Overall good chicken rice - Hainanese chicken is a little bland, will need the soy sauce and chilli sauce to enhance the flavour; I preferred the roast chicken, nice rice and decent chilli sauce. I'm happy with the portion and option to upgrade to large
Nice tender chicken, I got white meat but it wasn't as tough as I expected. Price was a pleasant surprise and we got the tofu and bok choy as well. The tofu was cold, could have tasted better warm, but still tasty. The vegetables were fresh and cooked just well. Will stop by again next time in Perth and ask for dark meat instead.
Visit this place occasionally for work lunch, there are times they do drop the ball (consistency wise) . However if you can catch them on an A game day, laksa and tofu are great.
A very busy atmosphere if you come by during lunch hours. And there’s free WiFi. I had the hainan chicken rice ($6.50), upsized(extra $3). It was good. The rice is flavourful and oily 👌🏻. Chicken was perfect. Unfortunately, the chilli wasn’t great.

Today, we had the black pepper crispy chicken rice and crispy chicken noodles.
Really good.
And, pro tip - they have a happy hour from 3 to 4 in the arvo, and you get two meals for $10.
Insane value.

We ordered BBQ Chicken Rice & Roasted Chicken Noodle. Did not get any soup; not sure whether we have to mention it or not.
Taste wise so-so. You do realise you get what you pay for, right?🤭

My personal favourite here is the hainanese chicken rice which tasted authentic and was served in a fair portion. Got a cheap price tag and suitable for a quick meal. Can get very very busy during office break hours

I go here perhaps 3 days a week for lunch and the food is consistently fantastic. Service is fast and friendly and the prices are very appealing. I'd highly recommend the BBQ Chicken
