Went to have some coffee and snacks today at 21tpm. Most of the tables, chairs and sofas were not wiped, the floor was not clean. More so with Covid if they do not follow basic cleanliness standards, it is not with going to an unkept place. I walked out with my family without having anything. They had 6 customers in the Cafe.

Ordered my food over an hour ago through uber eats and it still has not arrived not has it been delivered anywhere else, it's still at the store.
The time keeps getting pushed back. Tried calling several times and there was no answer. This is NOT acceptable , I want my order cancelled and my money back!

Very busy on a Sunday morning, but regardless the service was friendly and fast. Despite the price, the food and coffee was perfect. The food came out shortly after we ordered, well presented and hot. The only complaints were that the small, awkward cutlery and floor was quite messy. (Although I do understand it's very busy and hard to maintain). I would definitely recommend this place and come back.

Have to say sitting in at Harrisdale store for our catch up and we ordered our meal, I ordered club sandwich it was disgusting, bread over done, chicken burnt and no taste. Chips burnt no taste, over all food very poor.

fast and friendly service. great coffee, all order requirements were met perfectly except the substitution of maple bacon for regular bacon. aside from that- excellent job. waitress was polite and helpful.
