Great food, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Great location, easy to park. Nice coffee with creative cuisines. Portions big enough, reasonable price. Pretty recommended and high rating as a local cafe.

I've had takeaway coffee from here before and wasn't impressed but dine in dirty chai was awesome! Their zucchini and corn fritters were crunchy, poached eggs perfectly cooked and the beer battered chips were wicked good. The chicken in the burger was crunchy with punchy aioli but the plastic cheese was a bit of a let down

The Cafe was nice and clean and the decor simple but lovely. The waitstaff were friendly and the service was fast. The food was tasty and the portions were generous. We had the pancakes, nasi lemak and pulled beef benedicts. The Nasi lemak was very flavoursome and quite authentic. They also do very good coffee, ice chocolate and milkshakes.

Good place for a quick coffee. Fast service from staff. If only their coffees were a bit hotter, it'd be perfect!

It's Chapter twenty seven today. The braised pork belly Bao was nice and their coffee is ok. It costs $4.2 for small cup and $4.7 for regular cup, so it's reasonable

So I contacted a couple of my helpers this morning, they informed me that they were in the Wattle Grove area and hat reminded me of Chapter Twenty Seven I've been meaning to get there and now I've asked them to stop in order something to eat and taste their coffee and give me their opinion. They have come back with a 10 out of 10 so I'n this language that's 5 out of 5. Have been quite frequently (every couple of weeks or so) and it's fast becoming a local favourite option. Very good coffee, and love pretty much everything on the menu. The eggfogatos for easter were particularly awesome, but even the regular options are great. Recommended.

I occasionally get a croissant or a treat from this cafe. Coffee is good however the size of the coffee and foods are slightly too high. Apart from that friendly staff.

Really good almond milk coffee! Banana bread and Pandan cake are yummy. Had breakfast- mushroom trio is amazing! Very tasty, generous size. A tad overpriced but coffee and food are really nice.

Nasi Lemak $15.90 for breakfast coconut rice was good have that coconut milk fragrance .<br/>Ham & Cheese Croissant as usual was good.<br/>Flat white and Matcha latte in a mug was fantastic in this ❄️❄️ weather. Coffee was smooth and silky.

I’ve been to chapter twenty seven twice now and will definitely return! The staff are friendly & helpful, and the coffee is great! The food is tasty and beautifully presented 🤤 Love the aesthetics too 👌🏼 Great for a date, study or work sess!

Got a groupon to try this place. Closes at 2pm on the signboard but Groupon allowed limited available booking slots and the one i had was 1.30pm. Perhaps they can consider closing a little later if the Groupon booking is 1.30pm so diners can dine comfortably.<br/><br/>Coffee or hot choc were not their forte. Might need to improve better. And the breakky/lunch selection we had was average.<br/><br/>Ambience was great. Decor and furniture settings was cosy and spacious. Friendly staff.

We came here for breakfast on Father's Day. It's a smallish, light and bright suburban cafe with very friendly staff. We ordered the beef brisket eggs, 2 x The Lot, buttermilk pancakes and coffees all round. The coffees were really nice and came out within a reasonable time. The meals took a LOT longer, but all were impeccably presented (see pics) and tasted delicious. I would definitely recommend giving it a go.

They make the best matcha latte. Other coffee not so great. Haven't tried their food yet. Friendly staff. Prices is considered to be at the higher end of similar cafes. Nice place to visit at wattle grove regardless.

Cannot recommend Chapter 27 Tapas night and BYO wine highly enough. Great food, service and community feel. Definitely worth it and great value for money. Be sure to speak to Cassie and book! Help support our new local.

Absolutely wonderful...... Best Coffee I have ever had. Always served with a smile.  Awesome food, awesome people working there. Great place for that mid-morning break. I will be back.... regularly.   :)

Great food, great service! Friendly staff who interact with the customers, we had the nasi lemak and mushrooms. Both were really good!! Will be back to try more!

This place is a great new addition to the Wattle Grove area. Yesterday I tried the popcorn chicken and waffle special which came with a sunny side up egg. The dish was well balanced and textural. I loved the crispiness of the chicken and how the waffle had a hint of an almost smoky/maple-y type flavour to it. Would have loved a little bit more of a salad on the side just to freshen the dish up further but all in all a fantastic dish.

Good food , nice service. Nasi lemak is delicious, sambal is perfect! If u like dark chocolate like me , then you MUST try the healthy dark chocolate mud cake ^^ I had two slices today !!

Refreshing new addition to Wattle Grove. Took my dog and a friend and sat outside in the sun with a coffee and croissant. Good coffee, good service, good food. Hopefully they will extend the menu options as they settle in to the area.

Coffee is ok. Food is average for a new-ish cafe. Maybe they'll improve over time. Seems to be following the current trends of other popular cafes.

A new brunch spot and lots of asian twist to their food menu which is special. Coffee is alright. Nice environment and staff are approachable.

A nice little pet friendly cafe located in wattle grove. Loved their cafe fit out, clean contemporary with very cosy ambience. Coffee is on point with surprisingly extensive range of all day breakfast and lunch menu in this near new suburb. Way to go, Wattle grove!!

A little hidden gem within the neighborhood! Price is reasonable considering the quality of the food that is served! Great coffee! And most importantly the staff are friendly and very accommodating! Will definitely be back again with my fur baby next time. <br/>PS: Their cider pulled pork toasties are to die for

Took the kiddies to have breaky at this new establishment down in Wattle Grove. The service was great, warm greetings upon arrival. We ordered the chefs special of the day, chorizo croquettes with a corn salsa and poached eggs hiwever we asked for scrambled eggs as my partner doesnt like poached eggs and they were very happy to accomodate. The scrambled eggs were some of the best scrambled eggs ive ever eaten (i like to think I can cook amazing scrambled eggs but these guys did it better). The chorizo croquettes were crunchy and delicious and the accompanying salsa and cream went well with the croquettes....I would highly recommend ordering this dish! Its unique and somethibg different than the usual bacon and eggs. We ordered kids berry pancakes which came with a scoop of vanilla icecream and berry compote, with syrup and a light dusting of castor sugar....the kids loved it. I tried some and it was just the right amount if sweetness, light and fluffy pancakes and the perfect size for my 7 and 4 year old. The food came out within 10 minutes, I cant fault their service. The cafe was light, clean and well presented with an outside area which will be great in Summer. I will definitely be visiting again soon. Cant wait to see if they do seasonal food changes.

Excellent coffee. Their arancini balls and pulled beef eggs benedict are the best I've ev let had. Friendly and polite staff. Highly recommended!
