Review Kassems Pizza - Perth

A last minute decision for Pizza last night. GREAT CALL! Kassems pizzas were brilliant and haven't had anything as good Adobe we left interstate 3 years ago. We had one basic and one gourmet. Neither disappointed. If the quality keeps up, we've found our go to pizza place.

We are really disappointed with the last pizzas we got from here. You are no longer considered as one of the best pizzas we had in Perth, no sure if the pizza maker was changed but the texture, freshness and tastiness of pizzas in general has been worsening over time (it is actually our second disappointment as we decided to give you a second chance to improve). Yesterday we ordered a family meal and it took ages to be delivered home, and we got an untasty and cold pizza with a terrible dough. It is a shame you guys have lost your good reputation. I hope you improve your quality and service. Thanks

Amazing pizzas both times I've had it, cannot fault the generous toppings, crispy base and crust and all round tasty pizza. Will definitely be getting again really soon - thanks Kaseem.

Had it years ago , remembering the delicate taste of the Hawaiian pizza, went back days ago, call and pick up, they'll tell you how long itll take just sit at home and go when its made, just pick and go , thought that illl hate the olives on the Kassem's pizza but apparently they were just good. id say perfect combo, called twice for afternoon delivery today but no pick up. Called again later it was an instant pick up, for delivery u gotta wait 45mins in my case, +6 dollars extra cuz their only way to deliver is thru menu log. It came earlier than expected, to conclude - id recommend pick up because you'll have an exact idea of how long to wait, and as the cheaper option, but for your convenient menu log delivery also delivers fresh pizza. with a additional charge of 6$.

Their pizza is such a big disappointment. This was the second time I ordered their Pizza and even the second try is a BIG NO... They literally dont know how to make pizza... Never order again.

Partner ordered a BBQ meatlovers. Best described as: pizza consists of ham and cheese on a round bread obviously. Never buying a pizza in W.A. again. Doesn't even have sauce on the base, in it or even bbq sauce on top, considering it's supposed to be a meat lovers there is no meat and no sauce. If this is the best pizza in Perth, Perth can gtfo.

Almost inedible. Chicken and pineapple family $22. Price and size ok but taste appalling. Sorry but true.

I've ordered pizza from Kassems Pizza & Pasta a couple of times recently, and both times it's been good. Actually, "good" doesn't do it justice - both times it was beyond scrumptious! They put that company which is offering crappy $5 pizzas to shame. First time I ordered the "Portofino," 2nd time I ordered the "Marinara." Both were delivered in record time, both piping hot and both with plenty of sauce, cheese and toppings.<br/><br/>The owner is very reasonable, and he'll be happy to remove a topping/s you don't want and replace with a preferred topping/s. And Kassems pizzas are fantastic value for money. They are delicious, great quality and not very expensive. I decided to telephone them directly tonight for home delivery and found that it's a less expensive way than using an online food ordering company. Recommended. 5*****

This has been recommended by two friends of mine and I have to say, it lives up to the recommendation. Absolutely delicious, and very reasonably priced on UberEats when some other pizza places jack up their prices. $17 for a small supreme + anchovies + sundried tomatoes delivered?! You just can't beat that. Perfect size for one person too.

Visited Kassems for the first time this week. Ordered a supreme and vegetarian with garlic bread. Pizzas were tasty and the topics were generous. Only downside was the garlic bread was under cooked (the butter was still cold and unmelted) but nothing a few minutes in the oven at home didn’t fix. Good value for the price.

I have been using Kassems for many years and ordered tonight after working until late.O.nce again a great meal with excellent friendly service,highly recommended

One of the best pizzas I have had in a long time. Great service, very friendly and I was even given a discount for no particular reason. Have previously had a very quick delivery from them too.

The food was fine, although the portion sizes are getting smaller and smaller. The main problem, was the time the order was delivered. I request delivery at a certain time for a reason. Yet, that was ignored, for the 3rd time! It arrived over half an hour early. Can't blame the driver, as yet again, there was no record on his slip of the time request. The blame must be put upon Kassems. They obviously don't read their orders! If you want continued custom, then PLEASE read your orders and the requested time of delivery!

