Sadly the new owners have broken what was previously a good business. Inconsistent food quality, long wait times and multiple order stuffups mean we wont be ordering from Pizzetta again. If they focused on running one business well instead of playing Ubereats shadow games in the background under multiple names, it may have had a better chance. Eat elsewhere until the next owners (who will hopefully love food more than Uber) move in.
P.S. - obviously fake 5-star reviews don't help.

Have been our go to pizza for last 15 years just had our last pizza from them. Took 1 hour 15 min to arrive was unercoocked cold and was nothing like our regular favorite. We ordered pizza and garic bread and got pizza and coke which were told that is what we ordered. We don't drink Coke. Went to pay with a credit card and they would only take cash. I think that they have changed owners.

I have been going to Pizzeta for ages now until last time when there were these two guys in the kitchen who got my order wrong, took AN HOUR to complete - I like to pick mine up so I was walking around the car park. Also burnt the chips. Very disappointing, they didn't even apologise. I always loved this place and the girl there was always on to it.

The absolute worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life. Used to be decent but it seems the Italian lady has sold to and Indian mob who just have no clue about pizza or hygiene standards. Base tastes frozen and re heated, toppings are cheap and slapped together and the pizza was half burnt, the other half under cooked. As others have said, never coming back again. Please note - they are also pretending to be called " 8 Degrees Pizza" on the Uber app hoping people won't realise it's the same venue. Indian tactics at their best.

This pizza makes Domino seem like the best pizza in Naples, in comparison. It's an absolute disgrace and I think it was the first time in my life I threw half pizza in the bin, not because I was full, but because it was unedible. Worst pizza of my life hands down.
You guys may want to revise the quality of your product, hire an Italian pizza chef and start over.

We were told to pick up in 40 min. Pizza was cold. Bases appeared to be factory made. Toppings were awful. I love a good pizza, but there's no way I'll go back here, and they are 400m from my house!

Oh dear our family go to place for pizza for 5 years, what happened we had to throw it out. Pretty sure it was pre-cooked last week and chucked in the oven today with a bit of cheap cheese on top to hide the fact hence burnt base and under cooked topping.

*NEVER GET DELIVEROO FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!!*
I ordered through DELIVEROO and as this restaurant uses their own delivery driver I could not track where the order was. As the business could not get in contact with me they left my order on THE SIDE OF THE ROAD on Adelaide Terrace!!!
WHAT???
I only found out 45 mins later when I called the restaurant to find out where my order was and OF COURSE it had been stolen! The person I spoke with informed me he could not help me at all. When I spoke to DELIVEROO they said I needed to speak to the owner!!!! What a joke!!!!! $50.00 worth of food lost because of poor process from a business. The person I spoke with had no empathy at all!!!!
