Great dinner menu, 5 or 7 course options with or without wine. The food had soul and character with amazing flavors and use of local farm to table options. We can't wait to come back again. The Hunters only true natural and organic farm to table restaurant. Love the venue, supper cozy and romantic.

Menu needs more variety. Some strange choices on the dinner menu eg. sausage rolls!! Desserts were particularly disappointing. Apple crumble was full of apple peel and the crumble topping tasted like uncooked dough.
Very disappointing experience- food was bland and very overpriced for substandard fare. A name is not enough to get this kitchen over the line- needs a lot of work, particularly given the multitude of fantastic options in the Hunter Valley region.
