Booked a high tea for 4 people for 26th of January. Received confirmation on the 7th of January however after traveling an hour to get there(one of us actually travelled 3hrs!!), they were closed.
No courtesy email or call to advise they wouldnt be opening that day or anything.
So disappointed as it was the first time my sisters, mum and myself were catching up for a girly date. We ended up going to Jamie Olivers around the corner.
Still no call from management, no apology, nothing.

We dined there on Saturday night. Warmth ambiance. We loved the musicians playing smooth jazzy covers, perfect to enjoy the astounding food experience.
All the staff were fantastic. Pleasant and smiling with a exceptional customer service. Highly recommended !
