Ideal spot for brunch or lunch. Easy parking and great food. The hamburger was fantastic. The eggs and bacon were cooked to perfection. Highly recommended.

Good food, good service. I had the Eggs Benedict croissant with a House made hash brown. It was delicious! Others I was with had a great smashed avo and their big breakfast, which were also very nice. Great spot for a Sunday morning

This place use to be a dessert cafe I remember but so glad it’s now a breakfast spot. They have a great all day breakfast menu and lunch menu from 11:30am. But I had a lovely fully loaded breakfast roll and hubby had the smash avo with added eggs ($5) and smoke salmon ($6). Everything was great except the salmon, bit stringy and dehydrated as if it has been left out for too long. Coffee was great and service was fast and friendly, fresher salmon would have given this joint 5 stars!

Long blacks here have been lovely and strong. The chai with almond milk was nice too. The first time I came here they had a R rated Rum gf ball, I asked why it was R rated and found out it’s because the chef used real rum! It was the best rum ball I’ve ever eaten. This time I got the gf vegan Kit Kat. I think the creator did the absolute best job of making this super clean as can be. Was enjoyable with my coffee. Clearly there’s some creative minds in the kitchen. Not a place to be overlooked.

Went here a couple of weeks ago and had a long black and a croissant eggs benedict. It was great and the coffee was fantastic. Has nice staff and a good outdoor eating area, I definitely recommend it.

Flavour filled deliciousness. Very friendly service and a welcoming environment. Right in the heart of Prospect road, and pet friendly. Whether you want to people watch the activity on Prospect road and soak in the weather, or enjoy the warm and cosy indoors, either way it's an enjoyable space to drink a well made coffee (with all of the different milk options) and enjoy a filling and tasty meal. The Upside clearly pride themselves on delivering healthy vego options that are full of flavour. We would certainly come here again.

Great food and portions. Coffee was a little bitter. Nice touch with blankets to use when outside as it was quite cold today. Breakfast Cobb was great!

Always a good experience. Went there for mother's day and everyone had a good meal. Family member is celiac so she had the GF fritters and she loved them.

What a great way to spend a Sunday morning than a Fully Loaded Brekky Roll...my absolute favourite for not only the price but also the flavours and size. Pair that with a mug of Chai Latte, a wagon wheel for after and the outside heater on a chilly morning. Not to mention the option of a cosy blanket if in the mood. I've only ever tried the Upside on Uber Eats so it was a big tick for me that expectation and reality not only hit the mark but made for a good start to the day. That's a good enough excuse to go back again, and again and again. Thank you

We had a lovely time at brunch today! As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted and the cafe was buzzing with heaps of people enjoying their brunch. Nice menu with plenty of options and the breakfast cob looks extremely impressive! A great place to catch up with friends to either enjoy the beautiful sunshine of have a more cosy meal inside
