Ordered a Burrito and bottle of Pepsi Max. The burrito arrived and felt like it had been pulled out of the fridge, I payed for black rice and asked for no white rice, only got white rice, there was literally no beef in the burrito and a total of 3 jalapeños. To top it off the bottle of Pepsi was not there either. I shall not be going to this or any other Zambreros again. Clear inattention to any detail.

Went in for a gluten free burrito, it was not as full as other places I have been. Very skimpy on every ingredient, even the sauce.

Someone gotta remember to turn on-off the delivery machines properly. I came to pick up many times and this zambrero always manage to accept delivery order even though the store is closed.

This place always has tasty food. Oh and last time they only made me pay half for my kids nachos. Which was great coz then I went and got a Portuguese tart. Yum.

I saw the promotion you had for the new beef addition to the menu and I went with my partner. He left the burrito half way and didn’t want to finish it. There was no flavour in them, they were very plain. It was very disappointing.

Had a terrible experience at this place<br/>Burritos were terrible, full of lettuce and mushy rice with no flavour - I even unwrapped it to see what was there and found 3 pieces of chicken the size of my thumb.<br/>Rang the store and they said there’s nothing they can do, didn’t even offer to rectify the issue.<br/>Terrible burritos and terrible customer service.

Even though it can be quite expensive the burritos are amazing!! The music they play is always good, area is also clean and the service is quite good. The food is so good and having to customise your own burrito experience is the best part!

Bowls of mush. But tastes good. My advice is get a burrito as when you put it in a bowl it simply does not work! Upgrade to the black rice. Nutrition value of that ? Undecided

Mini Burrito. So it was late and I was hungry, popped into Zambreros and ordered a burrito. and Wow, portion sizes are amazingly s-m-a-l-l. The little cup they used to distribute rice, beans and meat? Also paid 2 bucks for a SMEAR of avocado, which was placed on the edge so when he rolled it up, 2 chunks of my already measly portion plopped out. So little fillings that burrito size was tiny because the empty edges were rolled into the middle. Went to Mad Mex the next day, the burrito I got there was double if not more than what I got at Zambreros.<br/><br/>Only plus I can say is that their subway style sauces are nice.

Well, I have read a few of the other reviews and I don't know what I missed. I got great service, the food was reasonably priced, and it tasted good. I loved reading the boards on the wall that show how this company Pay's It Forward. I do courses with another company just down the road. I like this place. I'll be back. Thanks for the service and the food. Give them a try.

Great cheap Mexican!. I'm really surprised at the low rating for Zambrero Northbridge. Their food is fantastic for cheap Mexican - their quesadillas, burritos and tacos blow away any of the other chain Mexican places (Guzman y Garcia, Mad Mex, etc.), their food is always really fresh and their sauces are divine, and their service has always been fantastic. Their servings are sometimes on the light side, but it's still one of the first places I'd go in Northbridge for a good cheap meal.

Terrible Service. Every time I've come here, I've received appalling service. The staff are very rude. <br/>After my last experience I won't be returning. Myself and a friend were waiting in line, and were clearly next to be served. The staff member who was serving simply ignored us, allowing his friends to jump the line in front of us. Although we stated that we were next, he completely ignored us.<br/>It is very disappointing as the service at other Zambrero stores is very good.

So disappointing :(. Have been here a couple of times before and always enjoyed the veggie burritos. However, tonight we went to pick up some quick takeaway and left feeling ripped off and very disappointed. Usually, the burritos are bursting with filling and leave you feeling more than satisfied, but tonight they were limp, barely had filling enough for a chikito (the smaller version), and had far too much sauce (even when less was requested). They did have a $5 special on chips and dips, but this is no excuse for being stingy on other ingredients. As a student, $24 is a fair amount of money to pay for a takeaway meal for two when it leaves you feeling this hungry and disappointed. Won't be going back.

This place give Guzman y Gomez a run for its money in the Tex-Mex stakes, but for me its mission statement gives Zambrero the edge. How can you not love something so altruistic? It’s cheap, fast and made with love for other human beings. Winner.

Overall Zambrero was a good experience. The staff are great with customers, the menu style is easy to understand and the space itself was very well appointed and had a lot of style.
