I have been here many times and would recommend this place to anyone who wants good food at a great price. Staff have always been amazingly friendly. Highly recommend.
I'm very impressed. Great value and great food - awesome combination! The staff is amazingly friendly and the music is pleasant as well. Cocktails are inexpensive and delish! Really can't ask for more.
Just needed some Greek food and the reviews seemed good...I wasn't disappointed! First up, I was really impressed with the warm, friendly, attentive staff. Food portion was just right and good quality, super tasty. Relaxed, unpretentious but well decked out establishment
Good atmosphere, clean restaurant, friendly staff, platter for two is more like a platter for one which was very disappointing....
My partner isn't a big eater and she commented on it first to be quite honest.
The food was tasty but it would be much better if you doubled the meat and halved the chips as there were far more chips than meat on the platter.
Regarding the salad and being a Greek restaurant, kalamata olives would be much nicer over the tasteless green ones....

My partner and I went here for a late valentines dinner on the 15th of February, and we had the best time.
The owners/management/staff of the restaurant were very welcoming and accommodating, and literally went out of their way to make our night worthwhile.
The food was absolutely delicious, we could not fault it at all. We ordered the saganaki, caviar dip with pita bread, and the skewers platter to share. We did not realise how big the portion sizes would be (They were amazingly big), so we happily went home with the leftovers, as the food we didn't manage to finish was way too good to waste.
Overall we loved this restaurant, and the people that run it - and will definitely be back in the future.
Decided to try Abstract 157 after reading some very positive reviews. I couldn't agree more. The food was plentiful, tasty and very well priced. The atmosphere is great. Above all else though is the service. You will struggle to find anywhere in Melbourne with more courteous and genuine staff. Every single staff member was attentive without being overbearing and went out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Possibly the nicest owners in Prahran. We always feel warm and welcome here and it shows in the service. We love it and so do the puppies. Peters nailed the food, delicious and very reasonably priced. Can't say a bad word!
The owners and staff are all so accommodating, friendly and make you feel so at home. Been coming here since they first opened and always treated 1st class. Food is amazing with a particular highlight being the Parma. Keep up the great work Abstract and thank you 😁
