The food is the best of many awesome things about this beautiful new cafe. Great coffee, super friendly and attentive staff, clean, light, bright atmosphere. The food (we had beef burger, pulled pork burger, parpadelle, beef rib) is really tasty and reasonably priced.
We had a lovely lunch today with our boys and the little 4yo said “this is the best babychino in the world”, he loved the sprinkles. The food was fresh and delicious (we had the prawn linguine and souvlaki), even the kids meals were cooked well, fresh fish and full of flavour. Will definitely be back, real soon
Better than average cafe in Putney! The food came out quickly and the food itself was quite nice. My mushroom on toast had kale on it with a potato ball on it,nice touch! My banana smoothie though I felt had too much cinnamon in it I could hardly taste the banana
Lovely light friendly cafe. Was difficult to choose only one each of the interesting selection of dishes. We had the Boston baked beans and the green breakfast. Both were amazing!
We live right next to this beautiful cafe and never went there. Such a shame! Finally we were there for breakkie when few of my friends visited me from India and I was in no mood to cook. Everything was perfect on the table including the coffee and the hot chocolate. Now that I know this hiddden gem next to house - definitely gonna visit them again.

Enjoyed a beautiful brunch at Charles St Kitchen! All day breakfast and lunch menu options, there is are great selection to choose from. Cafe interiors are very nice and the service was fantastic. Poached eggs were cooked fantastically! The coffee and watermelon juice was delicious. There is ample seating indoors and a few tables out the front. I loved the healthy options to choose from!
The place is very comfy, and the staffs are friendly. I ordered the Acai Bowl and Toasted Bread with qinoa & scrambled eggs. They looks pretty and taste amazing, prices are not too bad also. Definitely worth coming back!
Had breakfast here, the staff are friendly and food came out quick. They use bread from Sonoma and butter from Pepe saya - big tick
The kids meal was huge
Keep up the good service and good food

Food is always really tasty. Especially love the soft shell crab salad and the crab spaghetti. Staff are welcoming and sweet. Great atmosphere for breakfast or lunch - bright and trendy. Recommended to my friends who also love the cafe now.
Such a warm and hospitable place .... the breakfast was good!!! The staff is hospitable and welcoming... the menu has fair options for a late brunch in weekends!!! It was a lovely start of day. Really admire the chef who approached and ask about the food satisfaction. THUMBS UP
Definitely should have checked this place out sooner. Bright, airy space with quite a few staff around so you won’t ever be waiting too long. However, it was busy so you may have to wait for a table to begin with (luckily we just got in on an empty spot).
The menu covers the basics, but also done with a little twist, however I wouldn’t say it was cheap with some dishes in the $20s. They also had some specials of beetroot cured salmon with poached eggs & wasabi avocado puree (which sounded ridiculously tempting) and jerk marinated chicken, avocado, white nectarine, and garden salad with ranch dressing.
We went with a couple of options from the standard menu – a eggs benedict with choice of house smoked salmon (22) and smashed avo (19).
The eggs benedict also has the option of house smoked bacon (19) but as mentioned we went for the salmon, and it comes with herbed zucchini & potato hash, wilted spinach, hollandaise sauce. The salmon was delicious but far too little, and all round it was a good dish. However, taste wise the smashed avo was definitely superior. It originally comes with poached eggs, smashed avocado, quinoa tabbouleh, charred sweet corn, chilli oil, and toasted sourdough but I asked for an egg swap to the zucchini and potato hash, which was done with no trouble at all! In fact they even gave 2 which was a nice surprise. This was a really delicious dish, definitely recommend to try it! The quinoa tabbouleh was so great with it, and I am always a fan when quinoa can turn out tasting amazing.
Also tried the Summer Breeze juice with watermelon, pineapple, lemon & mint (7), and it was lovely and refreshing with each flavour easily recognisable but none being a key player. How juices should be!
Overall, it’s a lovely space with tasty food so would definitely not hesitate to go back and recommend to others too.
My morning regular for coffee just turned into my new weekend favourite cycle stop. Coffee is ALWAYS good. We stopped this weekend for breakfast and blown away with the food! It's fresh, tasty and good size portions. The owner, Calvin is very sweet and always looking after us. Highly recommend for your morning coffee stop or weekend breakfast / brunch date. I ordered the house granola and not only was it super pretty, it was toasted to perfection and the fruits were delightful. Also loved the blueberry yoghurt dollop on top! Thanks for a great start to the morning Calvin and friends ☺️
Very popular and surprisingly good cafe located in suburban Putney. Great selection of dishes for breakfast or lunch. The green breakfast I ordered on a Sunday morning was very well made. Interesting to note the place was quite busy when we arrived at 10.30am, but began to die back around 12pm.
My favourite local Cafe for brunch. Love the staff there and the coffee. Heaps of parking around and the food is always great.
Tasty salad, beautiful place, kind staff good to go with babies. Excellent service 👍🥰💕
Cute cafe, friendly customer service and tasty poke bowl!
Bright and busy café serving decent coffee and an eclectic mix of all-day breakfast and lunch favourites. Not surprising why this remains a favourite meeting place with the locals. The benches out front get the full morning sun - perfect for a cold winter’s day! The bacon and egg roll - runny eggs and crispy bacon, sauced up in a lightly toasted brioche bun - is a must-try.
3.9 - Dropped a star after I ordered the Beef Burger yesterday. It was especially disappointing after a very long 20 minute wait despite lockdowns - the burger was caked in sauce and dripping with chunks of even more sauce. The Bacon was also smothered in it and I couldn't taste much besides the sauce. Friendly and helpful staff though! I've eaten other dishes there before and it was good. Liked their coffee
