Review Lenu Lu - Perth

Really good donuts. And the best part is you can create your own donut as well, so you can go all crazy with all the different fillings available for you. Do yourself a favour and try one now.

Awesome donut! So much nutella and the dough is soooo nice! The Nutella one is to die for. Great value of money too! Worth to try!

Awesome creations, Nutella used in abundance, family favourite for a special sweet treat.

The doughnuts were nice but felt it was a bit stale (I ate it on the plane back home). There were plenty of different flavours on offer which was nice.

So filling would’ve been good to get cutlery with it. Bit hard to eat without

Beautifully doughy donuts with great fillings and toppings. Cannot wait to go back at my next Yagan Square visit.

I cannot find a contact phone number to order as what it says on the website is that everything is sold out

Tried the Lemon Donut. Sadly more dough than donut. Very dense and a little dry. Maybe it wasn’t fresh? Liked the lemon curd that filled the donut but wasn’t super impressed. Would def try again though.

Absolutely amazing donuts, the Italian Custard one and Nutella ones are absolutely amazing they are always fresh and tasty!! I recommend that everyone taste at least one donut from these guys

A very nice fluffy doughnut. We got the salted caramel custard flavour and absolutely adored the filling. It wasn't too heavy or overpowering. The level of sweetness was just right.

These donuts are the best! Discovered them at Joondalup on Friday night and had to have one. I had the salted caramel and Italian custard which I highly recommend. Light and fluffy and not heavy at all. Generous filling and very good value for $5.50. I will be back to try the other flavours. Apparently they do gift boxes and will deliver. Will keep in mind for future reference.

Tried those with my Italian partner at Freo Market. Donuts look much better than they taste. Too 'bready' and too thick with not much feeling. Seriously, 7/11 Crispy cream is so much Better (considering the fact I am not a big fun of 7/11 😁). Just like eating a piece of a thick bread with a tiny drop of a feeling. It was not very soft and not satisfying at all. None of us could finish the donut.
Nothing in common with Italian Bomboloni.
Would not buy again and would not recommend.

Soft and fluffy. Tasty filling. Usual donut price. Wide range of flavours. Prefer honeycomb salted caramel to the one other I have tried (custard). Won't compare to MSB or Levis as I think the three are completely different (Levis - warm, sugar coated, crunchy and less dense; MSB - denser, not so fluffy, huge). Would definitely purchase again.

When just a little tummy space is left for dessert, then why not fill it with a salted caramel, cheesecake and honeycomb doughnut....

No we couldn't think of a good reason not to either!

The dense, cake like dough was pretty good, but had perhaps lost a little freshness since its (probable) morning bake. It was, nonetheless, quite delicious.

The flavour, though advertised as a triple treat, came through as a creamy salted caramel and though it could be argued that a cheesecake is creamy, there are certainly iconic flavours which should also shine forth. Not so much in this case.

But that aside, if I deemed the concoction a pretty decent rendition of a creamy, salted caramel filled doughnut then all would be well.

Marked down for potentially erroneous advertising.....

But still a tasty treat....diet starts tomorrow!

Purchased at food festival stall In Vic Park. Good size donut for $5. The filling didn't take over the whole donut and it wasn't overly sweet like the ones I've had before.

The bombolini's are quite nice, and decent value for $5/$6. You also get a few different choices. The honeycomb ones aren't as good value as the plain nutella ones, as you're paying an extra $1 for 3 pieces of choc honeycomb. The people are nice.

Tried this stall from the Fremantle markets today. No regrets, $6 is a very reasonable price for a donut of this size. It was extremely large and hard to get my mouth around but I eagerly devoured it all the same. Maybe a slight decrease in price for a smaller donut would be a better selling option? As I was choosing my flavour I heard a couple saying they would like one but it was too large of a serving .... Will definitely return again.

TRIED Luna Lu donut dessert in Freemantle market because it was just so mouth-watering. The appearance is just tempting with its fat donut and various sweet-licious topping! I ordered the salted caramel and Italian custard for only $5 which is not too bad for a donut that size. It tastes good. The bread was thick and soft and not too sweet allowing the flavour of the caramel and custard to be the center of the dessert. That being said, they could probably give more caramel/custard. I ate a good portion of the bread with no topping. I will go back again though to try some of the equally tempting flavour (ie peanut butter whip & salted peanuts, and the nutella).

Nutella bomboloni from the stall at the Monday night Inglewood food meet. Oh my, what a delectable little treat. Well, little isn't quite right. This amazing donut like dessert fed my husband and I and we both were extremely satisfied. It's a nice change from a donut as the "bread" part isn't very sweet so it didn't sit like a brick in our bellies.
