I tried all over the world Persian restaurant and even here in Perth but sorry it was very poor quality of foods & expensive and nothing interesting We ordered kobideh I can say not cooked well (test like a pice of bread dought)and cold presentation . Kobideh photo through the restaurant official advertising is way far than that waiter put in front of me. Rice not cooked well enough Generally not recommended to anybody at all - I did wasted my money and never go back again. Maybe Aussie or others not Persian who really don't know about Persian foods go there and eat, But not me anymore.

We had dinner with our freinds last night at yas and I think this is the best persian resturant in parth.very nice food, good service, friendly staff and great atmosphere.joojeh kebab was absolutely delicious, the best joojeh ever! I will definitely go there very soon again and highly recommend it.

I think it was the best Persian food that I've had in Perth, thanks. Only problem, it was a little bit expensive!!!!! But everything was nice❤️

This places oozes old school restaurant culture from the region. Having been to Iran I swear this is very similar to places I ate at when traveling through Iran on a motorcycle. They deserve to be tried. The foods pretty good, with extreme attention to detail. You can sit looking over the pool. The prices are so good we should be paying more.

Great Persian meats, salads, desserts and drinks.<br/>The dinner menu were missing some food items compared to the other menu at the front counter so don't forget to ask for that menu too!
