Review Richmond Kebab House - Richmond

The best kebab shop I’ve ever been to. Lovely staff and awesome food! So accomodating and great customer service. Highly recommend for a night cap

Poor customer service blaming the customer for giving the wrong order. Also I asked them if the store was lambs on Richmond. But they lied to me and said yes. After I waited for the food I got soggy stuff. The paper bags just ripped apart because of the weight and poorly structured. I was extremely disappointed and we barely got meat just chips inside the mixed box which we didn’t request. So we were ripped off. Partner said food wasn’t good either. Extremely horrible experience and not a good gesture

Great place to go and eat and enjoy watching afl football, listening to YouTube music. The staff are very friendly and the shop has been completely updated.very happy environment. I went to this place after visiting the Swan hotel and public house bars. A great place to meet friends and enjoy the food.everyone should come in and enjoy a delicious meal including hsps and delicious kebabs of your choice either lamb, chicken or mixed. I went to this place and enjoyed the food

You know the old saying quick and nasty well I ordered a Kebab from this place and I can tell you from the moment I walked in the door the smells hit me mmmm Kebab so back to it it took 4 minutes ish not even I was that quick had time to pay sit down for what seemed like 3 minutes but I was standing back up as quick as that and walking out the door ok here is the great part the taste was excellent trust me being a munches freak late at night for the better part of 3 decades I know a great Kebab and the Kebab House Richmond makes a great Kebab crisp salad on my Kebab very good quality the fluffy pita bread and I mean fluffy well done then there is the sauce ohhhh mmmm yeah great job and can I say the meat well cooked ohh yeah the flavours in the meat is worth it on its own now remember I said quick and nasty well if nasty was a flavour then they have it because there is Definitely nothing nasty in this place. Then there is the great person behind the counter making the Kebab got it all together and a bro to go with everything makes you feel welcome and boy was I welcome bro thank you guys keep up the great job

Love the kebabs at this place! Best in Richmond, the bread is made in house, the dips are awesome. And the meat is cooked properly, unlike a lot of places that give you leftovers from the day before...

Hands down the best kebabs in Richmond, if not in all of Melbourne. I always go for the meal of the day (pictured below). The freshness of the bread and the sauces are to die for! Great food, fairly quick service, fair prices. Would have gotten 5 stars, but the seating could be improved, gets really hot in there!

Very generous portion for the money you pay. Salad dressing was great dips was awesome too. Only negative part is they will take bit too long to make one for you but if you have time to wait around 15mins that's not an issue. I had lamb and chicken mix, lamb was already turn very chewy after 10mins when I got back to my office. Other than that it's great place to have quick lunch or feast !!

Ordered a large HSP delivery. Disappointing with poor quality meats, lots of sauce and chips. Size was good but the quality of the shaved meat wasn’t good in my opinion. Hopefully they can improve?

We ordered 3 spinach & fetta pides(Turkish pizza) costing $7 each. They were served to us with little to no spinach and minimal fetta. In other words we were served with 3 pieces of Turkish bread for 21$.
When we complained they said "this is how we do it here". When we were leaving we told them the food was very bad, he rudely replied "I reckon too".

Shameless staff. A rip off.

Salutations
Salutations
I’ve been to this place more times than i’ve fucken breathed, and to be fair the quality has gone down in recent times. The past 2 times i’ve visited, my food has been served oddly quickly and has tasted like an absolute pocket patenic. But I’m not the stingy Zomato tightass that walks out the door when my kebab house turns into a bloody world war 2 trench- I stick around. The people that run this joint are extremely nice and know the way to treat their kebabarians. When they show up, they’ll knock ur proverbials off and send u into next week, but if they don’t - soius. Give it a go, ask for the food to be cooked fresh and have some bloody faith u scrooge-like pastenixes. And i’m Lebanese myself, so mauta mautus. Go richie kabous house. 4/5

Gone downhill as of late and varies depending who is working at the time. But generally the quality of the meat and food in general has gone down, last two times meat was dry and overcooked. Service has always been pretty slow but the food made up for it, nowadays not much reason to go.

Poor quality kebab and chips. Overpriced, tiny portion. Quality of the meet is terrible, so greasy and hard you struggle to swallow it let alone enjoy it.

Disappointing kebab. Bread didn't seem that fresh. Standard price for a kebab about ten dollars. More expensive. Won't be going back. Avoid.

I think this is one of the best of its types in Melbourne, friendly family who run it and it's always consistently good

Great bread and food is fresh
