Enjoyed the lively and relaxed atmosphere. Food was very good and not cliches of French fare which we appreciated thoroughly. The desert, the orange and chocolate gateau, was exquisite and heavenly. The service was a bit cold from the waiters. We ordered the tartare, parsley linguine, chicken liver parfait & eel veloutte for entrées, pork belly & duck leg for main, all pretty average. The desserts were better though.
It’s sad that google has only five stars rating. I will definitely rate more stars for Noir if I can. We have celebrated my Mom’s birthday here and it was a hundred percent fantastic experience. Nice service nice people, tasty food super fresh and locates on a good spot. We have ordered the tasting

Superb French dining in an intimate setting. Great steak tartare, confit duck and crème brûlée. Drinks list pairs nicely. Appreciated a high end beer choice too from wildflower
