Review Brookfield Place Food Court - Perth

Interesting modern business/corp-oriented area in Perth CBD. Needs improved signage & access to Elizabeth Quay. With completion of various ongoing works & opening of more retail businesses & reas-priced & quieter dining options, should be great.

It's a charming business centre full of good options for breakfast and lunch. Also nice places to enjoy the happy hour. Decorations around change during the year and events can happen during the night with special lights. It's easy access to Eliz Quay train station and Bus terminal.

Surprised my partner with the glass house dining here. He absolutely loved it, so did I. Food was amazingly good. Steak was the best one I've ever had. Unbelievably good. Service was fabulous. They gave us speaker to have our own music on. Had our own waitress. Menu was totally WA products. Nice and smooth wine. Had my most romantic, unforgettable private dinner experience here. Left super happy.

Nice clean district for breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, dessert and drinks with a variety of venues to choose from. Wheelchair accessible across all levels and easy access to Elizabeth Quay train/bus station or buses and car services from St Georges Terrace.

Incredibly pretentious with lots of Resources people so up themselves and not even acknowledging the Cooks or Servers. Food is great but I'd be using their food to wipe toilet bowls before serving the useless eaters

Very enjoyable experience, good food, good vibes, good value: glasses on yr forehead and, either dangle your backpack from your pinkie, or, pull the handle out and turn it into a luggage bag. I had Megoreng (seafood) and it was tasty and good value. One place (that sold mushy peas and pies) even offered to make me a pie floater!! Overall an enjoyable experience that did not break the bank. - Mark Whatever. (incognito).

This place is a bit of a hidden treasure. Heaps of places to eat and drink away from the main roads. I loved the final display of the Christmas Lights Tour they have set up here.

Mainly consists of corporate offices all around. Has a nice food court with great options. Couple of bars nearby. Well maintained and asthetically pleasing area.

Visited for lunch with the $12.50 combo. Out of all the places it looked most tasty and flavourful. I wouldn't be rushing back, batter was quite thick and chicken satay was bit a average.

The service here is so friendly.
The vietnamese ladies here are lovely, nice and attentive especially the short haired girl.
The food is amazing too.
Come here weekly for their roast duck and spring roll.

I'd say at $12.50 Viet Hoa has got their serving portion just right! Located in the always-crowded Brookfield food court, Viet Hoa offers a quick lunch where you can choose up to 2 or 3 dishes you want. I said they did well in presenting their food as it looked shimmeringly tempting; especially their honey chicken! Food taste itself was not too bad either, there were hard pieces here and there in the golden squid making it hard to bite. But overall for a food court style food, it is pretty decent!

Had a lunch. Funky place, but found the self-service pad station is quiet impractical , I guess most first time user find difficult to use. Food is average to food court standard and too much MSG , resulting in I drank lots water and still felt thirsty . Won't recommend

Okay the dish might not look appealing but don't let looks fool you! I was super hungry for lunch and opted to have Viet Hoa's generous selection of foods (cause I'm super indecisive and can never make a decision), everything was delicious but I totally recommend the curry!

Seriously, you know one of those moments when you eat something and you're sorta in like a moment where you're like woah, that's so bloody good!!! kinda moment? Well that was me lol I generally loved everything on the dish and couldn't fault anything but seriously do yourself a favour and try the chicken curry ! It's super popular (everything here is though)

Oh and I'm super big on service and this place has bomb customer service as well ! Definitely a thumbs up for me hehe
Eight Seconds Of Food
Went to Brookfield Place for lunch and was craving a rice dish so I went for my regular vietnamese pork chop broken rice at Viet Hoa.

Their broken rice is my favourite out of the vietnamese places in the CBD (which there aren't too many of). The pork chop is a good size, well marinated and grilled perfectly.

Have also tried their beef pho which was average - The broth was lacking richness and depth.

Found a fried Caterpillar in my noodle soup. I ordered a noodle soup, and asked to put all vegetables instead of BBQ and wontons.

I had eaten most of the soup when I saw something that looked a bit odd. It was a caterpillar/witchety grub that was fried and soaked into the soup. I gave me shivers and chills all over my body.

Absolutely amazing...!!!. Seriously, I have got lunch from here the last 3 days and I am addicted...

Their beef and seafood pho are to die for, fresh and very generous servings of beef and seafood.

I also tried there ready to go food with the "combo" lemongrass beef was sooo good and the squid also.

Highly recommend!

Don't forget to get a coconut water, they are heavenly..

Quick and tastey Vietnamese food. The made to order dishes are very good, I especially like the Wanton Egg Noodle Soup and the PHỞ TÁI.

Viet Hoa serves up delicious pho alongside a range of other cooked to order and pre-made Vietnamese dishes. The pho (rare beef noodle soup on the menu) had a fully flavoured broth and came with loads of beef, bean sprouts, mint and sauces. Try the coconut juice if you’re after something sweet for afterwards! 125 St Georges Terace, Perth

Food courts can be a bit hit and miss but there can also be some great offerings. There’s Thali Contemporary Indian serving some of the best Indian food in Perth. A few other examples that come to mind are Crust Gourmet Pizza and my recent visit, Viet Hoa. These are both a “mini” version from the full scale restaurant offerings. Crust serves pizza by the slice without having to order a large pizza. Great way to try a some of the varieties on offer. Same too with Viet Hoa. The restaurant in Northbridge has an extensive offering. Here, there are dishes prepared from the menu or you can go with a combo and sample some dishes from the display cabinet. No compromise on quality, tender proteins, great flavour. It’s excellent there are some low cost lunch options which are still tasty. The food court is very clean. Viet Hoa has PayPass so you tap and go and then find a table and sit down to enjoy your lunch. I got a decent serving and was comfortably satisfied.
