Review Mcdonald's - Perth

I just wonder why this girl hasn't been resigned. Excuse me???? Because it is close to my home, I always come to this branch. Once, this girl flirted with her coworker, missing some of my items. There were several times that her attitude is sooooo horrible to the customer. Today I was here to collect my items again. She just kept flirting with her coworker. I tried to talk to her several times, but she pretended not to see it. I'm kind of speechless now. Is it really so difficult to recruit front desk staff now?

This is my local. The staff are always great. They keep it clean, they're always attentive and the service is second to none. A big shout out to the barristers. They always do a perfect coffee. ☕😘

Very poor experience. I came in at around 4pm, and waited 5 minutes just to order a single crispy snack wrap happy meal! I also ordered an iced chai latte (add espresso shot, add vanilla syrup) and they didn't make it right after a 15 minute wait! When my food was finally ready, they gave me a cheeseburger instead of a wrap. I was about to miss my bus to work, so I decided just to take it and leave.

If you've ran out of the toys that come with the kids happy meal, have the audacity to tell your customers. Not have them drive 20 minutes after ordering via drive through, only to discover that you failed to do your job right! Not impressed!

11.40am Sat 9/7/22 My order was correct, the very young guy was polite and did his job well in the Drive-thru. The woman with him, who gave me my mocha, was clearly sick. She should not have been at work. I saw her pick up a used tissue and wipe her nose with it then put it down (I'm not sure if she put it on the counter or if there was a bin). She had no mask on, I didn't see her sanitise her hands after touching the tissue. The best case scenario is that she had allergies... However, right now the flu/colds and Covid are everywhere. She could be spreading a virus to all of her colleagues and all the customers. We are all fully aware of how these viruses are spread and how to minimise the spread! #1 Stay home if you are unwell #2 Take precautions to reduce the spread. I called the store, there was no reply, that's why I'm posting this.

Can't do a NO STAR review, unfortunately. Worse service I've ever experienced. Ordered via the Maccas App ahead to save time, upon arrival, order was unclear and was asked to proceed to the window. Where we sat for 15 minutes to no response from any personnel. Drove forward to the retrieval window and the immediate vehicle behind us was serviced. Personnel did not acknowledge myself or my order once until I had walked inside after a total of 40 minutes in the drive through and waiting bay. To top it all off, After an additional 25 minutes waiting in the waiting bay after walking in, I was asked to proceed back through the drive through to repeat the entire process, Pay for the entire order again. DISGUSTING!

Very clean and prompt service. Enjoyed the food, it was fresh and warm. Use your phone and scan QR code on desks to dine in. Will be back for sure.

I ordered 4 mc value boxes and when i got them the chips were very cold. I dropped some on the floor and tasted it, this made them okay for human consumption. Please help me.

I’ve had some average feeds in my life, but the feed I had here was truly one of the most disappointing. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers with no pickles and received both without cheese and one came with pickles. 10/10 would return when drunk regardless

Stopped in with a friend for lunch today . Never coming back . Ordered a happy meal and 6 nuggets . Nuggets had a weird taste to them and the cheese burger had seen better days. Ordered another cheeseburger rather than complaining but it had the same odd taste like something was wrong. All up I paid over $15 for a small chips and drink, as the rest went in the bin . No point in complaining-the staff don’t understand English. You live and learn I guess <br/>

Mc Donalds.... this place is friendly on the pocket and never disappoints in satisfying one's hunger.... i like their burgers and their fries are also good

Once again, I fooled myself into thinking that the McDonald’s empire would produce one decent burger. I tried their gourmet burger and it was quite sad. Apple pie and the smile of the friendly waitress were the only consolation. I gave 2 stars rating, one each.

If I could give a lower score I would.<br/><br/>Ordered a mcmuffin brekkie roll and it ended up being a burger??? OJ was completely forgetten by then till we went up to request. We are here at 8.03am and the store is filthy. No explanation given whatsoever for the food order stuff up. Food was not delivered even though the place is practically empty, what's the point of us entering the table number.<br/><br/>Manager was walking around talking to uber delivery people and staff instead of assisting operations.<br/><br/>Worse Maccas I have ever been in Perth, will only stick to south perth canning highway maccas from now on.

I’ve been to this store before and have not had any problems. I ordered a large Big Mac meal yesterday and was terribly disappointed at what I discovered inside. If I had wanted small fries I would have ordered small fries!

