Adas (aka chois patisserie) is the best, have been going with my friends there since kindergarten, the staff are the sweetest and kindest people.

Great location if you’re near South Perth / Como. Easy parking, shady street and low-key cafe. The staff could not be more obliging. This is olden days style with prices to match. Mushrooms on toast, with a large coffee - $7.50. No wonder there are so many repeat customers at this unpretentious local cafe.

I have eaten at a lot of cafes and had a lot of great big breakfasts. But in terms of value for money, this takes the cake. Yes it may not be the most beautifully presented dish, but it was yum and for $11.50 with a nice coffee you can't beat it.
