The service was a bit cold from the waiters. We ordered the tartare, parsley linguine, chicken liver parfait & eel veloutte for entrées, pork belly & duck leg for main, all pretty average. The desserts were better though.
It’s sad that google has only five stars rating. I will definitely rate more stars for Noir if I can. We have celebrated my Mom’s birthday here and it was a hundred percent fantastic experience. Nice service nice people, tasty food super fresh and locates on a good spot. We have ordered the tasting