Pasta was lovely and fresh. Ravioli Bolognese was very nice. Bolognese sauce was full of flavour and well cooked. Great flavours and generous portion sizes. Would def order in again with these guys.

Pizzas arrive hot and fast. Estimated delivery time was about 40-45 minutes but arrived in 20. Good prices and generous amounts of toppings on really tasty pizzas. The delivery guy is always super friendly. Kassems is now our go-to pizza place :)

If you wondering whats that smell when you enter their shop, let me break the news for you. Its palm oil !!! Forget about the orangutans losing their habitat. I mean it would be good if those orangutans can live happily in the forest but more importantly the disgusting oil has pungent smell, tastes horrible and will leave a foul taste in your mouth which wouldn't go away.

Seriously best pizza in Perth... this coming from a girl who is obsessed with pizza. <br/><br/>I was fortunate to live down the road from this place however since moving away it's now a half hour drive to collect our meal- totally worth the drive!!<br/>

Last minute takeaway decision. Hopped onto Menulog via my Velocity account (which i earn 2 velocity points per $1 + 3 velocity points per $1 on my American Express Velocity Platinum card) and got 25% off my first order. Parmigiana was actually very tasty however the chips were soggy with no crunch. Wouldn't have come across this place if it wasn't for looking on Menulog and i was pleased with the service i received when picking up my takeaway.

If you can remember what years ago what good family pizza’s used to be then this is the place to try.<br/><br/>Ordered 1 large pizza and a small, they were so big and very generous with the toppings. This definitely brought back childhood memories of what pizza used to be, before dominoes/pizza hut were the go to pizza places.<br/><br/>Delivery time was accurate and the pizzas were nice and hot on arrival. Really recommend this place for good flavourful pizzas :)

Had really great pizza from there. Got the Monday $10 special! Really yummy toppings with a well cooked not too thick base. Wouldn't go for anything other than the Pizza's though!

Ordered a pizza the gnocci and lamb ribs . Pizza has no sauce and flavorless the gnocci was gluggy and the sauce was horrible . Ribs werent bad but chips were extremely undercooked . Wont b ordering from here again

I ordered 2 family pizzas along with a garlic bread. I went for the meal deal which costed me $35 in total. I thought it was very reasonably priced and money well spent on the pizzas. <br/><br/>The two pizzas I had were Belmont Bomber and Margherita (photos attached).<br/><br/>The Belmont Bomber tasted extremely good. The toppings for the meat(pepperoni and bacon) and vegetables were generous and well made. Compared to the other pizza joints I've been to that doesn't put enough toppings on their pizzas, this place did a good job of putting enough toppings on the pizzas. The only flaw with this pizza I'd say is there a lot of mushrooms in it than the other veggies. But hey I love mushrooms, so I didn't mind. Also the mushrooms was really flavourful so that elevated the taste of the pizza. The meat tasted fantastic on the pizza, so no problems with that. <br/><br/>Now to the Margherita pizza. This was for my mum. She said she really liked it and loved the flavour of the pizza. I have to agree with her as well. I ate a slice of it and loved the flavour of the tomatoes on it. Once again the toppings for this was well put in this pizza. Whole slices of tomatoes in it really brought a good flavour to the pizza. <br/><br/>Lastly the garlic bread tasted good. Like it should it was soft, moist and it had a good amount of garlic butter on it. So it tasted delicious. <br/><br/>Overall a great pizza place I discovered and it has a pleasant atmosphere when you enter inside. Plenty of parking at the back of this place and friendly staff to look after you. Also this place doesn't only sell pizzas but it also sells palmy's, pasta, ribs and more. So if your not a pizza person like me then there are different variety of foods which should interest you to buy something from this place. <br/><br/>I recommend going to this place and I'll definitely be coming back to try different flavoured pizzas. This has become my go2 pizza place now.

I've enjoyed many pizzas here over the last 5 years. I usually go for Italian or pepperoni style pizza, but tonight decided to get the gourmet seafood with added chilli. It turned out to be one of the tastiest pizzas I've had in years. Got the deal with garlic bread too. As with most pizza stores the bread is not my favorite style as I like a chewier style bread, but this had lots of nice garlic flavour compared to many others. If anyone has a bad experience, I don't think it's a regular thing.

