We get takeaway from here all the time. We love it, we have tried various nepalese places in Perth and for a little known, hidden restaurant they compete with the popular places (and are a bit cheaper).
We received a flyer from this place in our letterbox. We thought we'd give this new restaurant in our neighbourhood a go, since we have eaten similar cuisine from a lot local places already.
First time we got takeaway. What initially impressed us was the value for money - generous serves, but then the unique flavour of the dishes had us curious for more. The week after we took a friend along and ate at Crystal. Although it has a modest shop front the atmosphere inside is relaxing and our host/waiter from Nepal was very hospitable. The food tasted even better this time, and we noticed a lot of customers getting takeaway while we were there on a wet Monday night.
Whether it's takeaway or eating out, we'll be back again to savour the unique flavours of this Nepalese/Indian restaurant.
got home delivery from here tonight. Probably the best Indian I havre had for a while. Food was really fresh, well cooked and flavoursome. Condiments were great and the garlic naan was spot on.
Only one critic. The goat curry was missing the goat! Really was just a few bones and the odd nibble of meat. However, the gravy was fantastic and I would definately order again for the gravy. Paired with the Matter Pulau this was a great tasting meal.
I also ordered the Crystal Mix Platter. It was very tasty. The tandoori chicken in particular was awesome.