Not happy, we ordered a few items through drive thru we're left disappointed. I l know it's maccas but to receive less than half of a full large chips is ridiculous!! Also we ordered and paid for two large chips and to receive half of one is not acceptable. Unfortunately we had got home before we realized. So shit! Not happy might as well go to hungry jacks <br/>Also ordered a Big Mac sauce only to remove two sweet and sour sauces. Two doesn't make up for your mistake, also don't want crappy sweet and sour sauce

The worst store in Perth. The only reason I come here is I often go past when I'm on my way home either starving or in a hurry and I always think "last time was just a bad experience, it can't be like that every time"... yet it always is. Other stores are much better - I know because I worked for years in my youth as a manager. This store has given me so many terrible experiences I now resort to starvation if the HJ's down the road is closed. This place is always filthy and full of rude and lazy staff, usually the manager is the worst.<br/><br/>A summary of bad experiences include cold Big Macs with cold meat and all other ingredients outside the bun, Mchickens with two shreds of lettuce sitting OUTSIDE a cold dry bun, barely a swirl and a half on a runny 60c cone, cold soggy fries not worth feeding your dog, stone cold meat on a dry and stale cheeseburger bun, and forgetting parts of your order then refusing to serve you at the counter despite clearly having something wrong with my order if I'm standing there holding up a bag. The worst was a very misleading $5 "McFlurry" which actually ended up being a few swirls of rip off softserve with some sauce, no Flurry aspect and less ice cream than what you get on a 60c cone!<br/><br/>I have many times tried to take my food back but the manager just shrugs and says that is how it is but usually have to wait until 10-15 minutes at the counter before anyone will even look your way even if you clearly brought your meal back. The service here is the worst part - usually no one will serve you at the counter. Multiple staff will look at you and walk away to chat with their friends - including the Manager! I have had twice one poor young girl who was doing everything and trying to compensate for the others - one she was out the back getting stock but clearly no one cared about looking after her till as they ignored the four individual customers lined up with me at the front constantly calling for someone after 10 minutes - the poor girl came running and loaded up with bags and cups scurrying around doing everything while the manager and two drive through staff stood gossiping in the corner at the window, out of sight (or so they thought). They just don't give a damn and so now I would rather go home and eat 2 minute noodles over coming here. I now go to HJ's in Highgate as at least the food is fresh and they are slightly nicer - and much cheaper. If you must eat McD's then head to Maylands, North Perth or South Perth as they are MUCH better. The food and service here is disgusting and a far cry from what I was trained to do at Macca's.

Just purchased a waffle cone. Waffle cone was soft, and very stale. 2nd time they've done that to me. Never again will I go there, and waste my money.

A few weeks ago there was considerable buzz on social media surrounding the opening of “Perth’s Newest Bar” that some local VIPs & media people (alas not me!) had been invited to. The details and location were kept under-wraps, with cars being sent to pick up the guests. A few weeks earlier I’d been invited to the launch of a new McDonald’s “Burger Bar” breakfast menu the following day, but didn’t put two & two together until the evening started to unfold on Instagram…

My boyfriend was lucky enough to get invited to try out the new gourmet menu at McDonald's and I came along too. We were giving a try of a few of the new breakfast menu items. First we had the avocado smash which was great, the avocado was fresh. Second we had the corn fritters which wasn't my cup of tea, as I'm not really a fan of corn fritters. The Belgium waffles were delicious and they were so generous with the blue berries, I felt the yoghurt accompanied them really well and the waffle was cooked perfectly. I'm glad Mc Donald's is finally stepping up their game. Service was exceptional as well.

Hmm. I don't usually review McDonald's as they are all cut from the same block more or less. But need to say my two bits. <br/><br/>The Big Boss is having a pamper session so I was tasked to look after the little boss for a while. Off to maccas for lunch. <br/><br/>For a maccas, it's clean, bright and no funky smells. Fries are nice and hot. My biggest grouse? The manager. Now maccas give you a receipt with a number on it to claim your order. No probs. But I take offense when he holds your number, shouts it out and then passes a snide remark that didn't you see the number being displayed on the screen?<br/><br/>It was like wow! Attitude! And he is the only blip. The other servers were good and I esp like the chic uniform for the customised burger servers.

Terrible food. I'm sure they intentionally put everything lopsided on their burgers. The fries are always cold and soggy.

