Wang’s is cosy and canteen style, but ideal for a good lunch, and has all the malaysian favourites on the menu. Fish head curry laksa seems to be a popular choice with the local asian clientele, but my favourites are char kway teow and nasi lemak. . There’s nothing like loh bak to start – it’s a deep fried beancurd skin roll filled with minced pork, prawn and water chestnuts with a five spice flavour – very yummy – note that I started eating it before I remembered to take a photo.
Great food and great price. A lot of different selection from the menu. Friendly staffs and services.
Been coming here for a for few months now and thought it only best that I thank the owners and chefs for such consistently fantastic food. Last night my brother and I ordered seafood laksa and CKT.
After recently getting back from Singapore in search of the ultimate laksa and CKT...here it is. In St James. The wok hei is fantastic. The flavours in the laksa with home made laksa paste incredible.
The service is fantastic and the prices.. You can't cook a meal at home for this at this level of quality.
Sure the decor could need an update but it is what it is. We're here for great quality, excellent priced food.

Great variety of individual dishes and main dishes for sharing. Really enjoy the newly added dish to their menu- Yam Basket; and for $20, it is pretty good! A few of our usuals:
* Sizzling Pepper Beef
* FoShan Chicken (crispy skin chicken with vinegar sauce on the side)
* Homemade Tofu
* Curry Laksa
* Assam Laksa
* Beef Rendang (love the flavours, but can be better if the meat is more tender)
Nothing fancy schmancy about their food, but love the simplicity of their food and cooked well. You'll get big servings of food at very reasonable prices too.

My favorite chinese restaurant for takeaway large amount of food for meetings/gatherings! Foods are delicious (and look good too!) - haven't received any complain either. The owners are too nice really, polite and patient in dealing with me choosing, changing and rechanging menu! Moreover, their price is very friendly and affordable!

Came here on Saturday with the family at around 6pm and the place was packed. All Asian diners which means a definitely good place to eat. This restaurant looks ordinary from the outside and inside. Not a big place though there are 3 big tables to accommodate big groups. We were fortunate to get a table for 3. I could see that there's a lot of takeaway orders while we were there. We ordered the curry laska with fish fillet, the seafood hor fun and the wanton noodle soup. It took a while for our food to arrive. This place is busy as. The wait staff were friendly and pleasant to deal with despite the busyness of the place. The curry laska was tasty, the gravy hit the mark. The wontons were good tasting as well, the char siew and the roast pork didn't have that weird smell that you sometimes get from the other Asian restaurants. The noodles were springy and not clumped together. The hor fun had enough of the wok hei smell and taste to it. The gravy was tasty too. How many times have I used the word "tasty" here? Overall, we enjoyed our dinner here. The prices are reasonable as well, most dishes are under $10. We didn't order any of the meat or vegetable dishes, that will be for another visit.
This place has a variety of chinese lunch dishes popular in Malaysia and Singapore. The menu is clear with pictures. I ordered the beef kway teow and it was nice. My friend's noodle dish had gravy that was too soupy. Most dishes are around $9.
This is our local and we love going back. The food is tasty, hot, fresh and served quickly. The staff are friendly and dont mind us taking the yahtzee dice or uno cards. The price is very reasonable and makes eating out with a few people very affordable.
I highly recommend this place 😊 owner/waitstaffs are friendly and efficient - delicious food - price is good. I always bring along small cutlery and scissors for my toddler to eat better. I accidentally left the spoon last night and realise it the day after. Called in to check if they still have it, and they did! Kept it for me and I manage to get my daughter's pink Frozen spoon back. Small things that counts 👍🏼 overall great service and food. To name a few, my favourite food here are: homemade tofu, chilli salted spareribs, sparerib singapore style, seafood claypot, sweet n sour pork.
I really enjoyed the dishes this restaurant has to offer. Try tbe Hainanese chicken rice, imo it the best in Perth. Even better than tenten and tuck kee.
Also the slippery egg sar hor fun was at par with some of the Penang hawkers stall.(pity it did not have liver, intestines and char siew) That one have to fly to Penang to eat.
The wanton dry noodle is quite nice too and so is the curry. The owner Lau and Sharlyn is very friendly and always love to have a chat. A very good friendly place with great foods that is very reasonably priced in Perth. Their chicken wings is better than kfc.......crunchy and tasty.......luvly with tomato sauce.
