Great combination of friendly service, massive portion sizes, and very tasty food make this a winner in my books.
It would’ve been lovely to dine outside however the weather was a bit cold and miserable so the indoor seating area was much more inviting in this instance. Like lots of Adelaide eateries, you need to place your order at the counter and make payment then. They’ll give you a number and they will bring your order to your table.
We were a bit famished so my friend and I both had starters and a main each. She had Ceviche Tacos and Roasted Pepper, Thyme & Mushroom Arancini. She said the tacos were nice but could do with slightly more citrus flavour in an otherwise delicious dish. She loved the arancini. There were two of them and really generous portions. Crunchy on the outside with a nice rice filling inside. I had the Duck Spring Rolls and SA Slow Cooked Pork Ribs. The spring rolls had a great crisp exterior filled with a yummy duck filling. The ginger soy dipping sauce was also very good. A fresh salad sat to the side. The ribs were simply amazing! Melt in the mouth meat fell off the ribs. One of the nicest I’ve had in a long time. Crunchy chips accompanied it with a creamy coleslaw.
It’s definitely well worth visiting and bring an appetite as the portions are large and all very delicious.
I ate at the Lighthouse Wharf last night. Lovely staff, great service. I ordered the pasta prawns dish; it was a very generous serve of pasta and prawns. Im only marking down the review as the dish was too hot to eat and it took a few minutes to cool down before I could eat it.
I will eat here again and try their burgerd, which looked great
Pleasant place for a Sunday lunch. They make a lovely Greek haloumi salad and the kids enjoyed their burgers from the kiddies menu. Friendly staff.
Great food at reasonable prices, nice clean modern environment and atmosphere. Definitely recommend. Close to the water. Perfect for the family. Will be returning!
The Lighthouse Wharf Hotel was a great place to watch the AFL Grand Final. It had a great atmosphere, friendly staff and good selection of beers. We only had a serve of chips to soak up the beer but the menu looks good. I am sure we will return.
Last spot on the right near the water - cold beers and the 11 dollar lunch menu is pretty good or the main and the 400 gram rump was superb !!!!!

We at On The Chopping Board (OTCB) enjoy a good high tea but it's not always easy to come by. When we were invited to The Lighthouse Wharf Hotel for the launch of their high tea offering, we hoped the long drive to get there would be worth it. All food and beverages were provided on behalf of The Lighthouse Wharf Hotel.
Stopped in a few times on my recent trip to Port Adelaide. Adore this place, fell in love with the decor and ambiance straight away, enjoyed a drink in the sun, yum pumpkin risotto and the best garlic bread I’ve had in ages. Stopped in again the next day for a quick drink, impressed with the friendly and personable staff. Can’t wait to stop in again on my next trip, definitely worth a visit, they have a huge range of beer/wine/spirits.. oh and they make a beautiful coffee, too! Thanks guys, glad I found you!
Best chicken parmi sauce I have ever tatsed. Pepper gravey a real winner as well. Highly recommend. Service was quick and very friendly staff.
Nice food and atmosphere. Located strategically in the corner opposite Fishermans Wharf Port Adelaide. Price are not so low, but quality is great.
Very long wait between kids meal and mains made it a difficult meal. Ideally kids meals shouldn't be finished and cold before others come out.
Checked out the newly revamped Lighthouse Hotel over the weekend. Rang to make a booking & if first impressions were anything to go by we knew it would be a great night.
The atmosphere is relaxed, the service was upbeat & friendly and the new look of the pub suits the new vibe around Port Adelaide.
We were impressed with the menu and the opportunity to 'add' to many of the options e.g. Soft shell crab, prawns or chicken.
Our shared starter of the onion rings were really tasty & my main course of a seafood platter was great value.
Great little pub cheap prices great meals!
Come here... Struggling pub but great service & great food, great brews... support this local venue, mAke this place survive! Noice ginger & sarsparella
We are outside, listened to the buskers and enjoyed the beef and the chicken burgers. Chips weren't our favourite but burgers were fantastic.
Top nosh. Tasty Asian salad, beautiful chips, tender succulent pork belly (for those who like it), and lush desserts. Very kid friendly and elderly friendly. Excellent service. Guinness on tap, good wine list with knowledgeable staff. Great atmosphere. Really enjoyed ourselves.
Good menu selection, lovely environment & friendly service. As first time customers, we were pretty impressed & will be coming back again 😊
Food recommendations:
Cauliflower salad (AUD $18 + AUD $5 for additional tofu).
Chicken schnitzel (AUD $20 or AUD $15 on Mondays).
Greated with a smile. Polite, happy, obliging staff. Went out of their way to make our experience a pleasant one. 10/10. My friend & I wanted to share a serve of fish & chips & salt/pepper squid. The waitress went & grabbed us tongs to use to share the food. Amazing. Both meals tender, hot, non greasy.
I visited this play twice, and both times I’ve had a fantastic experience with the service and quality of the food. Had a professional waiter name Lachlan he was able to fit us in at the last minute and provided good recommendations for gluten free and dairy free with vegan wine. Manager gave us a heads up that their were no oyster available. She rang us before had to tell us.
We order our food while they waited for us. This place is definitely a 10/10 7 out 5 stars. Would recommend to everyone.
Food & service excellent. Went with a large group, all enjoyed their meals. Well done to the staff, we will be back!
