo shoots in my bowl are very tasty, full of flavours. <br/>Can't wait to try all the items on their menu!
