Had the best night. We had an amazing meal with friends. Outstanding. Settled in over a number of bottles of wine and chatted to staff and other patrons. Bathroom is a must to visit. Great night.
Fabulous pub - great food, great people, great ambience, great views. Even the toilets are interesting! Highly recommend & worth the visit.

Stopped in last night (Wednesday) after coming back from the snow, absolutely starving!
We were greeted by a very cheerful server behind the bar. Chose our seats amoung the many reserved seating- which was a pleasant surprise, expecting a small town pub to be quiet mid-week was fantastic to see the place nearly full by the time we were leaving.
Ordered garlic bread and buffalo wings to start, followed by Porterhouse with c&s and choices of sauce and of course chicken nuggets and chips for our son.
Nuggets - huge serving,(6n/chips/sauce) came out with our entrees which was fantastic, gave our son heaps of time to eat and he didn't have to wait which generally makes him loose interest in food 😅.
Both Steaks were cooked to perfection!
Juicey, tender and sooo much flavour.
Good amount of chips and salad too.
Everything was served quickly, without feeling rushed.
We left very full and very satisfied.
Would 100% recommend and will be back next time we're in the area.
Oh and the fish tank!

Thankyou to the server behind the bar,(sorry didn't catch a name) who was more than happy to join in roaring with our son and playing boo making him feel welcome and enjoy his visit as much as we did. 😊
Excellent pub by the river. The place is very modern and the food comes out very quickly.
Cool spot, good beer and reasonable prices for drinks. Food prices are over the top though, not sure how elderly locals afford coming here. When it gets busy you could be waiting around 1 hour for food so bookings during busy periods are a must. The staff is the key of this place. Everyone here is friendly and efficient. Keep it up!

Cold beer and meals were delicious. One of the best parmis I’ve had in a long time and the salad was awesome which I usually leave. Chips were spot on and heaps of them, first time the kids have left any behind. Great value & service.

What a gorgeous little pub. Did not expect such a nice looking pub like this. Also love the glass floor with a view below to the wine cellar. Great selection of delicious beers and the food was great. Definitely on my list of places to go back to next time I'm in town.
Excellent gastropub with delicious meals and friendly staff. The dining area is bright and inviting, and there are a wide variety of classic dishes. There is also a kids menu with great quality options. Don't skip dessert: the sticky date pudding in particular is fantastic. We'd recommend the Punka Pub for all members of the family.
