One of the worst Subway’s ever….
Generally Subway’s all over are great, fresh ingredients and good taste.
This one however, always has poor quality bread, very miserly with fillings both salad and meats. Poor customer service to top it all 😤

This is the second time I've been here and the bread is stale. Come on guys lift your game and throw the old stuff out when it's been there a while. I'm paying good money for this and I expect better quality.

Paying extra for bacon & didn't even get a regular amount let alone extra. Also witnessed a worker making sandwiches wearing gloves & wiped her nose atleast twice & that's just whilst I was there. Aveley Subway - very disappointing

Nice food, but workers there need to read orders more carefully, no point offering people toasted wraps if you won't toast them.... Should be easier with online ordering to get it right cos it's written down right in front of you.... Anyway still better than the douche bags that work over at Macca's.

Not my usual subway but on my way grabbed lunch. Never thought a Subway could be this bad. Badly put together and not enough chicken or dressing along with missed olives. I'll be checking out reviews next time before trying a different Subway next time.

We were served tonight by a lady with dark hair who was quite unapproachable.
Only had one or two bread options - not usually a big deal.
She put 7 not 8 meatballs in each of our foot longs, which seems to be commonplace after reading these reviews.
The cheese was thrown on and she skimped on all the salads, even when we repeatedly had to ask she put more on (to make it a normal amount) and not just a feeble garnishing.
Mostly notably there were only 4 pieces of cucumber and tomato per foot long sub.
She didn’t ask whether we wanted different toppings so instead I had to stop her putting the same on both.
She wasn’t accommodating and made us feel like serving us was a bother.
Seems like the money saved on skimping out on ingredients must be worth the numerous bad reviews and lost sales.

Just ordered a chicken strip footlong, and asked for extra salad. For one, it seemed they are trying to save money as they skimped on the amount of chicken (probably the amount that’s in a six inch at best), and secondly extra salad means extra salad, not less salad. Seriously disappointed, as this isn’t the first time this has happened.

Not fantastic. Staff seem very rushed, even when it is not busy. Everything seems to be thrown together with no finesse. I think management should sit down and talk to their staff in what is expected from a franchise. Lots of room for improvement.

Went to the Ellenbrook subway for the 1st time ever and I mean I have never been to a subway in my life ordered two foot long Moroccan and when I got home looked forward to them well just so everyone knows I have never eaten such tasteless shit in my life utter crap 1st and last time I guess I have waited this long as never was tempted by the concept well I was correct in my past gut feeling I should have gone home and made a peanut butter sandwich at least I would have been able to taste what I was eating!!

Had one of the worst subways ever here!! I get meatballs on Italian herb and cheese bread first of all the lady serving me out so much sauce from the meatballs and it spilled out everywhere when I was eating it and she cut all the way through the bread on one side not happy I might give them a chance in the future but I don't think I will.

Efficient service. Used as a fundraiser. Well organised and good structure. Zero complaints back. Which is pretty outstanding considering the 200+ orders for lunch

Eat not so fresh. Typical Subway. You what its all about. The staff that work here seem to always be rude and never put any love into making my sub. On my last visit the bread tasted old and dry. Need to pick up your game guys!
