slow service, really gross coffee, had to ask for another one which was only slightly better. The pastry was stale and we needed to ask for it to be warmed up. The person next to us handed in their wine and the table on the other side were given the wrong type of burgers they had ordered. It seemed they didn't have a good system or staff who knew what they were doing. The worst is it is so expensive

EDIT: Thought I’d try again since I had to walk past to my gate, it’s now been 65mins and still no offering of a cooked meal. More staff required? Time management course required? Be interesting to see if this business is still operating in a fortnight
Arrived at Perth Airport Long Neck cafe at 8:30am, 2hours before my flight to have a relaxing breakfast and coffee, advised that ‘Chef is on break’ advised he will be back in 30min, no worries I don’t mind waiting It is now 9:15am, 45mins later. Went back up to the counter to order ‘oh sorry we can’t take your order and chef won’t do take away’ didn’t say I wanted take away. How long is a 30min break? Why advertise that breakfast is served until 11am, do you even offer a food service? I will be making regular fortnightly trips for the next 18months and I know where I definitely won’t be going. The only positive here is that the coffee is decent, it’s a shame I didn’t get it from Toby’s estate where they actually cared about their customers and served me breakfast.

This place is a joke. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but the staff here are inept; if I save one person from their incompetence, this review will be worth it. If you happen to be at Perth airport, save your time and sanity and make sure you chose one of the other 10+ places around to eat and drink! We waited at the till, right next to the barista, for a good 12 minutes with a queue of other customers behind us. I finally asked the barista if we were ever going to get served and she looked me straight in the eye and said “we’re taking orders from the other till” and pointed to a till to the right of us, only a metre away, with no one lined up at it. There were no “till closed” signs, no interaction from their staff and no regard for the 15+ people waiting patiently. She just grunted when I suggested letting people know next time. Lame experience all round. 👎🏼

So nice to see happy fun staff doing a really good job and focusing on customer service and smiling! You guys working on the 18th at 10:30 rocking it! Well done- made me smile!

Service an all time low. Three staff but no order-service, barista running round delivering coffees while other staff not doing anything. Double shot paid for - single shot delivered, stalest inedible Nutella donut. Coffee delivered but delivering it with the ordered donut way too difficult. Barista serves more coffees before fulfilling the order! Could Perth hospitality service get any worse? And it’s not busy.

Really rude couldn't care less service. Closed at 4pm, website states closes at 12am. If you are going to blame covid for staff shortages at least get your operating hours correct. Embarrassing

Coffee was fine, but the $7 donut was so stale I felt justified in 1 star.

Once again, heading back to NZ for a break, and looking for a pre flight meal and beverage. Quite happy to try out this place for the first time. The menu features pretty standard pub type fare, but the meals we ordered were more than up to scratch. Mrs had a chicken Caesar salad, and I had a grilled chicken burger, and they were both tasty and satisfying, nicely cooked and filled the gap perfectly. Add a lovely glass of rosé and locally made cloudy cider, and we’re off to a great start! Cheers to the team for the friendly service and tasty meals.
