Royal is probably the best Chinese/Cantonese restaurant I could ever find with my friends in Perth. We usually come down for yumcha on weekend days and every time when we need to celebrate birthdays or life milestones we choose here too. The food is always in good quality and amazing. The staffs are so friendly and the service is of high level. And at the end of the day, the price is so reasonable comparing to other places. Never got disappointed here! I’ll definitely recommend this place to any new friends!
Staple Chinese cuisine. They tried hard & it was busy due to Chinese New Year festivities. The crab coated with salty egg yolk batter was better than finger licking good. The crab soup was crabby crazy tasty. Rice in soya sauce was ok and fish was a little flat. Otherwise worth a visit.
Great Dim Sum this morning. All the boxes ticked. Good dumplings and squid. Nice crunchy prawn roll. Chilli oil was en pointe also. There are so many dim sum options in Northbridge, you won't go wrong here.
ROYAL SEAFOOD CHINESE RESTAURANT.. Is one of my Favourite Dim Sum - Yum Cha places ... They also do Dinner & Main Menu Dishes... The restaurant has great service & very relaxing & calm oriental interiors... if you want a Nice & Relaxed place to have Yum Cha with Family or Friends.. I recommend...

Favourite dimsum in northbridge.. Never have to queue up, friendly staff, and some staff speaks english too which is helpful!
Some dishes you got to try:
1. House special roll - have not seen this anywhere else! prawn stuffed youtiao and crunchy chestnut bits all wrapped in a sheet of rice noodle. I like that they put the sauce separate so it stays crunchy. Layers of goodies! Only wish the sauce were saltier sometimes (tastes like watered down soy?)
2. Fried radish cake - i have never liked this dish since childhood, but this place makes it really good!! Whatever that sauce is perfects this dish.. Whenever i go almost every table has it so that says something!
3. Fried durian puff - nuf said. order like 10-15 mins before you want it because they fry it fresh to order.
Har gow is also good - larger and more prawns than roe st. Baked liu sha bao is excellent. Sadly siu mai is so-so and skin is too thick on xiao long bao (but this can be said for the rest of perth. Din tai fung has ruined me lol). I dont eat chicken feet but my parents love the ones here. Overall, hard to find good dim sum AND good service so 4.5/5
I came here with my two sisters and mum on boxing day. We found the place extravagantly clean. With the exception of a couple of staff that had broken englishn service was exceptional. The food was served quickly, the portion sizes were good. Pricing was reasonable considering the nice environment you pay for and best of all the food wasn't as fatty as most of the usual dim sum places ("cleaner food" my sister says!). Just a little hidden gem in northbridge I'd say!

There are a lot of places I'd like to think that are great Chinese places. This place is a chart topper. The friendly atmosphere was always a given. When the Shanghai dumplings came out, we thought they were the best in perth. After that the sweet corn soup was served. This soup contained its viscosity. crispy chicken and the beef and vegetables were next on the agenda.. With our combined 56 years of age and love for Chinese, never had we experienced chicken like this ever. This place was so great, we had to experience the Shanghai dumplings once more for dessert
I absolutely love it. The food is so different ( to a western palate) but really tasty. They have got the texture, taste and heat all well balanced. Personally the best Asian restaurant in Perth, I'll definitely be back.
Dim sums soooo yum!!. Thumbs up to the dim sum chef! very tasteful and well presented! like the dumplings with chives and prawns in. service was a bit slow but in general a pleasant yumcha

One of Perth’s best tasting and best value dim sum! Defiantly give it a try - great friendly staff and the food is always consistently good!

Good quality sea food . On the pricey side , but every dish ordered was well received by our table of 10.
We had the lobster set delivery 3 times. Loved it every single time. The food taste amazing, the portion is very generous and we will be back again soon
One of Perth best but tucked away original Hong Kong styled restaurant. Very good and tasty tim sum and other fares. Was there for tim sum and Hong Kong noodles today and was very well satisfied. Will definitely go back for more, especially for their set dinner/lunch meals which look fabulous....
