Absolutely the perfect pizza slice and the best pizza we ever had in the city!! The pizzas are so delicious with so many flavour to choose. Great variety of toppings and styles with perfectly cooked pizza base. Very responsible, supportive and friendly staff members. The food is hygienic and the service is top notch. One of the busiest pizza shops I've ever been to. And for good reason. Vegan gluten free is insanely awesome!!! Best gluten free base I’ve ever had (they usually are awful), so good I may even prefer it!! Crust Richmond always delivers!!

Great staff, great pizza, wonderful experience! we had a large chicken pesto pizza ordered on busy Saturday night, the wait time was about 11 minutes only. The staff were friendly and charming. Thank you crust pizza Richmond. Will surely come back soon.

Good Food & Good Service. They were making our pizza in front of us then it went in to oven. When their staff gave me pizza, we can see steam coming out of box. We were going to take it home but change mind and had it there. Awesome experience.

These guys make the best tasting pizzas I have ever tried. We had a wonderful evening with great food and friendly attentive service. I will definitely visit again. Crust Richmond Rocks!

I ordered online via the Crust website and realised straight away that the drop down menu for the Hawaiian hadn’t selected gluten free. We’re coeliac. I called the store straight away (I’m talking 2 mins tops) and explained what had happened and asked if I could change it. The guy on the phone was incredibly rude and said the pizza had already been made. If we wanted a gf one we’d need to pay for a whole new pizza. The pizzas took over an hour to arrive. The store is around the corner. So either your rude staff member lied and was intentionally unhelpful or the pizza has been sat on the side for around an hour. Avoid this place.

We have ordered twice from this store and have had to call up both times after more than an hour to check the status. We were told it’s “leaving the store now” and had to wait another 40min wait for delivery. The fact the huge wait has happened both times with the same response over the phone says to me that this isn’t an anomaly. A glance over your reviews and it’s clear this is a common issue. You respond to everyone saying you provide a “premium service” and that you “learn” from certain feedback. My suggestion to you is pick up your game. We have ordered from Crust Fitzroy a number of times before moving to Richmond - exceptional in every way. Maybe it is the staff here, their lack of care or the general low quality service but it’s unacceptable. Won’t be ordering from here ever again.
