Top place for sashimi/sushi. Many options and fresh. We ordered unadon (generous portion) and sashimi. The sashimi shelves have many selections (see photos). However these are a bit pricey (especially compared to seafood stalls at Prahran Market nearby). Free extra wasabi, but $1 for ginger.
I have visited this market/restaurant more than once and I am always amazed and satisfied! It is also such a unique experience! You choose your favourite fish in the desired weight, cashier will ring you up at the counter. They will slice your sashimi in the back and bring it out to you. It is alwa

3.5 stars. We were looking forward to coming here so much but a bit let down. My partner and I from Japan guess that this shop is probably Korean owned/not Japanese. The flavor is not authentic and a big reason for that is the rice for the sushi was very gluggy/gluey with no flavour. (sushi rice usu
This is one restaurant I am excited to leave a 5 star review for - it's definitely one of my favourite Japanese experiences in Melbourne. Great food, melt in your mouth sashimi, a good range of sake and great service! Whether you dine in or take away and eat at home during the lockdown, I totally
