Arrived an hour before closing. The place was empty (which was perfect for us) and was greeted with a warm smile and friendly conversation. We ordered the Udon Teriyaki Beef Soup (for the kids to split) and Teriyaki Salmon w rice (which came with a cup of Miso Soup. My boys said “that soup was spectacular”z my Salmon dish was great. Would definitely recommend this place when you are in the city.

Really good , been there heaps of times over many years. Yesterday had "pork belly don ", only $13 and its one of those meals you find yourself trying not to be talking with your mouthful " mnnff ..this is so good!"

A quaint Japanese restaurant with quick and quality service. Staff are friendly and accommodating although I nearly always have the sushi which is simple and affordable ($5.50 for 6 pieces). I wish they also included wasabi. The recent upgrade to the shop means more places to sit which is great as at times this place is fairly busy with locals!

This hole in the wall is always busy because the food is fresh, decently priced and of course delicious.
The lunch time menu offers dishes in three sizes as well as prepacked sushi and hot snacks. There haven’t been many reviews of this location but I strongly recommend it! The restaurant also accepts car payments

We from time to time come to this nice restaurant. But today it is really disappointing for the service. We asked the employees to take away the plates from previous guests. They seem unhappy and come to collect without any smile. Then we asked for a few times them to clean the table. But they just place the ordered plates on the table and go away. Impolite. Until we finished the meal, the table is still unclean. We come before but it is very disappointing this time. And it appears the employees are new and we don’t see them before. Maybe the owner has changed

A small Japanese restaurant. The food is quick and ok but the customer service recently is quite disappointing.
