QR Code scan and order made it so convenient. Not a long wait at all and the food was fresh and very tasty.

Went there. Was busy but staff were super respectful and helpful. Helped me get a table when appeared there were none. Super quick as well! Like even tho it was packed took 10mins to get my breakfast!! Super friendly, clean and helpful staff. Recommend you go :)!

Had the poached eggs on toast - nice but a little overdone, soup was well priced but average. Coffee was nice.

I truly liked the Vegetarian breakfast. It was very yummy. Good on the Chef on service. Even the place was busy on Sunday midday from my point of view the service was good. Thank you

Not impressed with "signature eggs Benny" very dry and not looking nice either. Also didn't appreciate children begging for a "fund raising event" outside in the seating area. This was totally ignored by staff.

I came here to quickly get a bite to eat before work, I ordered banana bread and an Iced tea. I understand that they are busy, but My banana bread came 20mins later, drenched in butter, you’d expect them to ask if I’d want butter on, but given the sign said dairy free I thought it would be okay. and my iced tea wasn’t even being made until I mentioned I was in a rush, I was disappointed as I paid $6 for this and it tasted like literal water, I was going to get a $2 bottle from woolies, but I thought I’d treat myself. I don’t want to sound rude but I was very disappointed with the service provided.

Wed 13th July Caucasian girl @ 410 pm rolled her eyes every time a customer came through the door. On service she was stuttering her words trying to get the order out so fast. I had no issue really about Amy of it thinking shut time must be 430. I asked the other lovely girl there Maori young what time close was she replied 5pm therefore the review of 2 stars. It appears the Caucasian girl would be the leader but was quite unprofessional and very dismissive in nature overall. Retraining of this particular employee required when it comes to customer service. It should be a 1 star review but the other young Maori girl was pleasant

Easy to find as we exit the train station in perth city. I love the lamington shake the most, really full and creamy. The tapas was really good and calamary served in big portion.

Coffee club having this promo with buy one get one free flat grill for member, so we decided to come here for lunch. First time trying their flat grill here and it was quite delicious. Coffee taste okay. Service was friendly. Service was slightly slow but there were very busy on that day.

This coffeeshop was used to have excellent staff who were so lovely and professional in every possible way(especially the female staff with curly hair). Now, the staff they hire are very very rude. One time, i gave one of the female staff a 20$ note along with an order of a cup of coffee(which probably was $5) and she only gave me change back 20cents. I reminded her that i gave $20 notes and she looked annoyed and said No you didn’t. And she looked at me like a thief. Then, of course, i got the rest of change back as i did not lie. She did not say sorry or anything about it, just gave me the remaining change and walked away. <br/><br/>I have loved this cafe for years, but their standard of service only goes down as time goes by. Coffee is amazing (soy milk latte) i have no doubt about it; however, i now prefer to be going somewhere else every time i need coffee before, during or after work. <br/><br/>It is never pleasant when you were treated as a thief, especially when it was a idiotic mistake of someone else.

Love coffee club! The rewards card is very economical. The manager-type girl with long dark hair and black glasses who works on friday nights: I'd like to be your husband.

Nothing here got me excited, prices were above average, servings sizes were light.<br/><br/>Still, this place seems to have a steady stream of customers.

I was supposed. We placed our order and found a seat 💺!<br/><br/>The food came out pretty quick. One of my friends da order just a bacon and egg roll. With a ice coffee. She said Tw was really tasty. <br/><br/>My other friend ordered a chicken club Sandwich. It was very a massive sandwich full off good stuff, <br/>He said it was mind blowing! The best sandwich he has ever had. The chicken was moist and full of flavour...<br/><br/>I had a mushroom spinach omelette. It was good to perfection to how I like it. When I saw it I though oh no it’s a little dark I hope it ain’t burnt, but when I took my first mouthful it was moist not over cooked and so tasty... <br/><br/>When I went back two weeks later the manger said hello and thanks for coming back again supporting us. So I never go to coffee club, I usually go for more gourmet cafes but thought I’ll give coffee club a try . <br/>I was very impressed ! The coffee was delicious , the food came out quickly and it was amazing ! <br/>I will definitely eat here again 😀 absolutely loved it

Coffee was pleasant and as usual the food is the sane quality everywhere. It's good but nothing special but rate above most cafe chains. Always good food choices on the menu

Terrible service, busy but tables not cleared. Generic food and over priced for the level of quality served. Don't intend to ever come back.

I had a traditional toastie for breakfast: cheese, tomato, ham. It was really good. I also had a flat white. Can't say it's the best or good enough for aud 4, but meh. The food was better than the coffee.

Nothing special about Coffee club and this is no different. They are busy due to location but coffee is average and breakfast is nothing special. Service is ok.

