Honestly shouldn't even have a star, came in during the morning, ordered nuggets in a large meal and breakfast burger on the side, takes a considerable amount of time to be ready, get our food, chips are cold, nuggets aren't fresh, when the manager explains to me that they are fresh, I see them pulling out the phu drawers, and had the nerve to argue and complain to me that they are fresh, didn't even get fresh nuggets as they refused. Absolutely disappointing, I've been in the fast food industry and this is just appalling customer service and food preparation.

This is what you get in the morning breakfast…try to talk with manager extremely rude when I have ask reason for this….replay was this one is someone else order really who eat this much salt and pepper.

I go to MacDonald's about once a year, and my wife thinks that's one time too many.
Well, today was the day, and we were in Perth.
I waited forever, and then they got my order wrong.
That's normally a 2-star review, but...
...the whole time i was there, i didn't see a single staff member slacking - these dudes were working, and working hard.
The way i see it, it's not the staffs fault that they're understaffed and overworked.
Oh, and as for stuffing my order up...they gave me two sausage patties, instead of double bacon in my massive mcmuffin, so who's complaining?
As good as any other maccas, and if what you're wanting is MacDonald's, there's nowhere else to go, is there?

I do not why the female staff hate me so much. My number is 12x, but when the number 135 got his meal, I have not gotten. When Onion ring is ready, she skipped me directly and gave numbers behind me deliberately. She let me wait for more than 40 minutes!!! Finally, I can’t wait more and talk to her manager. Then I got the meal, if I did not talk to the manager, I believe I would wait longer. Two stars for the nice manager, zero stars for the awful staff !!!

Besides the quality of the food , which we all know what that is like and we all have different opinions regarding it, this place is dirty, small, bathrooms are closed ( you have to ask someone to open it for you) , and no plugs or outlets anywhere to charge your phone or computer while eating. I wouldn’t come back to this maccas, even for take away.

Worst Maccas meal I have had in the 30 years I can remember. Nuggets were old and biscuit like, sprite was soda, and quarter pounder was subpar. Chips may have got a pass. Terrible, and made wait for 10mins like you were getting a fresh meal when it wasn’t busy!. Serves me right for stopping in on a whim!

Food was nice but the building was horrible. When I tried to scan my card on the order machine the whole system broke. Needs to get fixed.

After a long flight arrived at the hotel around the corner. 4 minutes to mcdonalds so went to pick something up for the family before bed. The girl messed up my order. However the food was at a typical standard of maccas. Cant comment on hiw they handle a busy period but overall 4 stars

Ordered takeaway using their machine. Apparently you can add more stuff (certain stuff) for free! Nothing too fancy though, just the veges and sauces. Other than that, ie like the meat and all, must pay extra. Burgers are allright. Standard.

What a disgrace. How McDonald's can continue to allow this kind of service and store conditions is amazing. Global downturn in sakes is no suprise when you see this. Furthermore with 1.5 hours of trading left I'm told they have run out of loaded fries.. come get it together.

First time ever buying a create your own salad and it will probably be the last. Waited 15 minutes to be told they didn't have half the ingredients.. I was so angry I asked for s refund and left!

As with every McDonalds the world over, the only thing that's consistent is the inconsistency. When I'm hungover I want to know what I'm getting, I'm fragile and vulnerable and don't want to be caught off guard when I arrive home with my Maccas to discover that I've been given sweet and sour sauce instead of the requested barbecue. So this is how old Leo felt at the end of titanic, something simple could save me, but instead I'm practically being forced under by Academy Award winner Kate Winslet.

Went in for a 30-cent soft-serve special treat for someone and was amazed by the quality coffee! A good roast and perfect temperature resulting in a tasty brew.