We ordered three family size pizzas (Sunrise, Kassems special and the Godfather) and a garlic bread, which ended up too much for 7 people. Kassems had a deal through menulog that cost us $52 for all 3 pizzas and garlic bread.<br/><br/>Recommended Sunrise pizza out of all three. Online order makes it really easy and convenient.

Worst Service Terrible Pizza. Very Rude, No Customer Service and gave wrong Pizza with wrong ingredients. We requested for another Pizza with our selection but refused. Neither we got our pizza or money Back. We left pizzas in the shop untouched.<br/>Recommend not to go this place.

Great Pizza. These guys make great pizzas, and are just the right mix of friendly and efficient. IMHO the negative reviews on here are unwarranted. It is exactly what it should be for a take away.

Should have bought frozen pizza. We ordered pizza and pasta. The pizza was very ordinary and the dog consumed the pasta. Would not order from here again

Ordered Marinara Pasta, Garlic Bread, and Chilli Mussels. Delivery took 40minutes, friendly staff but pasta was terrible. Filled with seafood filler and raw prawns, stodgy pasta in a flavourless sauce. HUGE servings, chilli mussels were tasty but hardly any chilli. Average all round meals. Not worth your time.

Bad Service, Worse food. Ordered a steak and a pasta dish, the steak was dry and over cooked, soggy chips and the pasta flavorless. When i called to get a refund the manager was rude, abused me and refused to give us a refund had to order something else. never going back. Added a pic of what a medium rare steak looks like from them, nice and dry.

Thankyou Kassems. Received menu in my letterbox the other day. Thought we would give these guys a go! We ordered two pizza's, fettucine and chilli mussels. We were quoted by the friendly staff member 45 minutes for delivery. True to their words 40 minutes later our order had arrived. Food was piping hot and delicious. Driver was friendly and delivered our food in a nice car! I can't believe we have lived in Redcliffe for the last 14 years and never knew about this place. Definately would recomend to all. :)

Our favourite pizza. My fiance & I love Kassems. Very good pizza, and reasonably priced. They are always on time, usually only a 20 minute wait for a pickup, and if they say 20 minutes then they mean 20 minutes.<br/>Also love the loyalty program they run. I have had countless free pizzas from accumulating stamps for every large pizza bought. All in all, a family owned and operated business, run by nice people, that do awesome pizzas - 10/10 from me!

Haven't had the pizza but had honey sesame chicken wings last night and they were delicious, with generous servings. We were all impressed. <br/>It's a good idea to ring ahead as it can take a while.

We had a great pizza here (prawn and bacon) at a great price. The topping we're great quality and the service was friendly. I would recommend.

Pretty good pizza. Ok, so they are not the best pizza joint. But they are the only non-franchise pizza joint in Belmont which gives them extra points. And the pizzas are pretty tasty. I haven't tried much else on their menu. I also love their mobile eftpos service - so good for when you have no cash laying around.

This place is underrated. Just had it today n boyy its sooo good!! Packed full of flavour generous chunky toppings and a great base. Love it!

Quantity over quality. I was hoping for a good pizza as there were some good reviews on here. Unfortunately it was very sloppy and tasteless, there was no tomato sauce on it just loads of bland cheese and flavourless ingredients. The pizza box was soaked through with liquid. Maybe it is better to eat in, I don't know, but I was left bitterly wishing I'd just got Domino's :(

Best Pizza in Town. These guys and girls know how to create a deluxe pizza delight. I've never tried any other dish on the menu, because I love the pizza they make for me. I've read the bad reviews and have to say that I'm surprised. Kassems have always produced good nosh, and their service is excellent (even when they had a gas leak and couldn't use their ovens). I've never liked the cheap and nasty pizzas from the "chains", but I used to love pizza from La Fontana which used to be on Albany Highway, Bentley years ago, but since they closed down, the only alternative was Belvidere Pizza (which became too expensive and too far away). Then Kassems opened (replacing the totally ridiculous and tasteless Double D). Kassems pizzas are second to none - all you have to do is make sure you order what you REALLY want. I always ask for garlic and jalapenos, and I always get it. Great value, great taste, great serviice, and it's just around the corner. I hope Kassems stays in business for many years to come - because their pizza is the ONLY pizza I will eat.