I don't know what the chef did to our food but I would definitely not recommend eating here. I ordered the gourmet beef burger which came with salad and chips. Exactly 6 individual chips, 1 cherry tomato and some red onion. It actually tasted pretty good but almost immediately afterwards I had an unpleasant taste in my mouth. While wandering around the shops I noticed a gurgling in my belly, followed by rising stomach acid and a queasy feeling. Later on, i experienced what I can only describe as MAGNIFICENT flatulence. I'm talking gale force winds at incredible volumes. I was frightened. I almost called Health Direct! My companion experienced similar side effects to me minus the incredible gas and I would suggest that the chef either does not wash his hands or something in our food had spoiled. Either way, it's almost 24 hours later and despite having eaten several more times I can still taste that horrible taste when i burp. Coffee club Murray St... CLEAN UP YOUR ACT! I can't afford another night like that and my pyjama-bottoms can't either. As it is my blankets are on life support and may not last the night.

When a work colleague offers to do a coffee run, it's probably best to ask where that coffee is coming from.  While I always appreciate a hit of caffeine and having someone else deliver it to me with no effort on my part, sadly this was not the most enjoyable way to ingest it!  There are better choices for coffee in this area.

Stopped here for a quick lunch. I got the beetroot salad & my mum got the steak sandwich - if you can call it that.<br/>My salad was fine, basic salad which you cant really get wrong. The steak sandwich... well we would have been lucky to get close to 50g of meat in it! What a joke!

Coffe was average, food was sitting on pass through for too long (10 minutes) before being served cold. Waitress was a bit snide "Enjoy your meal" and they tried to upswell coffee to us several times. Good location is why I think they get business at all. Quality of food ok, service a bit lacking.

My mum came from abroad for a visit - and our first stop was breakfast at the Coffee club before exploring the city. It was delicious. Coffee was god and the portions where so generous that I couldn't finish it all.Nice and convenient near station too. Only issue is the amount of seating - especially in winter - sitting outside is very cold.

Today I decided to meet up with my friends at coffee club and have nice lunch. Unfortunately, this Coffee Club is probably the worst I have ever been to. Here is the list of problems:<br/><br/>1. I have received a very dirty knife. Thank god, they gave me a clean one when I asked for new one. <br/><br/>2. The waitress that was serving us was very passive and it seem like she didn't knew the names of the drinks she was bringing to us. <br/><br/>3. *THE WORST PROBLEM* My friend ordered chicken burger and his burger was on a pass for 8min and waitstaff would just pass it and ignore it. So we waited additional 2min and then I got irritated and just stood up and asked a chef if somebody could bring my friend his chicken burger. Obviously, then chef himself brought the food. DID NOT APOLOGISE. And guess what, because waitstaff refused to bring my friend his order the chicken burger was cold, especially the chips!! <br/><br/>Appalling experience!! I will never go there again! <br/><br/>If I could I would score the place 0/5!!

My friend was nice enough to buy a latté for me. Sadly, the latté I had was watery and probably below average. My friend liked her iced coffee though but I'm in no rush to give it a try.

Pretty poor. This is possibly the worse Coffee Club in Perth...and in such a prime location! <br/>Had a totally boring toasted sandwich with ham and cheese. Dry and uninteresting. We ate because we were starving. .coffee was indipId....guys. ..there are so many other venues that compete for our dollar. Not likely to cone back.

Sometimes good, sometimes bad. Sometimes the coffee is good, sometimes the food is good. The last time I went here my breakfast took so long I went to ask for it takeaway so I wouldn't be late for work. It was not a very busy morning at all and there were plenty of staff cleaning the tables but it took half an hour for my crepe to arrive! Also I have noticed the food is not as nice as what it used to be. "Salad" is now "handful of rocket" and nothing else. Personally I hate rocket!

Ordered a mug of eb tea. Got an empty mug and a pot of tea which when emptied into the mug didn't come within an inch of the top. For crying out loud, it is only water. Staff were fine but if this is policy someone needs to do the exercise.

Horrible breakfast. I was in my way to uni early in the morning, I had some time ahead thought I'd stop by and have some breakky. Worst mistake ever! I had what they called "the big breakfast". They literally piled up every ingredient on top of each other on a really small plate! It was impossible to eat the presentation was disgusting and put me off big time. I was so disappointed I felt like it was just a waste of my money and time. It was the biggest put off. Mind you there was eggs, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes and a slab of meat underneath all that!

OK service on an incredibly busy Saturday, shame about the food.. Ordered thethe Calarami & Thai salad. Had this many times before at several Coffee Clubs and this was the most disapointing. They just threw on some dry coleslaw and in the very middle a couple of slices ic cuecumber, very little of the beautiful dressing and the hero calamaricalamari. Which was its saving grace cause it was well cooked. Hardly worthworth $18. Told the waitress and she was very reluctant to look at me. Offered an 'I'm sorry' but little else. Won't be meeting here again. Unfortunate cause the buskers on the weekend are fab.

