I was at Michel's yesterday with my 8 month old. The staff were friendly, and brought me the paper while I was feeding my son. He then spilled my coffee all over us and the floor - they were so understanding, helped me clean up, and then brought me a replacement coffee for free. They made a stressful situation so much easier for me, and it was very much appreciated :)
Strangely nice spot, back of shops yet with good feel and outlook. Pleasant service, nice manager.
Have really only had drinks here, but the coffees are always good and the kids have asked to go back numerous times for the smoothies, which I can attest to are pretty awesome (and cheaper than Boost..). Parities and sweet treats look pretty good too.
Been bringing the whole family and our friends here several times a week for about 7 years now. The service is always great even when they're busy.

Just had the best coffee in a long time here. Been here a few times now and always super friendly and clean. You can tell they take genuine pride in their work. Definitely recommended.
The large flat white I had was good and actually came in a proper sized mug, which is rare these days. There was a reasonable selection of cakes, but no Danish pastries, which should be a staple of coffee shops, so no 5th star.
