We ordered at 6.30 pm and didn't get our food until 7.50 pm (1 hr 20 mins). We sat in the shop for 50 mins with many people making similar complaints. Our pizza was sourced from a stack sitting in boxes on top of the oven, it looked like the issue was that wings (accompanying those pzzas) were being taken by the delivery drivers, which wasn't fair to us. The pizza was old, wasn't hot and the cheese had hardened. You guys do good wings, but we will never order pizza or on a Friday evening again.

Certainly this place can do better with their hygiene especially in this uncertain era of covid and other weird illnesses.
I saw my chicken wings order being prepared this evening and I had to throw out the order as soon as I was out of that place. The lady used her left hand that had no gloves on to move the chicken wings around while she sprinkled the seasoning. That is unacceptable standard of hygiene. I would not even do that to food I am even sharing with my own child (Note: she did this after having just used a visibly dirty table cloth).

Ordered a marina supreme which seems to have had a name change but ingredients the same. Smoked mussels were supposed to be on the pizza but were swapped out for seafood extender yuk! I wasn't told there was a swap, I wouldn't have ordered this if I'd known. Very disappointing pizzas all round actually, you could count the olives and pieces of pineapple on other pizzas we had

Other Reviews concreted by decision to stop ordering, every time I've ordered it a bloody long weight, Decided to do an online order, cool minimum purchase, meh normal stuff but seemed rather high, then a delivery fee worth quarter of the value... I live 800 meters from your shop (can't go pick up due to sleeping kids) thank you for helping me make healthy decisions. You chicken wings are good though and pizza is not bad...

Tonight I ordered a pizza for pickup. Said it would be ready in 30 minutes, fair enough, it's Friday night. Get to the shop, not even started yet. What did you order? Large vegetarian, no olives. Waited another 15 minutes for my
pizza. Get home, pizza is covered in olives. I tried to pick them off but ended up throwing the pizza away, too many olives, too overpowering. Second time this place has disappointed. I will not go back

10/10 service, they killed it, the wings are killer. Made me feel like a spartan warrior.
The people are full of energy and made me smile every time I go in.

This was the 3rd time my wife and I have ordered Pizza's From Wellard Pizza and Enjoyed them Extremely. We continue to deal with these Guy's, Keep up the Great Service and Amazing Pizza's don't change a thing...