Not bad for a big chain coffee cafe. Food and coffee good but staff seemed a little dazed.

Best Coffee Club in Perth!! The staff are bubbly, friendly and lovely no matter what time of day. The food is so delicious and consistently the same high quality. I've never had a bad experience here, this is why my friends and I come back so often. 15 out of 10

Hot pot. The standard of food has really gone down isaw the advert for the slow cooked hot pot on TV and thought it looked really nice so I orderd it when I was in the coffee shop I have never been so disappointed it was in such a tiny bowl and there could not have been more then two table spoons of hot pot with two tiny pieces of bread it cost nearly 14 dollars which is a rip off so I guess I will have to look somwere else for my friends to have lunch

Wonderful Service and good coffee. The coffee club has consistently good coffee and very nice staff. They are always happy and smiling and that goes a long way well done coffee club

Appalling, worst steak sandwich I have ever had, mostly inedible due to the dry toast. Partner ordered the philly cheese sandwich which per the menu came on ciabatta, but in reality came with the same dry toast as my sandwich. Seriously, the chef should be ashamed of sending out meals this bad. Service very slow. Will not be back.

Recommended. Purely judging on the coffee I had, this is a good place to go for a casual bite to eat or good coffee.

Hard pressed to give us coffee and talk to us.. I went there with my carer (I have a disability) They had a gluten free biscuit (I'm on a gluten free diet) the biscuit was good but the coffee was not up to the expected level and the staff were friendly but they were hard pressed to serve everybody so didn't give us much time. I would rate them as less than Spill the Beans a coffee shop near where I live. They are nice if you are hard pressed for a coffee. If you have the time go elsewhere.

This place has gone down hill, it used to have wonderful service when the owner used to oversee it in store several years ago. rude staff & overpriced food. no thanks.

Fantastic!. I've become a regular at the Murray St Coffee club, stopping in for a flat white during the week and on weekends. It's a great place to sit outside in the sunshine and watch the people walk by. The girls who work there are really lovely and always have a smile for you: that goes a long way in a customer-service black hole like Perth. Take advantage of their loyalty card. Coffee for you and a friend for $4 :-) Love it!

This cafe has an upbeat and energetic atmosphere for a city cafe, the staff are smiley and friendly, the English lady in the striped shirt was especially helpful. The guy on the bar made excellent coffee, will I back soon!

Nice spot for a coffee. I go here regularly for coffee and cake when i'm in town, the staff are always friendly despite being rushed off their feet due to the busy location next to the train station.

Large cappuccino $5:10 (pricey) but when served in a Dirty Cup, that's just not right! Got a refund and went elsewhere.

This coffee shop did well for the amount of business they bring in!! Always busy and always friendly staff...great coffee as well, never have I had a negative experience, some times there is a wait on coffee...but a bit of patience goes a long way..<br/>I will keep coming to this cafe. Love it

Ordered pancakes for my children and a coffee for myself. Our order came within 5 minutes and were hot and the kids really liked their pancakes. The coffee was hot and tasted lovely. The overall look of the cafe was neat and tidy and great friendly atmosphere. We will be back for sure.

Coffee chaos. The coffee at this establishment is great...but that's where it ends. The service is negligible to say the least. We went here for a coffee & cake about 4:30 on a Saturday. We were aware that they closed at 5pm, (as everything does in Perth city on a Saturday). The counter girl said we could only have a take-away coffee, to which I replied that would be fine. I also asked for a piece of cake...but the girl said, sorry, but I couldn't have the cake as the fridge was closed. Ok I can live with that. Then she said, make sure you are gone by 5pm as they are putting the chairs away. Yep, ok we could do that.....So I'm waiting for my coffee & 4 people go up to the counter, order coffee & cake & they get it!!!!! I complained & said that I was refused the cake & the girl just shrugged her shoulders as if saying who cares...I won't go to this particular shop again. I'm surprised they get any customers with their bad attitude...but that's Perth for you

Their coffee I find is pretty moderate not as well compared to Starbucks still has a unique range of selection coffee wise, as for pricing they are a bit more on the pricier side if my memory serves me right in terms of both coffee and food, perfect once in a while but not suitable for everyday basis. x

Although the location is spot on, I was disappointed to not even be acknowledged when I ordered and waited 15 minutes for one coffee. In this time I had to endure listening to the barista tell all the staff of her weekend plans. To top it off my coffee was cold.

Great for people watching!. Becoming a bit of a regular at this busy little cafe on William street as it's a great place to sit and watch the world go by. The staff are always friendly and cheery despite the fact that they are nearly always incredibly busy and the coffee is top notch
