Bought crumbed whiting fillets.I doubt very much if they are Whiting.More like Bassa I believe.Absolute rubbish, with no taste.Supposedly New Zealand Whiting sent to China for processing.Never again.

Ships fish to China to be filleted. No food testing. No safety. They have no idea what's in it when it come back. Then they sell it to customers...

I wrote the review below about a month ago. I'm still waiting for my refund. Four phone calls later with four promises to phone me back and no return calls, no refund. Sorry Kailis, Im shopping elsewhere in future. As is proved time and time again, it is a case of finding the right person to talk to

I have used Kailis for wholesale seafood for almost 30yrs. Others come and go but Kailis has always been consistent quality and service.

We bought over 3kg of large raw prawn flesh for Christmas. The prawns were too salty. Very expensive mistake and very disappointed.

Excellent place seems well organized. And thanks to Paul very friendly and honest..

This place is cool and the food is delicious
