Review Sushi Sushi - Richmond

Terrible service! Wouldn't give them any stars. I placed an order online for four platters for a function, went to pick them up and the manager didn't check the online orders so they weren't made. The staff member was then going to make up the platters with whatever was left on the shelf. I refused asked for a refund then he said he can't, the manager needs to do it. Four days later, I haven't received the refund or received a call. Do yourself a favour and don't order platters here.

Was expecting a stressful experience on the promotion day but it went well. Service was pretty quick and the girl who served me (Trisha?) was so nice and friendly.

Sushi was so bad I had to throw it away. It tasted awful.

3.5/5

Dashing by I grabbed some takeaway sushi rolls from Victoria Gardens.

The service was alright, always efficient.

The fresh tuna rolls were good. the tuna was fresh and the rolls cold.

Handy for a quick bite to eat.

Right in the middle of Victoria Gardens, this Sushi place is fantastic. Not only does it serve Sushi but also other great Japanese food. The only reason I gave it a 3 is because I believe that the food isn't as fresh and I'd like.

As well as having given up coffee for over month weeks I have also given up eating raw fish for a similar time. This was a struggle as I would probably eat a salmon or tuna sushi pack at least a couple of times a week for lunch. Today the fraught was broken as I grabbed a salmon sushi pack to take away for lunch. Not sure if it was the long absence but it was absolutely delicious and flavoursome. I always add wasabi, soy sauce and ginger and the accompanying condiments were generous here.

2.5

Sushi Sushi remains ever so reliable when I want to grab a quick bite. Service is prompt and friendly, and I get my tummy filled in a jiffy.

Brown rice is my go-to now, in my attempt to eat healthier when possible. The salmon and avocado roll, and spicy prawn roll were satisfactory, not the freshest but good enough, which suits me just fine when all I wanted was a snack.

Friendly staff. Fresh and delicious sushi. Whenever we visit this shopping center we stop by Sushi Hub for some tasty sushi. It sure fills our tummies and hearts. I recommend them to others and can't wait to try more in the future.

Please train the chef making sushi properly, or stop making them. It is embarrassing. To everyone else, real sushi is not like this, don't give up on sushi just because you have horrible ones here.

My go-to for on the go sushi lunch. Had the tobiko rolls today and it was nice for what it is. No stringy salmon tendons and rice wasn't too hard. A bottle of water is included if you buy a sushi set but the server asked me if I'd like a free bottle of water when I paid instead of just putting it in the bag. Perhaps people throw it away?!

Poor customer service!. Today I picked up a couple of hand rolls for a lunch on the run. I was astounded when the girl who was helping me, stopped listening to me halfway through my order, picked up her phone and took her time to reply to a text message! Since when is this acceptable?! Sushi Sushi, your staff are in desperate need of customer service training. I won't be back.

When the hand rolls here are fresh (really hit or miss) the hand rolls are super yumtastic! You can't go past spicy prawn and crispy chicken. Service is quick but every time I do come here it feels like the sushi price has gone up slightly. I've eaten truckloads of sushi and I think the sushi rice here is still the best I've had in Melbourne.

I love coming to Sushi Sushi! Every weekend when we do our shopping at Vic Gardens we ALWAYS get lunch from Sushi Sushi. It is absolutely the freshest sushi around! We love watching the chef slice the salmon in front of us while we enjoy our sushi. It is Devine!! Must check it out!
