I wrote the review below about a month ago. I'm still waiting for my refund. Four phone calls later with four promises to phone me back and no return calls, no refund. Sorry Kailis, Im shopping elsewhere in future.
As is proved time and time again, it is a case of finding the right person to talk to within a company. My first contact with Kaillis Bro (receptionist) was unfruitful with the usual accusations that perhaps I did something to the product, etc. Going a little deeper into the company, not only will they replace the faulty product but they are willing to drive out to my house and quality check it. I'm impressed.
I have used Kailis for wholesale seafood for almost 30yrs. Others come and go but Kailis has always been consistent quality and service.