Arse. All my burgers had the end slice of the tomato

Shrinking Big Mac. I'm from Singapore and I'm a big fan of Big Mac until I moved over to Perth. The Big Mac are at least 30% smaller compared to the Big Mac served in Singapore. Now that's shocking!!!. That's a 30% ripped off!!! Now, I'm a big fan of Hungry Jack. In Singapore it's call Burger King.

REALLY BAD SERVICE!!!!!! TRAIN YOUR STAFF or CLOSE DOWN!!!!. There is bad service, then you take it to the worst level...and this store is that! <br/>Seriously at 22% likes is a RED FLAG you are doing something wrong...very wrong! Twice here and never again!<br/>The staff was unable to understand the order in English...after repeating it 15 times!!!! scramble eggs only ... <br/>You put all Mcdonalds to shame...not sure how you can run a business this bad...should be illegal....<br/>DO NOT WASTE YOUR ENERGY, MONEY or TRIP to this STORE!

Language problems. This Mac Donalds is completely staffed by Chinese who stuffed up my order and when I complained they spoke in Mandarin in front of me saying they gave it to me. Having studied Chinese in college I told them I didn't receive it and was given it.

These suckers always give you less to what you ordered. They suck!

Probably the worst McDonalds in Perth. Food is usually cold and they always get your order wrong. Staff are unfriendly. Somebody asks why you review McDonalds. Well it's a restaurant and Urbanspoon is a restaurant review website....simples.

Very bad service. The server looked annoyed when I used my Amex and just shouted that they don't accept them after it got declined. Then they served me the chicken burger all burnt and with too much mayo. The burger was not even assembled properly. Appalling place!

The small chinese server is so rude. Serves me with one hand on the hip, no thank you, and even throw the ketchup on my tray!! C'mon manager... Did you really hire her!??? Seriously?!??!!!!!!???

Terrible!!!. Have given this place a few tries, and will never be going back. Food is terrible, stale, overcooked, undercooked, and never anything like what it should be. Staff are rude and unhelpful.

Rude service &amp; bad food! This must be the worse McDonalds in Perth. Horrid manners from the Asian manager, staff should also be taught lessons in customer service. The food is just as bad, cheeseburger without the cheese? and soggy burnt fries! I thought it was a once off, but after giving them a second and third chance, I&#039;ll be staying away!

Who seriously reviews Mc Donald's???!

In comparison to the other McDonalds' stores around Perth, this one is consistently bad and frequently half the drink/dessert menu is unavailable in peak times due to the machines being off/cleaned which should be done during hours that aren't so busy. This store should take a leaf out of North Perth's book which is a far better option

Not at all McHappy. This McDonalds just does not come together. It has a very disjointed vibe. I have only had the hot drinks, not the food. I asked for a white coffee and was served a cup of hot water and a tea bag. On the very cold days the wind whips in because both doors are propped open with folded cardboard by staff "to let in some fresh air". It is warm over by the cooking area, but that is no reason to freeze the customers. It froze Anonymouse well and truly out, and I no longer patronise the place.

Rude & bad food. I work around the corner from here and am reluctant to ever eat from this mcdonalds. ive been there approximately 4 times and will not be going back. Despite telling them i have allergies to tomato and to ensure it wasnt in my burger, it still was. their buns are soggy and gross and chips are stale. and quite frankl;y i dont know how they are even up and running considering the poor quality of food and service. today i ordered a gooey brownie thing which is supposed to have a soft centre and it came to me as a chewy log with some melted ice cream on the top. to put it in nice words it was absolute sh*t and thats putting it as nicely as i could. avoid here at all costs and travel that tiny bit further to go to the perth one.

Worst customer service I have ever witnessed.<br/><br/>Waited several minutes for a friends burger. Found out that the girl gave it to another person and refused to give us what we purchased.<br/><br/>She then proceeded to accuse us of stealing, saying that she scanned the docket despite the restaurant being disgustingly full of dockets on the floor and the docket being in our hands the whole time.<br/><br/>She then said that this had happened earlier that night, which essentially comes down to her stuffing up twice and putting the blame of the second mistake on the customer instead of just making a new burger.<br/><br/>She then decided to finally make our burger after seceral minutes but then added that if one of us continued to 'yell' then she would call the cops.<br/><br/>Horrific service, never going there ever again.

No Suprises here. Paid $8.75 for a burger and had to re-assemble it when I got to the table