Tasty & reasonable in price. Awesome pizza & it has become our regular whenever we need a pizza fix. Considered cheap for a gourmet pizza as it's fresh, generous in toppings and tasty crust.

Love their food and great service all the time easily best pizza shop in belmont. Trust me ive had them all and this is the best.

WORST SERVICE EVER!. My wife ordered the Eagles pizza and it was delivered with anchovies! which she happens to be allergic too! when I called to complain i was met with " what do you want me to do about it?" and "stuff happens mate" from the manager...... great service guys will never be ordering again....

I had spaghetti bolognese tonight, it was disgusting. Pasta was over cooked and the sauce just tasted like pepper. I haven't tried the pizza but would definitely never get pasta there again.

Just plain awful! We ordered pizzas, chips and a cheesy garlic bread, and the pizzas were so bland and tasteless, chips were soggy like they'd been microwaved and the cheesy garlic bread was one of those cheapies from the supermarket with a bit of cheese thrown on top (it all stuck to the foil and there was none in the bread!) Tried to support local, but dominos is better :(

You have to try the Pizza's. This is some of the best pizza I have had around town. I think the specials are good value and a great pizza menu. They offer a loyalty card which is novel for a pizza place. We had the Hawaiian, Kassems Special and Belmont Bomber and all had fresh tasty ingredients that were generously topped with a nice base. I would definetly recommend the pizzas at this place.

I want to like this place as I like to support the independents, but I've never had particularly good food here.<br/><br/>Pizza was one of the worst I've had and seemed to use mushrooms in place of tomato paste, nachos were mediocre (if huge), and pasta was decent but not worth the price.<br/><br/>There's a reason we usually order from the chains in our house.

Talk about one of those customers "Cass", 4 x ribs at $18 and if you order from the special deals menu, the 4 pizzas on special come to $59 plus you get either 2 free garlic breads or 2 1.25l drinks coming to a grand total of $131.00, now not being a mathematician or an English scholar this seems right to me. <br/><br/>The review doesn't even go on to speak about the food itself.<br/><br/>Having been a Loyal customer to Brando's Pizza for the last 10 years until the chef moved on and started Kasssems a few years back I absolutely love this pizza!!! <br/><br/>If you think about a Dominos, Eagle Boys or Pizza Hut pizza and wish that once it turned up somewhat resembling a pizza or was actually covered in toppings that looked like food and not plastic, Kassems is everything you could imagine! <br/><br/>Real Ingredients, Fresh tasting, Real Pizza Dough (you cant choose any different doughs but they are delicious any ways, somewhere between a thin crust and deep pan). <br/><br/>I admit the price may seem steep, roughly $20 per delivered pizza but it comes down sharply the more pizzas you order and they always give you garlic bread or a drink. However considering the quality of the pizza VS the chain pizzas its well worth the cost.<br/><br/>Stock answer comes to me after ordering pizza will be delivered in 45 mins, is always pretty close, sometimes 30 min sometimes 60 min, however if you know Kassems they can get busy and the phone never stops ringing so if you call to chase them up they will always let you know how far it is.<br/><br/>I always get the same pizza as i am not super adventurous but here is a quick run down of my favourites; Hawaiian, BBQ Meatlovers, Kassems Special, Supreme, Belmont Bomber. Some friends have ordered some others like the vegetarian and Chicken Paradiso and they were both quite nice also.<br/><br/>Being predominantly a Pizza place I have steered clear of the other foods so i cant pass judgement.<br/><br/>Definitely I would rate this highly amongst other REAL pizza shops and am not afraid to recommend to others!:-)

Have bought pizza every week for 5 years and recently ordered with friends by phone something different. After order was placed, (4 pizzas and 4 ribs) I was informed would cost $131:00 seemed excessive. Called straight back and was informed too bad order in oven (even though sometimes we wait patiently for up to 1 hr for pick up) even after I explained the misunderstanding I was treated rudely and I will never order from there again. Neither will the 2 friends who were over at the time. (also 2 previously loyal customers) sometimes it's worth trying to at least listen to your customers.
