Loved vibe, coffee and people. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Everything they do - they do with the smile. The menu looks really good and inviting. I loved the variety of hot drinks. House made matcha sounds pretty good to me. Coffee was nice and smooth to taste. The guys use local fresh ingredients for their simple but unique menu. Excited for coming back to try more 💫🌷

Enjoyed a wonderful lunch with my family at The Banksia Tree Restaurant. Fabian and the team did a fantastic job serving tasty well presented food in generous portions. The service was exceptional, wait staff were attentive and did their utmost to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend The Banksia Tree !!

Had some time to venture out today… Decided to pop into The Banksia Tree Cafe for some brunch ☺️ Service started out a bit unwelcoming at first, but it smoothed out during the duration of our visit and we left full and happy! __________________________________ EDIT - Response to owner’s comment We appreciate you being able to eventually accomodate us however… I did try to call and make a booking today and was specifically told that you didn’t take bookings only walk-ins (it wasn’t clarified till later when we got there that you don’t take on-the-day bookings). When I called at 10:30, I asked if there would be any tables at 12. The reply I received was “yeah we are busy now, it should be good by then”. It wasn’t good when we got there at 12 (understandably this is out of your control, but the events that follow were not). The waitress left us outside in the rain with a toddler as she proceeded to promptly move 2 other tables inside (and we were certain that we were there before 1 of them). To top it off, the waitress didn’t offer us a table inside, we had to ask! Even then, she said, "oh if I can’t get you a table, inside, do you want takeaway instead" dismissively. Hope you treat the next customer a bit more kindly.
