Review Atlas Food + Coffee - Perth

One of the few Breakfast places open on a Sunday in West Perth. Lovely coffees even the babycino was well presented leaving my toddler grinning. The breakfast was well presented and delicious. Staff were friendly . Will definitely comeback to try out more on their menu.

decent vibe here, and their menu range seems to have quite the variety. its probably a weird thing to say - but wished the quantity of their dishes is a little smaller - it just seems to lose some taste quality. but don't get me wrong - what we've tried was pretty good nonetheless. staff was pretty friendly and helpful too.

Ordered beef brisket benny and matcha latte. Latte was rich in flavour and creamy however the beef brisket was slightly dry.

Absolutely delicious coffee! We are avid iced latte drinkers, and are never disappointed when we go to Atlas. Always great customer service, a quick turnaround, and a friendly team!

Overall a very good dining experience. Had The Atlas big breakfast and it was presented nicely with rich ingredients including potato gem, chorizo and so on. The scrambled eggs were delicious and so as the mushrooms. The bread was a little burnt though. The Flat white was average. The cafe was lovely decorated with cozy outdoor seating area, although it can be a little dusty with all the wind. With a voucher it was definitely worth the money. Tried the duck Benedict and did not really enjoy it. The duck tasted weird, the bun was average and honestly I don’t like the way it presented on the plate. The mocha however was good.

Omg the beef brisket with beautifully poached eggs was the best I've ever had eggs weren't over cooked nice and runny the beef brisket was nice juicy and moist beautiful flavours down side is the cappuccino to dine in was very small but still was very nice

The coffee was really really good but there's a few things about this place that could be better. 1. There should be some sort of indication that this is sit down order or front counter order. 2. There should be a menu at the counter not on the wall/ledge away from the counter it's not intuitive. 3. I wish they listed cappacino, latte, macchiato as menu items as opposed to black or white coffee. Or at least list those next to be and white coffee. To me this lack of indication made me think they probably don't have good coffee. 4. The food is good if you are looking for a breakfast place but the menu items could be more exciting like typika or cherry and grapes. 5. It's expensive. We paid $70 for a coffee, a soda, a big breakfast and hotcake. 6. The front door doesn't close properly and it's probably wasting the heating/aircon.

I wish I could give a 0 star review !!!!! Was so disappointed on their deal, we purchase a deal from Groupon worth $29 and got a small portion which we felt cheated! From the picture I saw through the Internet was so nice and wanted to give it a try. Which we think does not worth the price. The kimchi fried rice is so oily, the rice portion is so small.
Will not return ever again. Btw we were dinning in and was serve with takeaways cutlery while others were in normal plates. Is it because we use coupons instead of paying cash ? That’s why we got treats differently ?

Food Order:
Waffles with fried chicken n egg - 5/5
Brulee French Toast with Panna Cotta and raspberry jam - 5/5
Smashed Avocado on toast with poached eggs - 4/5

Drinks order:
Chai Latte - 5/5
Belgian Hot Choc - 5/5

Hero Dish: Brulee French Toast.

Total bill: $65

Final verdict:
An excellent cafe situated in West Perth just outside the city. Lovely atmosphere inside and love the calm n serene background music while waiting for our food. Lovely staff and well presented plates the food comes in. Good portion sizes and these people know how to make a good coffee. I absolutely enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be back again soon 😊

Good coffee, friendly service and yummy food! If I really have to nitpick, I'd say the duck was a bit dry but the amount of sauce on the plate plus the runny yolks of the poached eggs more than made up for it. Thank you for a pleasant experience Atlas! 😊

Atlas Food and Coffee is a cute little cafe located in West Perth. Taking advantage of a groupon deal which included any dish of the menu and a hot beverage, I ordered the salmon n avocado and a black sesame latte.

The salmon n avocado came out beautifully presented. I loved the colours and freshness of the dish. Featuring smoked salmon with pickled red cabbage, pear, avocado, poached eggs and hollandaise on thick cut brioche, the dish was lighter than a typical Benedict which I liked. All the components of the dish worked together beautifully making it rather tasty and enjoyable.

The black sesame latte was spot on in terms presentation and flavour. The latte was smooth, creamy and nutty and makes a great coffee alternative.

Overall I had a good experience at Atlas Food and Coffee, the meal was lovely and the service was friendly. With the Groupon voucher it was great value for money. I rate Atlas Food and Coffee 4.5 ⭐️ out of 5 and I recommend that you check them out if you’re in the area.

I would rated this cafe 3.5. Came to this cafe for the first time, food taste quite good and beautifully presented. Matcha latte was good too. Service was very friendly. The cafe itself was nice and clean except a little bit noisy due to the construction work next to the cafe. Overall, I will come back to try out their other dishes next time.

Delicious brunch and coffee. Food was well presented and tasted amazing. One of our favourites was the duck with charcoal buns and hoisin sauce. Worth the price and the hassle to get a parking in West Perth!

This was our second time here. First time we got the museli and burger- both dishes were average. This time around was much better! Enjoyed both dishes. The thyme mushroom dish was really different to anything I’ve had before with the crispy kale and chick pea crumb. It could have had more polenta as it wasn’t that filling with no bread either. The hot cakes were fluffy with crispy edges. Good flavour and not dry considering there wasn’t much sauce (aside from the ice cream). Would come back for both. Downsides- hotcakes is a 15-20min wait which was fine as they did tell us beforehand however we did think it was strange that they didn’t time the mushroom dish to come out at the same time so one of us was eating while the other sat there watching 😳 Didn’t like the coffees.. too milky and not to my liking.

Fantastic food and service at very reasonable prices. Every time we have been here we have really enjoyed the experience with great meals, coffee and service. This has got to be one of the best and most competitively priced coffee shops in the area. The coffee shop is located in a very convenient location and the hours are also very convenient for us. We enjoy coming for breakfast and for a coffee at any time of the day. We have always found the service to be very friendly and efficient and there is a very good range of food and beverages available at extremely reasonble prices, especially for this area!

Very clean, minimalistic cafe. The coffee was ok, could have been a bit hotter. The breakfast burger was tasty and a super soft bun but was messy to eat as the bacon was left in big strips so was hard to bite and all the sauce etc. dripped everywhere but maybe I’m just a messy eater?! Haha.
Interesting breakfast menu with Asian influence which I would like to come back and try.

Nice modern cafe with artistic arrangements of food. You can do simple like my aunt had a ham & cheese toastie with a hot Choc while I experimented slightly and tried a coloured coffee and their smashed avo. I like it however I doubt I’ll get the latte again, too strange for my taste.

This cafe is around the corner from my apartment. I don’t understand the Zomato rating because every time I visit this cafe is packed!! The food, coffee and atmosphere is great and the staff are so sweet. This is my go to cafe!

AF&C want to be different by selling unique food, but for me the combination of ingredients were weird. They put many elements onto their dish but those elements were not syncing and talking to each other. The result? Wacky dishes... my sister-in-law and her friends came here after me and they commented pretty much the same thing (I didnt say anything prior to their visit). This cafe has potential but they need to review their dishes.

This new cafe is just around the corner from us so we decided to have brunch there one weekend. It is the sister cafe of the popular 1982 on Rokeby Road.

The interior is modern but still feels cozy. We tried the taro and beetroot lattes. I didn’t enjoy the beetroot latte and couldn’t taste anything different or special about it but the taro latte was really nice.

We also had the Poke Bowl and Morning Burger. The dishes look gorgeous and are perfect for Instagram but didn’t taste as good as they looked. Not bad but not outstanding either. The Morning Burger could do with some sides to make it look more substantial.

Overall, satisfying but there is room for improvement.
